Victoria and the staff at wonder bar everything else was shambles

Being accused of things that we didn’t do and that they didn’t clean the room for 5 days

Easy to find. Quantity of food and drink as you would expect for fully inclusive. Plenty of car parking.

Food was canteen standard and lacking in quality. Rather lacking in atmosphere. Beach pictures did not reflect the actual beach at resort.

Resort veramente bello, grande ma accogliente. Sport al top tantissimi corsi, bella palestra con una vista eccezionale, possibilità di avere tutte le attrezzature anche x tennis, volley e tiro con l arco.Ristorazione ottima varia molto buono il ristorante spagnolo buono l italiano ottime colazioni. Ristorante molto pulito con personale sempre presente gentile e professionale. Spiaggia vicino molto lunga e bellissima. Oceano dai colori incredibili ovviamente freddo per il periodo ma stupendo. Piscine belle grandi ma ovviamente sempre fredde per il periodo. Fantastico all inclusive delle bevande. Toilette presenti in tantissime postazioni sempre pulite. Pulizia camera ottima e quotidiana. Asciugamani per spiaggia a disposizione molto morbidi e cambiabili giornalmente. Personale della reception professionale e gentilissimo. Possibilità di pranzare anche bordo piscina. Ottimo orari per i vari pasti.

Purtroppo veramente scadenti gli spettacoli serali. Una pecca che non ci vuole in una struttura come questa. Veramente spettacolo brutti, noiosi ed inguardabili! Dopo pochi minuti abbiamo sempre lasciato il teatro che invece è una struttura bellissima e meriterebbe di essere utilizzato per spettacoli all altezza di tutto il resto.

Direkter Zugang zu einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, Personal war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und hat bei Regen durchgehend die Anlage gesäubert. Breites Sport Angebot (leider aber immer schnell ausgebucht). Tolle Sonnenaufgänge vom Balkon beobachtet.

Mini Ameisen auf den Zimmern, verzogene Türrahmen, die sehr viel Lärm beim Türen öffnen verursachen und mehrere Versuche benötigen.. Putzfrau hat ein Mal nicht richtig Tür zugezogen, stand also paar Stunden offen. Abends die Bar ist sehr laut (nicht schlimm, wenn man selbst dort ist). Die Anlage ist sehr weit vom Schuss und umgeben von vielen weiteren Anlagen. Man sollte sich ein Auto mieten. Ich wurde als allein Reisende nicht auf den runden Tisch hingewiesen und habe erst nach 3 Tagen durch eine andere Reisende davon erfahren. In der App ist es auch nicht vermerkt. Vor dem Hotel sammeln sich die Nudisten am Strand 😧

gute Lage des Hotels mit super Zugang zum Strand. Das Personal ist super freundlich und Qualität des Essens ist gut.

Die Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant ist absolut grenzwertig, Nachteile des Massentourismus. Die Betten sind nicht wirklich toll.

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, großes Zimmer mit Meerblick, schneller Service bzw. schnelle Reaktion der Rezeption bei Problemen (z.B. Insekten). Großes Sportangebot bzw. Aktivitätenangebot.

Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal. Sehr laut. Erinnert an eine Mischung aus Hallenbad und Bahnhofshalle. Der Bereich nur für Erwachsene war erträglicher. Es wäre schön, wenn man Speisen auch z.B. auf einer Terrasse zu sich nehmen könnte. Die Auswahl der Speisen war groß und man hat immer etwas für sich finden können. Es ist aber noch Luft nach oben und hat für mich Kantinenniveau (sorry). Die „Spezialitätenrestaurants“ sind da auch nicht besser, bis auf die Tatsache bedient zu werden. Gerichte waren nur lauwarm. Die Ravioli in der Trattoria sind nicht zu empfehlen. Plätze in den Spezialitätenrestaurants müssen 48 h vorher per App reserviert werden. Da wir nur 7 Nächte (So-So) gebucht hatten und die Restaurants nicht täglich geöffnet waren (zwei davon nur einmal in der Woche) konnten wir im Flavor und Fish and Grill gar nicht essen. Das war sehr schade.

Дуже сподобався відпочинок у цьому готелі, чисті номери, харчування на 10/10 - різноманітно і дуже смачно, привітливий персонал, дуже гарна набережна :)

Але на жаль є і мінуси - дуже погано працював злив у душі, декілька раз зверталися на рецепцію, персонал намагався вирішити проблему, але вона залишилась. Також погано працює вай фай ;(а

Excellent all inclusive. Great for my 5 year old. Superb choice of pools, food was better than expected with plenty of choice and some daily variety. Pretty much all drinks I wanted were included free. Beach was just next to hotel and easy to access. We played tennis a couple of times too

Could have been nearer a town so there were more options to go off-site. Rule about not reserving sunbeds was not in anyway enforced and bagging of sunbeds at dawn was rife. with them then not being used for hours.

The room was very bright and spacious, and the village is well kept and welcoming. Great choices of food at the buffet and bars. We had the chance to go to the Spanish restaurant too, which was great! we didn't know that you can only book the special restaurants 3 days in advance so make sure you enquire if your stay is only for 3-4 nights, we were lucky to get a table following a cancellation. The night entertainment was also really nice, we had fun.

the food at the pool was only junk food. it would be great to have much more healthier choices like Salates and fruits. the offered salat was most of the time ready with mayonnaise. the

For an all-in, the food quality is still very good. great mix of areas with vibly entertainment and quiet zones. perfect location, in between the Morro Jable city and the Sotavento playas.

I must notify I had a small ant infestation in the sink of my bathroom, but I gave them the Royal Flush.

let’s start with the room: old to say the least, freezing cold, and on the last night we realised it was freezing cold because the balconi door wouldn’t close, no air vent in the bathroom so always stinking of damp, bed super uncomfortable, pillow seemed made of little balls of fluff. The food was unedible slop, catered for the taste of Germans Hospital canteen. absolutely horrendous, breakfast lunch and dinner. cocktails on all inclusive absolutely horrible. the staff, all of them from reception, to cleaning to catering, all of them were absolutely rude and lacking the basic politeness, only the life guards would say good morning. I highly discourage everybody from booking this place. Save yourself some money and the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Staff- The staff is what makes this hotel shine! All inclusive stay- selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Even the snack bar for when meal times is closed was great. Travelled with a group of girls for relaxation/spa purposes. This hotel is great for families, couples ect. Had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you TUI Magic Life

Amazing hotel with additional entertainment events, amazing food (in all inclusive option), huge object, swimming pools

The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything was marvelous. Probably the best accommodation on the island. We were there in January so totally off season, but it wasn't empty at all. The programs were also great, the kids club, the parties, the live music.. exceptional.

The cockroaches were the only thing that bothered me a little, but an extermination would fix that. Otherwise, the place was clean.

amazing and very friendly staff! nice beach, a great football pitch for kids to play.

the evening activities were very loud and it was difficult to sleep, we were with little kids so this was disturbing.

The salsa show group excellent for new year
