Grazie per aver guardato la nostra lista! Il nostro condominio al piano terra dispone di 2 camere da letto 2 bagni e un divano letto. 6 posti letto. È DIRECT OCEANFRONT & BEACHFRONT con viste incredibili !!! Patio privato con vista sull'oceano! Questa unità è immacolata e l'orgoglio della proprietà è evidente in tutto. Il villaggio di Maalaea è un gioiello con la sua posizione centrale e i suoi fantastici alisei. Forniscono una brezza di raffreddamento che mantiene le temperature giuste.
Motivi paesaggistici con piscina e barbecue. Ogni stress che hai si scioglierà. Scivola nella piscina e goditi la vista sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi al sole di Maui.
Posizione centrale perfetta per esplorare l'isola! Oppure prenditi un giorno per rilassarti e osservare le tartarughe verdi che rotolano nel surf o che si alzano in aria, anche prendendo il sole sulla spiaggia. Nei mesi invernali (novembre-aprile) avrai un posto in prima fila per violare le balene mentre tornano alle isole per dare alla luce, allattare e giocare con i loro piccoli!
Alla fine del nostro vicolo cieco è Sugar Beach, a 2-3 minuti a piedi dall'unità. Sugar Beach ha il tratto di spiaggia sabbiosa più lungo di Maui. 5 miglia di sabbia appartata per camminare, correre e spiaggia. Sugar Beach è molto isolata e non ha quasi mai folle. La spiaggia di zucchero è protetta dalla strada dagli stagni pieni di uccelli del Kealia Wildlife Refuge. È così incredibile camminare su questa spiaggia e sentire letteralmente di avere tutto per te!
Una passeggiata di 5 minuti nella direzione opposta vi porta al porto di Maalaea, dove troverete un piccolo negozio di alimentari, palestra, gastronomia, ristoranti e il Maui Ocean Center (l'attrazione turistica numero 1 di Maui), la Pacific Whale Foundation, il minigolf, lo shopping e la maggior parte delle attività oceaniche disponibili a Maui (osservazione delle balene, crociere con cena al tramonto, pesca d'altura e tour di snorkeling). Situato in posizione centrale a Maalaea, rende facile raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell'isola. A circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, a 5 minuti in auto a sud e ci si trova a Kihei e un po 'più avanti, le località di Wailea. Venti minuti a ovest è l'antico villaggio baleniero di Lahaina, con i suoi numerosi negozi e il magnifico Banyan Tree! This condo, and its location, was perfect.
The grounds and the swimming pool were meticulously attended to everyday. The state park and beach are a short walk and provides great snorkeling, swimming and an opportunity to observe & swim with sea turtles. Nearby Maalaea Harbor has an aquarium, shopping, and three excellent restaurants. It is where you arrange whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises.
The kitchen was recently remodeled with beautiful countertops and a large washer and dryer. The furniture was very comfortable and the dining area had a large table for eating or game playing. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels on Maui and would chose to return to Kanaii A Nalu.

The property was in a good location on the beach with great views and centrally located. The unit is comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom place. While everything was clean, overall the carpet and furniture were just very worn with multiple stains on the carpet and sofa. It definitely isn't "immaculate" as the description would suggest but it was perfectly fine for what it was and as a reasonable price point. It was nice having beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. The hosts were very communicative and kind - we appreciated their flexiblity and compassion.

This property is a wonderful sanctuary right in central Maui. Lots of elder folks here, not the best fit for small / young families (elderly locals not too keen on the little ones) but the apartment / location is amazing and the folks running the VRBO were AMAZING

This was a great location! We loved being right on the beach and it was central to most things to do on the island. Great communication with hosts and everything went smoothly!! Would stay here again!

We liked the feel of being away from all the tourists. We enjoyed the quiet private type feel. There were some roaches as soon as we checked in the house! We. let the owners know right away. He said they had just had the place sprayed and would contact the building manager. My husband went and bought bug spray and he sprayed the whole area i around the condo. We didn’t see anymore during our stay. Very close to the beach and beautiful views!

The complex location was perfect for us. We wanted quiet walkable area with easy access to all areas of island.
The unit was comfortable for four a bit tight for six adults.
The only AC unit is in main living area, so in order to cool down bedrooms and keep humidity bearable it was super chill in living room.
We had a bit of a learning curve with refrigerator; warning follow the instructions left and have someone look at it each night or you will wake up to a puddle and warm food!
The pool was really nice as is the property. We saw whales from the lawn!
The unit is fully accessible for easy wheelchair or scooter entry. The grounds have curb cuts and ADA parking spots.
Sounds from children and roosters were loud in courtyard but the Homeowner Association was strict about noise levels and pool behavior which we really appreciated.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful week!

The place was easy to find, in a great location, with everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and spacious, beautiful place. The owners were very kind and had an amazing, easy to follow, check in and check out list.

Very functional and clean unit. It was nice to be located in an area that made for quick sight seeing of different areas of the island. It was a short drive to kihei, Lahaina, Paia, and Wailea. We never walked to the harbor but it was less than a mile with a few restaurants and some cute shops.
The hosts were very pleasant to communicate with and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay as well.
The unit also had a pack n play which I didn’t see on the listing so it made for even easier sleeping arrangements than we had expected for our kids.
The pool was very clean and never crowded. The beach access was down a couple properties but great for digging in the sand or dipping feet in the waves. The whales were visible from the courtyard. So cool! Parking was always very easy. Having access to the beach towels and chairs right at the unit as well as some shared kids beach toys available near the pool made for a very family friendly visit.
We would happily stay again. It was a great place, especially for the price!

Overall, the condo was ok to stay in. Beds were comfortable, but sheets were stained. Furniture is outdated and not as bright and new as in the pictures.
I let the owners know of a few details that they needed to pass on to their cleaning crew. All were found upon arrival and I took pictures.
- both toilets were dirty (back of seats and attachments) and we found hair on one of them.
- hair was found in two bath towels in bathroom adjacent to
Queen bedroom.
- mold on ceiling of bathroom in king bedroom.
- thick layer of dust above bathroom door in king bedroom
- layer of dust on concrete wall behind bathroom door in King bathroom.
- white towels were dingy looking.
Cleanliness was a big factor in our rating. We would not return here.

The pictures and description of this condo are accurate. We could get to the sandy beach with the kids and the pool was lovely (though not heated if you are there during cooler weather). The beds were comfy, even the hide a bed. This is a place to relax and put your feet up between excursions or walks on the beach. The extras for beach time were great for the kids. The only improvements would be to add some chairs (four only around the table) for a family meal (even if just four stack/folding chairs) and to check the pots/pans/teapot before using as sometimes prior guests really do not clean them well. Loved the host and hostess quick response to our questions, even bringing us a new coffeemaker the first day! Had a great stay. Would choose them again!

Location, location, vacation
This condo had everything we needed and was central to the many attractions we visited while on Maui. Loved being on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and snorkeling at the beach (saw sea turtles and so many types of fish!). The condo is comfortable and we all enjoyed walking the beaches nearby that connect to the state park and wildlife preserve . Would recommend this place for families seeking a base with amenities for a well-rounded Maui experience.

Maui Family Vacation
Great place right near the beach. We could see whales from our back porch! (February 2022) There is also a nice beach park nearby with a 3 mile-long beach about a half-block away. Walking distance to aquarium and several sea excursions. We did the Calypso snorkeling trip and walked to our boat. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a family.
The condo was well equipped and perfect for us and our 3 kids. We all slept great and enjoyed the sunrise every morning. I loved the beautiful beach that was just 2 minutes away from the condo. Great place to stay.

Home away from home
We visit Maui at least once a year, every year. This place was far beyond our expectations. We loved being so close to the water, and being far enough away from the business of Kihei. This condo was so spacious and being a ground level unit not only gave us the feel of added space, but gave us the security or safety we needed with our toddler. Though we know for sure we’re going back to Maui, we can only hope this place will be available again.

Relaxing, clean and comfortable stay
We had a fabulous time staying at this smaller condominium. The pool, beach side options and patio are all lovely with gorgeous sea views. The condo was clean, comfy and nicely updated. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and we had plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for the whole family. We would love to stay there again.

Could have been better
Maybe I had higher expectations. The location near Maalaea Harbor was really good. The condo was located near the courtyard and great proximity to the pool and BBQ’s. Unfortunately you couldn’t play in the courtyard, no ball throwing or frisbee allowed. No floating devices in the pool. Beach access was good and you could walk for miles on a sandy beach. Condo has carpet which is stained and looks dirty. Screen door has no latch and swings open with the breeze. Upon arrival water was on the kitchen floor because someone turned the temp up to 42. Beds were very comfortable with old inexpensive linens. Towels too were also inexpensive. We had to buy beach towels because only 3 were there when 6 of us arrived. Kitchen had poor amenities. Dishes didn’t match and were scarce. 4 bowls and only two matched as was the same for the plates. We had to buy a non-stick fry pan to make eggs. Pots and pans were old and outdated. Like I said, I may have had too high expectations. Overall probably a 2.5 star experience. Location a 5, everything else missed the mark for the cost in my opinion. I know it’s been a tough year but dishes and some better amenities would be a small investment. Good luck, enjoy the beach, HAVE FUN.

Love the location!
We had such a great time staying here! The place is on a quiet road on a quiet part of Maui still within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and right on the beach! Being on the main floor gives you easy access to the amenities of the courtyard and pool plus to your car!
We loved that there is a beach park just a few hundred feet away from the property and taking walks either on the beach or to the nearby Shopping was great.
The beds are comfortable except for the hideaway bed, I didn’t sleep on it but my 21 yr old and 16 yr old sons did and only complained about sore backs. Having older teens and young adults, this was their only complaint, And frankly, this didn’t bother me. :)
Check in and out had great communication! We arrived on the red eye so we had to wait around to get checked in but we’re allowed to check in early with some accommodation of the owners and cleaners! Just super people to rent from!
Overall I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Last minute trip and was not disappointed. Good space for 6 people and kitchen worked great for meals. Would stay there again.

Location, Location, Location
The property location is excellent,very close to the beach, a really nice centre courtyard with BBQ's and a pool. But the best part was the proximity to the Humpback Whales in Feb in Maui.
Just sitting on the grass with the morning cup of coffee watching them (maybe 200 yards off shore) was mesmerizing. We would stay here again just because of that!
The unit itself is in need of TLC. The kitchen cupboard doors were made of flaking particle board. The carpets really should be replaced with tile or vinyl planks to make it easier to control the sand. The plates, cups and glasses were very mismatched and in poor condition. Bathrooms were decent, though I"ve never seen ceiling fans in bathrooms before.
Furnature and hide-a-bed were ok. The DVD player should be replaced so that a remote control can be used.
The front door and screen door locks were on the verge of breaking (loose with missing screws).
The spare bedroom closet did have a nice supply of beach chairs, boogie boards and kid toys and a beach umbrella.
With updated flooring and a kitchen overhaul this place could get back to its former glory, but the location is outstanding!

I hate to be less than thrilled with my review, because the owners communicate great and are very accommodating, very nice people! The location is great for kids, set back in the courtyard with ground floor and easy access to the pool.
Having rented 5-6 unit in the complex, I do have to say this one is fairly dated. It's got carpet, which no others have for good reason. The pictures make it look brighter than it is and that giant 30 year old oak entertainment center serves no purpose. It was a 6 out of 10 on clean, it was clean enough, but when you looked close there was dirt, hair, etc. where you'd rather it was spotless.
I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. We had two other units in our party this week at the complex, this was equally priced and where it should have been 25% less than the other that were renovated, cleaner, etc.

A Great Stay
This condo was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay- our three kids enjoyed the condo pool, the beach (and the provided beach toys and boogie boards), and the nearby Ocean Center. It was so relaxing to be able to take walks on the beach each morning and evening. Great hosts as well- thank you!!

Great Place
Maalaea is always our spot to go, this unit was clean, comfortable, and ideally situated. We had no issues checking in or out, and Darcy and Clyde went beyond our expectations leaving a few starting snacks and condiments in the fridge for us, a couple water bottles, and a pack and play for our littlest. Thanks! Would stay again!

Very nice condo, with cool extra’s like boogie boards and chairs for the beach. Great location right on the ocean, direct beach access. We saw whales and sea turtles from the shore, very fun vacation would stay here again.

Great location and had everything we needed
We had a wonderful stay at the condo, which was equipped with everything we needed, including a pack n play and beach toys for our little one. Loved the location and being able to walk along the beach. Owners were attentive to our needs.
