Huge and lovely room. Lots of eating choices and grocery stores nearby. Tram station is just at the back of the building. 4 or 5 stops to Stephenplatz and the Opera. Metro is nearby too.

As it is an added floors, it could get really warm.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'agencement, le confort et la propreté du logement. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme et proche du centre. Le parking était également tout proche et très pratique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'il soit répondu tout de suite, clairement et efficacement à mes questions et demandes. Bref, c'était parfait!

The description says 2 bathrooms. I made the assumption that each bathroom had a toilet. Neither has a toilet. Each bathroom has a sink and shower and then in the hallway, there’s a powder room with a toilet. Not convenient for 6 people.

It was well equipped and stylish. Everything was usable. We stayed with our baby and everything was arranged including crib and baby chair even if we didn’t asked:) wifi was good and strong. The manager was very helpful and had a good connection.

Tv connection wasnt very good and there was a little smell in the apartment.

Très bien équipé, ça permet de voyager léger. C'est calme, propre et la literie est confortable. L'appartement est grand. Ce n'est pas trop loin du centre, environ 10min à pied.

Die neuwertige und sehr stylische Ausstattung, 100%ige Sauberkeit und die absolute tolle Lage nah am Zentrum hat uns sehr gefallen. 10 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist am St. Stephan Dom ! U-Bahn ist auch nur 1 Minute entfernt. Geschirr und Gläser, Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Betten und die Schlafcouch (für 2 Personen geeignet) waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Penthouse Apartment mit kleinem Balkon - mit einem Schlafzimmer und Schlaf-Couch. Wir waren dort mit 4 Personen. War perfekt. Toilette und Badezimmer sind in 2 separaten Räumen - sehr praktisch. 5.Stock ! - Aufzug ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im nahe gelegen Parkhaus dazu gebucht. Die Parkkarte befand sich mit im Schließfach wo sich auch die Zimmerschlüssel befanden. Diesen öffnet man mit einem Code welchen man vorab per Mail bekommt. Besonders möchte ich die perfekte Kommunikation vorab loben. Alles läuft super reibungslos und Rückmeldung kommt sofort vom Manager der Apartments. Danke nochmal an Olena für die stets schnelle Beantwortung unserer Fragen ! Wir würden zu 100% erneut buchen ! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben einen Backofen vermisst. Aber in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 3 Bäcker. Somit gab es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Selber Kochen tut man sowieso nicht in Wien ;-) Kochutensilien waren aber da .

We loved everything! The apartment is located in a peaceful square, with transportation available, and provided us an amazing trip. Very clean, well eqquiped, two showers (we've been in many places before, it was a first!), and an attention to details. Olena was very friendly, every indication worked perfectly.

The check in instructions were mailed to me couple of days prior to arrival date. I really appreciated the fact, that there was luggage storage facility, that you could get into, before checking into the apartment. The access to the bulding is via keypad/key card. My apartment was located on a 5th floor (the attic). There is a small elevator in the building (please remember that it's an old building, so it can't have those heavy duty large modern elevators). The apartment was super cute, with a little balcony, overlooking the roofs of the city. It was quiet. The apartment itself was super clean, and had EVERYTHING one needs. I stayed there for a week. It's only 10-15 min walk to the city center (again, Vienna is a big city and you will have to use public transportation), and only 2 min walk to Tram 2. Plenty of shops/bakery The bed was the most comfortable bed in my whole 3 weeks travel throughout the Europe. Furniture was new and modern, plenty of hangers/shelfs/room for clothes. Kitchen was well equipped with pots/pens/glasses/cups. All in working order, everything was new. Coffee pods provided. Plus there was salt/sugar/creamer. Everything I usually have at home was in that apartment: iron, drying rack/ shampoos/ towels etc etc they even had an umbrella for the guests! One can use their laundry facility (a separate room on the same 5th floor) for free - laundry detergent is provided. There was also a gym there (not that I needed to use it after 8 hours of non stop walking around the city, but I certainly appreciated new and expensive equipment). My stay fell on a Valentine day and the management left me a bottle of champagne in my room. What a pleasant surprise! Too bad I was alone and had no one to share it with ))) Overall, fantastic property. Home away from home. There was not even one thing that I would change or suggest to do differently. Everything was thought of and in great working order.

Hermoso departamento, todo muy limpio, cómodo, con lavarropas y lavavajillas lo cual se agradece en un viaje largo!!! Muy bien ubicado cerca de todas las paradas del transporte público. Zona tranquila de día y de noche, con mucho negocios cerca.

L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, pulito e confortevole. Il palazzo è molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro.

Unica pecca è la presenza di un solo wc in tutto l'appartamento, nonostante nella descrizione fosse indicata la presenza di ben 2 bagni. Ne dettaglio ci sono 2 bagni,entrambi senza wc, di cui uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca, mentre in un altra stanzetta si trova l'unico wc dell'appartamento.

Arrived early to check in but Oleana was there with the key, ready for us to access the apartment. The apartment was just like advertised, but better. It was bigger than expected, with great facilities and a great place to explore Vienna. Within walking distance of the centre of town, and multiple public transport choices.

Felt a little far from the U bahn. The listing was a little misleading in saying that the unit had laundry. We interpreted this to mean that it was inside the unit. It was not.

Can’t fault these apartments. They were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. They were very warm, maybe a bit too hot. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The location was just outside the inner city which was a ten minute walk away. The tram was a couple of minutes walk from apartment. Supermarkets were close by. The location was quiet, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments.

Lo mejor lo bien equipado que está, lo bonito que es y lo bien situado, muy cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. La posibilidad de hacer check in 24h es genial ya que nuestro vuelo llegó de madrugada y la entrada fue perfecta. Se estropeó el agua caliente unas horas y tuvieron el detalle de entregarnos una botella de champan, esos detalles se agradecen.

Easy access from the airport. Easy to use code for the keys. Apartment absolutely fantastic and the kitchen was fully equipped for 8 people. All machines you can imagine and video instruction online for how to use them. We loved it.

The hallway on first floor was not so nice. First impression a bit disappointing. WiFi was sometimes slow and shaky. When the entrance code system broke down it was not fixed immediately. Duct tape used to prevent the door to lock was not good and no information whatsoever from management neither on the door nor by email or text message.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Es war ruhig und die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht die Innenstadt per Straßenbahn oder in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Es gab paar Flecken auf dem Teppich. Es stört ein wenig die schöne Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers. Natürlich hängt es immer von den vorherigen Bewohnern ab. Lösung wäre vielleicht ein Teppich, der nicht so hell ist :-)

amazing apartment, best possible for a big city, if you don’t like crowds of people - that’s a perfect choice. city center is very close, within 10 minutes by feet. very hospitable staff. super clean and wisely assembled apartment. the terrace in an apartment with zebra carpet was awesome!
