Elena at reception was super helpful. She contacted me ahead of our stay to coordinate check-in and to see if there was anything she could arrange for us ahead of time. We ended up communicating through WhatsApp, which made it really convenient to check in about other things as needed. Elena was extremely accommodating and even upgraded us upon arrival to a room with a sea view - an unexpected treat! We loved the layout of the studio and having access to a kitchenette. There was even a really thoughtful "welcome" basket with some treats/necessities (coffee, cereals).

Great location and Elena was incredibly helpful with arranging car rental, boat trips etc. excellent array of items in room for self service breakfast and the illy coffee machine a definite bonus. Pollonia is a great spot.
Building work across the road was sometimes a little noisy.

We cannot wait to return to Milos and stay at Pollina Studios again in the future!! The location is amazing in Pollina, with lovely views and you get a great sea breeze. Elena was incredibly helpful with recommendations and tips on how to get around - we went to every restaurant that she recommended to us and thanks to her, we found it so easy to get around the island! Thank you so much to Elena - our stay at Pollina studios was the best way to end our trip to Greece <3

great location. excellent helpful staff. nice clean rooms. tea coffee milk jam honey butter all supplied. minutes from beach. nice private balcony.
the drains smelled. you could hear water from
upstairs rooms whenever someone showering or flushing as if you were in their bathroom. maybe upstairs room better.

The location was excellent. so close to the beaches and to the town. Elena was very helpful and the cleaning staff was excellent

Really nice apartment with sea views. Elena was a fantastic host with very good tips and recommendations.
At about 7am on the first morning we were woken up by building works opposite the property. Elena apologised as this wasn’t supposed to tale place until much later during the day. The following mornings there were no such issues

We had a wonderful stay at Pollonia Studios, it met all our expectations but Elena our host FAR exceeded our expectations she was utterly amazing. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us to the best parts of the island, the best restaurants and going out of her way sort out car hire. Thank you Elena you are a star.
It was slightly more expensive than some of the other places we had stayed but will worth it and I would definitely book again. Plenty of car parking space and very good cooking facilities.

Loved everything about it. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, everything was new and had a great location. Elena was outstanding and helped us get a last minute car rental. I hope to be back to Milos and Pollonia studios in the near future.

We absolutely loved all Elena’s tips and local guidance. She was helpful and always available to help us out. Our apartment was perfect with a lovely balcony featuring sunset views. Very nice and big space to make a comfortably long or short stay to Pollonia. Thank you Elena!
It would have been amazing to have coffee capsules replaced as these were not available at the supermarket so we went out instead of sitting on the balcony as we would have liked to. A water in the fridge would have been a nice touch too!

The lady there, Elena, was extraordinarily kind and helpful. She gave us good advice on activities, beach locations, boat tours and restaurants. Each time we followed her advice, we were not disappointed in the slightest.
Although it is described as a 'beachfront' location, it is only partially true. There are beach views from some rooms but the building is not located directly in front of the beach. This, however, did little to detract from our stay.
