Need to note that the spa is under reservation availability and I suggest to put it more clear on the website of booking.com and give a number to call and do the reservation in a given hour timeline, out of those hours it can be accessed if you pay additionally (if I understood well)

the location and the size of the apartment
the staff was generally not very friendly nor helpful, the spa was highly chlorinated and would have been much more pleasant if salt or bromine or UV was used instead, the sauna was not working over our entire 8 day stay, the only toilette in our two bedroom suite was located one floor down from the bedrooms and had no sink nearby

Spacious and clean. Would have liked a map to see where we could find things.
Property was very dark and sterile. Very hard to get questions answered or find any staff to help. However, the people we did find were very nice and respectful. Also there was no extra toilet paper in the room.

Very good location. Walking distance from a lovely mountain village. The view from the apartment was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities (fridge, microwave, tea/coffee machine, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery etc). The rooms were very spacious and had cupboards. The living room was grand too with a balcony.
Nothing. My husband would have liked a slightly bigger indoor pool but actually it was really nice and we appreciated having one to relax.

Was Self catering. Clean and modern. When I was looking for accommodation options, there were a lot of old chalets that did look a bit dark and gloomy. This was anything but.
The spa is open 10-12 and 3-8pm daily. This is a jaccuzzi, hamman and sauna. After 4pm it is 12.50 Euros per session which I think is unreasonable as the accommodation isn't cheap and most people would want to use the spa after 4pm after the end of the ski day. It should be included. Parking also was 55 euros a week.

Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean, modern and good value for money.
We went to the spa which we paid for and could only stay for 45 minutes which we were not told in advance. Also the staff member in the spa area was one of the least friendly people I have ever come across. Elevators are slow (boohoo), no dish washing liquid, dishwasher tabs or dish towels (ok to buy if you stay for a week, not cool for just a weekend)
