Confortevolmente arredate e decorate con opere d'arte, set da pranzo in rovere e un sacco di tocchi speciali. Questa unità è al piano terra senza scale che lo rende comodo per chi ha bambini piccoli o con restrizioni fisiche. Forniamo un pack-and-play se necessario, e il divano letto ha un materasso in memory foam queen. La lavanderia si trova nel condominio e ogni camera ha un grande armadio. Il nostro condominio è vicino a tutto! A pochi passi dal centro, e dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia e Sunset Park! Un posto auto fornito all'ingresso; secondo in spazi di parcheggio generali designati nel lotto condominiale.

Couldn’t go on trip but the owner was outstanding in helping out. Seeking possible refunds well after cancellation date. He was an utmost professional and a rare find in today’s business environment. Truly cares about his guests. Highly respected and recommended.

This condo was great for our family of four. It was stocked with everything you could need - snacks, coffee, toiletries, blankets. Having a king bed in the master and two beds in the second bedroom was perfect for us. And Lisa the property manager was the most attentive and informative I have ever worked with - and we have stayed in several different VRBOs. Thank you!

Especially if you have young kids. The park across the street is great to get extra energy out. About a half mile walk from downtown and across from sunset park. The condo was clean and the big open kitchen/living room was a great space for our family to spend time. A few toys for young kids. Don’t rely on the pullout couch for extra sleeping - we found the mattress to be flat and uncomfortable. The woman who manages the property was very kind and accessible.

The condo was spacious, clean and well cared for. It was such a great place for our family to have a girls weekend for shopping. I can’t wait to come back because the condo was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There’s have a view of the water and shopping downtown is very close by

Some friends and I stayed here for a wine-tasting weekend in Traverse City.The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal. Lisa was tremendous with her communication in the week leading up to our trip, as well as available all weekend if we needed her. She was also so kind and flexible with a last-minute change of plans when my friends ended up needing to bring their kids (7 and 3). We appreciated all the amenities and the additional parking pass. This condo is exactly as it looks in the photos, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Three friends and I were on a girls wine tasting trip for a few days and this condo was the perfect property for our trip. Both the owner and concierge were quick to reply to any questions I had prior to the trip. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, beds were comfy, and anything we needed was in the kitchen. It was a short walk into town for dinner and shopping, close to the water to enjoy the lake air and sunset. We would definitely stay again.

Property had great amenities and would stay there again. Our one recommendation would be to replace the living room furniture which looked fine however it was past it’s prime and in much need of cushion replacement. Other than that, great condo and location!!!

Our stay went very well! Lisa communicated ahead of time and during our stay. She guided us to a couple excellent local restaurants, responding to our questions almost immediately. Kitchen was great to work in when we did stay in, and all needed supplies were quite available too. Great location, too!

We thought the condo was bigger than the photos showed. It was very clean and well stocked with the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic. Lisa, the property manager was of great help checking us in and out.

Owners very accommodating, just make sure you have your dates straight . We ended up having to rent a hotel room because of the confusion.

This is the second time I’ve rented here during TCFF week. It’s a great location. Very walkable. I like that there are 2 parking spaces. I also like that it is located on the first floor. Very little noise from above. Lisa makes checking in very easy and she can answer all your questions. Some toiletries are provided and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s a great place to stay.

Was in a great location within walking distance to downtown. Condo was very nice and it was very clean. Had a lot of little touches/conveniences that you don’t see in other rentals. Would definitely rent this one again.
