Absolutely nothing. Appalling place.
The room and bed sheets were dirty and smelled like they hadn't been washed for ages and same for the towels. There was a piece of toilet paper stuck to one of the bed sheets and I dare to think what it was covering. The pillowcases were all smelly and stained. The entertainment in the pub downstairs went on forever and clients were chatting away until 1pm. I wasn't expecting the Ritz since this place is in the middle of nowhere, but at least clean sheets and a clean room. Moreover, the room was freezing cold and the small radiator provided didn't make any difference. Avoid at all costs.

Great Location and rooms were very modern, a good size for 2 people, great breakfast and good evening food menu.
The pillows were a little to soft for my liking and the parking is a tricky with the entrance on a slope if it was a full room booking then there would of been issues getting a space.

Room 1, modern and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Not a problem for me but nowhere to hang towels (could lead to damage or other issues if people lie them anywhere). Wet room style shower means water spreads out and wets a large area of the bathroom floor which can end up walked into carpets.
Small car park is challenging!
Windows difficult to close.

bar/ restaurant area old and dated. seat were all stained.
Rooms were ok but they had a smell of wet dog ( the o Lu way to describe it) I had to change room but the second one was just as bad.
uncomfortable bed and cold room. crockery was a bit miss matched.
we have stayed many a time here but has gone down hill which has left us very disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was good. l asked to borrow a hairdryer from the nice staff as the room when booking said there should have been one in there already so I didn't bring my own. The staff were very kind and lent me one immediately.
Door jammed to room, was told this when I checked in but several times I struggled trying to open or lock it. If hotel are aware of this problem with the door then why hasn't it been fixed before the next customer books the room. The bed linen had lots of hairs on it which I wasnt happy with, the bed was also lumpy and I found it difficult to sleep in as uncomfortable, the towels provided were not good standard.

Great place to stay the rooms was big enough nice bar downstairs.
We had trouble with our tv the volume would not turn up, we rang down to ask for assistance which a girl came up but had no idea what to do and informed us that the manager be here in half hour and send him up, we seen no manager and found this very poor. There was also stains on one the bedding set..

Initially, I was a little concerned about secure parking for my motorcycle , although there were no problems at all. The entertainment in the bar was very audible in the room but I was aware this may be the case and it didn't create any issues I couldn't deal with

The black mould in shower was a bit off putting. And co curtain on the one window, it let the light in

Breakfast sub standard. No choice. Room cld be cleaner. Black mould rnd shower tray. Lots of dust on radiator. Bed linen had burnt oil smell. Yellow stained pillows.

The area and the outside appearance of the Inn...our hearts sank as we drove up, looked really tatty and honestly quite dodgy. Parking was also an issue.
very relieved when we saw our rooms however would not stay again due to issues mentioned
There was also a VERY confident rat running around on the patio grabbing dropped food, it wasn't bothered by people at all so seemed to be used to them which suggests it hadn't just got there!

lovely property in a good location, very well presented. didn’t get to sample the evening food as we went to a wedding, but the breakfast was lovely.
The parking was bizarre, and had to do car shuffling to get out. Entrance from the room to the restaurant seemed to go through the cellar, but it wasn’t an issue.

rooms were adequate sized and clean. could on silicone around the shower. breakfast was good, with an attentive server. choice of beers was very limited. seemed to have a lot of live music on regularly.
mens toilets were not great, with one of the two urinals being broken. this did not stop someone using it so the floor was literally swimming in urine, which no one cleaned up all night.
