There was a nice place for small kids, special pool and with slide in it for small kids. As well spa area specifically as well for the kids. Great breakfast, had a nice kids corner. Nice location.

The room required some renovation. The heating was a ventilation system, which can not be used if in the room is the kid, as then kid could get ill. One jacuzzi - did not smelled good. Need bigger parking place, since when we arrived, there were no places at all.

Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Service war sehr gut und schnell im Restaurant. Wellnessbereich mit Pool war sauber und schön eingerichtet, vor allem die Coctailbar im Pool Bereich war spitze. Coctail sehr lecker.

Kein Kühlschrank auf Zimmer. Freche Vögel klauen essen auf den Balkon.

Всё чисто, дружелюбно, шикарный завтрак, спа на 4 бани и двумя небольшими бассейнами, мягкие кровати, в 11 вечера выяснилось, что у нас на двоих одно одеяло:) , без проблем принесли в номер второе.

Steam sauna wasn’t working, and it would be nice to have more fresh fruit option for breakfast :)) but anyway everything was good !

Mazliet novecojušas istabinas/gaiteņi. Kā arī agrāk bija 2.5h baseinu un saunu apmeklējumam + viena bezmaksas spa procedūra, tagad tikai 1.5h un nav spa procedūra. 20min atvēlētais laiks brokastīm arī šķiet negodīgi īss...

The location is very good. Spa area has many saunas.

Rooms are not clean enough, dust on the floor. In the mornings the water just stops running or/and gets cold because of some tanks used in swimming pools. Breakfast choice seems to be wide but food is not very tasty. Coffee is terrible. Spa is open for outside visitors so often it’s overcrowded, guests of the hotel have no priority, people from outside walk with shoes is showering area! Staff doesn’t seem very interested in how the guests feel or enjoyed their stay ( nobody asks nothing during check out).

SPA area was excellent with plenty of saunas and great pool, children pool and children sauna with TV in it! Also room where nice and comfy. Breakfast was very tasty with a lot to choose from. Location - perfect!

The hotel is 9/10 and the only reason to not give 10 is corridors are smelly and needs some renovation. It is very unpleasant smell especially in the morning...

I liked the location of the hotel the most. Other than that there wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. I guess the lobby area is spacious and feels inviting.

The hotel is old and a bit run down. It needs much more than a refurbishment. The carpets in the hallways need to be changed. I think this hotel is not worth the money at all.

Jurmala SPA met all my expectations: room was cozy and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty, just had to wait a little bit to get free table. I had 2 lunches in the hotel restaurant and it was also delicious. There is a construction in front of the hotel and it can be noisy.

Room was ready for refurbishing. Craks, missing paint, showerhead broken, sofa no good, old tv with latvian og german programs. No table on balcony. A bit boring breakfast- powdered eggs in omelett, warm juice.

Lovely hotel - great location, lovely spa and pool, great breakfast, clean and comfortable bedroom.

There was a construction works inside hotel, pool spa zone was closed. They didn’t inform us about that before we reserve our stay. We couldn’t change our booking dates or get money back. nobody answer our message about change dates. Hotel was empty, with only some customers

Staff was a tired, looks like they hate us that we stay here… saunas and pool not working and this kind of joke we know when we arrive in the spot

Old carpets in coridors, old furniture in rooms. Bathroom need renovation!
