Great property very spacious.
We had a problem with the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom very warm in the evenings
The outside pool was great, really enjoyed by our grandchildren.
Although the area was buisy with traffic we had easy access to the beach and restaurants.
All the family had a great vacation.

We were a group of 6 adults staying for 9 days in the apartment. We were met by Fatima on arrival who took us to the underground parking spaces, helped us with the lift up to the apartment and showed us around. We speak no Portuguese and only a little French so may have missed out on some instructions. We therefore had to contact Cecilia for details of the safety deposit box and access to a second set of keys but we had a prompt response which was very helpful.
The rooms were all a good size and tastefully decorated and the apartment had a wonderful terrace which had 6 sunbeds (2 of which were wooden and a bit firm) and provided a good space for sunbathing and outdoor eating.
The pool was clean and a good size but had no shared sunbeds for use. There were a couple of small sun chairs that we took down to the pool and on one occasion we took a sun lounger down as well.
The location is very good with local beaches within walking distance along with some nice restaurants and a few bars. Some of our group also used Uber to get around and found this easy to use and at reasonable prices.
The only minor points to note are that there are some building works on an adjacent plot which were a little noisy on the first day but generally weren't an issue. The air conditioning in the apartment also appeared to be at set temperatures which would have been more helpful if we could have adjusted down (this may have been us not understanding how to use).
Overall we had a wonderful holiday.

We stayed here for 10 days, and really felt like home. The house is functional and it has all we needed. The Terrace is a great outside space, with sun at any time of day, and overlooking the pool, which was awesome when the kids went there on their own.
The beds are in the harder side, which was not great for use but many love. The only downside is that the contact for check in only speaks french other than Portuguese, which was not a problem for us, but it might be for someone who has no other way to communicate.

We have stayed at this incredible penthouse four times. It is in a great location with a large balcony, pool on site, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, as well as small shops and supermarkets which are just 5 minutes away.

From the moment we arrived in the condo, it was exactly as we expected. It was very large, uncluttered, modern and very clean. We loved the balcony that surrounded the complex. Cecilia was responsive to our requests and needs and had Fatima come over to respond to our requests. Communication was a bit difficult at times because we only speak English. However, Fatima was so sweet and wanted to make sure we understood her instructions. The location was ideal in that its 10 minutes from the beach and there are numerous restaurants in the area.

The apartment was as good as it looked in the photos, very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool was a great size. Restaurants, cafes, beach and shops all within easy reach and very close to bus stop. We loved our stay.

What a beautiful apartment! We had great communication with Cecilia before our arrival and once we got there Patricia was there to greet us and on hand if ever we needed a thing. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we could possibly need for our visit. Despite the odd review we had no problem with our Wi-Fi so the four teens were happy. The complex and the area were great. We timed our trip perfectly as the Sardine Festival was in town on our final night which was a fun night out for the whole family. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place.

The condo was perfect. Everything as advertised. The pool was very nice and never crowded, and the walk to the beach was easy. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a well appointed apartment with generous rooms in a quiet block but close to the beach and restaurants. It also has everything you need in your home from home. The only reason it isn't 5 star overall is the wifi, which we lost altogether during our stay, but was quickly sorted by the excellent property manager, Patricia. However, we could only get a signal in the living room and nowhere else. For future guests some information on how to access the safe in the apartment and retrieving the apartment keys so you can access the lift would be useful. We only discovered this after dragging the cases up several flights! These are minor issues however and easily resolved. We would definitely return to this apartment in future.

We have stayed at this amazing apartment three times and have consistently been enamored with its location, the breathtaking balcony, and the proximity of the pool to bars and restaurants. Additionally, it takes only 30 minutes to reach the beach from the apartment.

The owner mentions that the WiFi will be updated in a previous response to a review.
I hope this happens because this is the only downside.

2nd visit to this property in 3 years. Wonderful apartment and renting experience was first class. Great location with wonderful views from the balcony which wraps around the property. 3 spacious rooms and modern kitchen leading to an updated outside area from last time we visited. Apartment is very safe and secure and the automatic shutters are a great addition. Only a couple of things which could be improved on would be the non master bedrooms which have very hard mattresses and also the bed frame is very low in the 4 poster room. The wifi signal is only available in the living room generally and very poor (8-10mb). Not easy to stream from multiple devices if more than 1 person is trying.
Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous, super well equipped, fantastic finish penthouse apartment
Not tried this area before. Arranged to meet to collect key, super friendly and helpful lady arrived within seconds of our call. Couldn't have been easier. The quality of the finish of the apartment is just lovely. There really was everything you could possibly need for a home from home stay. The bathrooms, bedrooms, all decorated and finished very luxuriously. The three side wrap around balcony means you have sun, or shade, available all day and evening. The BBQ was right at the end of the back balcony so not annoying anyone with smoke. All in all we really didn't want to leave. We stay in 3 or 4 places a year and I think this would be our favourite. Only drawback is there is not much of a view, but it is central for restaurants,and the beach with some lovely easy walks to other areas.

This apartment is beautiful, it is well equipped with top quality withappliances and great location. We had a wonderful time with our daughter and four year old granddaughter who loved the pool. Both the apartment and complex were spotless, we could not have asked for a better holiday. Fernanda was very helpful and easily contacted.

Lindisimo! Grande, bien decorado, cómodo, limpio, muy bien equipado. Pasamos unos dias espectaculares. La piscina es muy agradable. Supermercado y restaurantes a walking distance. A la Playa de Falesia tambien se va caminando. Olhos de Agua es muy tranquilo. Recomiendo!

What an amazing apartment. Stayed for almost 2 weeks in June this year.
Very spacious, clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed for a perfect holiday.
The living area was spacious, the bedrooms were large and comfortable, walk in wardrobe I want one at home. The balcony was spacious and comfortable for sitting/sunbathing and outdoor eating. Kitchen had everything we needed for self catering.
In a perfect position in the village, close to all amenities, perfect for short stroll to beach.
Love the Algarve, loved this area, will most certainly be going back. Would go back to this apartment.
