Das Personal war super aufmerksam, freundlich und gut organisiert. Das Angebot beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Wir konnten sogar am Abreisetag noch den Wellnessbereich den ganzen Tag nutzen.

Es war leider sehr warm im Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage wäre super. Und leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank für Getränke.

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Leider der Außenpool zu klein für so viele Gäste und Kinder. Schwimmen war deshalb nur eingeschränkt möglich. Es bräuchte auch draußen mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegen.

The staff was really nice and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool for kids was nice. Overall the atmosphere was very good.

Lunch is very poor. Unfortunately, for dinner and lunch there was only one option for kids (not vegetarian). Kids game area can be a bit bigger.

The Easter program for kids was really lovely - they had many activities organised and overall the hotel is very kids friendly. The spa is also wonderful and it was not too crowded although the hotel seemed pretty full. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner.

The only remark is that the rooms are a bit small, but we were still comfy and they are well designed.

For the price they should update the interior on the rooms as the decor quite tacky and dated. The hotel is a bit far away from the lake and not easy for smaller children without a car. They also charge too much for car parking which should be included in the expensive price as it is not conveniently located to the train. They were sneaky about that and only note it to the fine print on your key card holder. Outdoor "heated" pool was very cold. I'm sure in Summer this is a lovely location for families, bikers and golfers!

There was a good variety of food options and the quality was pretty good. The staff was all very friendly, without exception. They made us feel welcome. The location is quiet, perfect to relax and to forget about the big city.

There is a little lounge missing for hanging out and reading a book. The space for children could have been a little bit bigger.
