The location, the staff, the price

A lot, lack of cleaniess and attention to obvious things. I think if the facilities are provided, it should reach minimum standard, or it shouldn't be provided. E.g. stain on sofa, stain on bedsheet, almost transparent curtains with no privacy, dirty floor and wall around the bed, tv without clear display, main door heavy and swing fast without door stopper etc. I understand Vienna is expensive and the price is not high for such space

It was opposite of a nice park not too far walking into the city.

The inside of the apartment looked so much more dated than the photos. the decor and furniture were old. It didn’t feel comfortable at all. there were lots of big wardrobes but the beds were so small and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

floors seemed like they could have been swept better, huge bleached stain on the living room sofa. but those were small details. everything was great overall.

Spacious apartment in a very good location near the city centre and only a few steps from the train station! Host was super friendly.

Great communication, very nice clean apartment in a top location. The sofa and beds are comfortable for sleeping.

It would be very cool for the apartment to have a washing machine and air conditioning, very noisy street outside the window.

uncomfortable because the bed was to small, the kitchen light did not work, there were to less kitchen utensils for cooking..,

large room, excellent bed, fantastic location. excellent for singles or couples.

wifi was weak but was only for 1 night and I needed sleep anyway. The bedding was great and slept without worry.

When I eventually met the person working at reception they were nice.

It was challenging to locate. When I initially came in the person on reception was performing another task and It took some time to be served. I did not appreciate this as I had a very heavy backpack. There were elements of the room that needed renovating.

bed is narrow (140) in a very narrow room (180). we asked why they call it queen size…answer was that in Europe this is the standard. never had such a narrow queen size bed. also room should have air condition. but in reality there was no such thing.

Very nice location, helpful staff. The room is perfect for resting and maybe more.

The location is perfect - very close to the center, but quiet and adjacent to a park. The reception staff was very helpful. We had to shorten our stay by 2 days, and we were fully reimbursed, even though our booking.com reservation did not include this option.

A minor suggestion - a little shelf in the shower for soap and/or shampoo would be helpful.

Location is excellent for exploring Vienna, with convenient transit access from and to the airport. Staff was very courteous and helpful; they even did a bunch of laundry for us for free!

Location is fantastic. I’m the heart of the old city center, but quiet. Appartement is fantastic, clean, new with all facilities that you need. Host is top! We will definitely come back

It was exactly what I was looking for: a place close to Mitte and inner town, clean, spacious for one person, with nice amenities. It had all of them.
