The apartment was slightly old fashioned but immaculately clean and spacious for the 2 of us ! It was perfectly situated in the centre of the new town with a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was provided including beach towels and chairs- we had a brilliant holiday and want to return ASAP ! Thank you x

Even before arrival Elena stayed in touch to make certain there was a seamless check in. On arrival she perfectly managed our car parking and gave us a proper walk around the flat answering all questions. She stayed in touch throughout making the experience so comfortable. The apartment is beautiful. Immaculately clean, you can hear the ocean surf from every window. From the terrace, sunset is stunning. The local amenities are plentiful. We walked in and out of the old town all along the sea, sometimes more than once a day. Food in Cádiz is wonderful. And in this time of concern about safe places to travel the low density and amazing facilities were a perfect fit. Thanks Elena. Viva Cádiz. BTW. There is excellent Flamenco to be discovered. We spent three weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute. Elena made check-in so easy. The location was great and close to restaurants, markets and taxi stands. Checkout was handled very efficiently, too.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks on the second half of September, and this has been the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The appliances are all top of the range and the fact that there is washing liquids and soap etc makes it so homely. It's walking distance to the old town which we walked to a few times, and lots of tapas restuarants nearly by. We will visit again! It was a very relaxing break

We enjoyed our holiday in Cadiz, the apartment is lovely and is ideally located for everything you need. Recommended

Die Wohnung hat eine Super Lage direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Promenade und eine Seitenstraße getrennt. In der Nacht kein Autolärm, ich habe bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Die Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, vielen Dank! Es war alles sehr sauber, Platz ist genug! Man sieht vom Balkon am Strand und kann am Abend in der untergehenden Sonne gemütlich sitzen. Der Strand von Cadiz ist übrigens ein Traum!

We had a wonderful April week in this spacious apartment. Being so close to the beach (and its bars, restaurants, heladerias) was particularly brilliant for our five year old daughter. Equally, though, the Old Town is a comfortable walk or a very quick, easy and cheap bus ride. Elena could not have been more helpful, providing some great ideas as well as welcoming us on arrival.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well fitted out. It couldn't be more conveniently situated for the beach, the restaurants along the front and the shops. We enjoyed the walk into the town but the bus stops were just around the corner. Elena couldn't have been more helpful and her restaurant recommendation was excellent. Thank you Elena - we hope to return!

Enjoyed our stay in this elegant apartment, location was excellent, walked beach every morning, sat on beach, easy walk into Cadiz for sightseeing or trip on Ferry to Santa Maria etc. The apartment was super, so was Elane , went to Market and bought fish a few days and cooked in apartment. Lovely tapes bars near by,had everything for a super holiday.

My wife and I stayed at Elena's condo for a week in September and it was a great experience. The condo is super well-equipped with two wonderful modern bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, absolutely wonderful. There is air-conditioning available as well as a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a parking space available which is a must in Cadiz. The only issue we would point out is that there is only one beach chair available in the condo. It would be better to have two beach chairs and an umbrella available so that renters can avoid paying 6 Euros a day to rent a beach chair/umbrella condo on the beach. Another good idea would be to have a condo "information list", summarizing bus routes, best restaurants, things to see, dishwasher instructions, garbage instructions, etc. saving Elena's verbal instructions. A big thanks to Elena for being there when we arrived late at 10:00 PM!

This is a large apartment with a huge master. It has a lovely ocean view from the balcony. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Elena was very nice and met us upon arrival and departure. The unit has everything you could need for a lovely beach getaway.

This a beautiful spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Excellent location just steps from restaurants, supermarket and bakery. The garage parking was very handy as you don't need a car in Cadiz. The only slight negative was that I had tried to make meeting arrangements before leaving England. We don't have 24 hour access to the Internet when abroad so although Elena emailed me on the day of arrival I didn't receive it until we were in the apartment. Luckily the problem was quickly resolved with a phone call but perhaps something to bear in mind for future guests. Having said that, I would happily reccomend this lovely property to anyone wishing to stay in Cadiz.

We stayed 4 nights over Carnival weekend, parents and teenagers, plenty of room in the flat, the 'pull out bed' is proper height and size though kids had to share a double duvet, 2 bathrooms a luxury. Kitchen had everything we needed (coffee pot and electric orange squeezer included!), and plenty of good size pans, though could do with some sharp knives. We were very sad not to make more use of the market in the city centre: as it was Carnival, the market was only open on our last day: we will be back just for the fish! The apartment is VERY close to the beach, though with double glazing and being high up it was not noisy, garage convenient, about 40 minutes stroll along the beach to the old centre, and a very good bus service: No1 takes you to the east side of the old city, No7 to the Cathedral on the west side. Several bakeries and small supermarkets nearby, plenty of places to eat and drink coffee or beer. Elena was very helpful, and speaks good English. There were maps of the city in the apartment when we arrived, as well as some supplies like coffee, salt, oil, sugar etc. We have used Owners Direct many times now, and this was another great apartment, we had a really good time in Cadiz, and kids are keen to go back to Spain. Elena was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was modern, well equipped and comfortable. Just as described. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea was a perfect way to start each day. The beach is amazing! We walked to the Old City most days to explore the wonderful shops, tapas bars and restaurants. We loved it! Taxi back was not expensive, then sat by the bar on the beach enjoying the sun with a drink and snacks. Cooked in some nights (thanks to amazing fish market) and ate out the rest. Weather sunny and 16 to 18 most of the time, the sun quite hot at times. Not bad for January! All in all a very relaxing winter break.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 sons for 1 week and it was an absolutely stunning apartment, spotless clean, all mod cons, little unexpected extras and the best view of Victoria beach you could ask for. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach and loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would highly recommended this apartment and hope to go back one day :-)

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful three days in Cadiz after watching an episode of Rick Stein's Long Weekends programme. The City certainly lived up to it's billing as a fish lovers dream with a multitude of excellent restaurants, but what was a complete surprise to us was the quality of the beaches - absolutely stunning. The apartment complimented the beaches too. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and overlooking one of those lovely beaches. It had the added bonus of garage facilities which turned out to be a boon as we did not need the car at all during our stay thanks to the plentiful supply of busses. Our host, Elena, was friendly, very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. We would highly recommend both the apartment and Cadiz. Martyn & Carol Willis July 2017
