Questa posizione del posto è incredibile, nessun altro in Palmas Del Mar avrete due lussuose piscine vicino al vostro balcone al piano terra. Se ti stanchi delle piscine, cammina a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia o pochi secondi fino a un piccolo lago dove puoi nutrire la vita selvaggia (pesci, uccelli esotici e tartarughe !!). Se ti piace la vita notturna senza il caos di San Juan amerai Palmanova, una piazza (Plaza) a Palma dove i turisti e la gente del posto si divertiranno, mangiare nei ristoranti tutti senza lasciare Palmas Del Mar. Avere la posizione accanto al Wyndham offre il comodo di tornare a casa tua dopo aver bevuto un paio di drink! Se ti piace la natura, Palmas ha anche una foresta di mangrovie con una passerella per esplorare le mangrovie. Con una Marina disponibile all'interno di Palmas è possibile noleggiare una barca a Vieques, Culebra o Isla de Monos dove è possibile fare immersioni, fare snorkeling o semplicemente rilassarsi in una spiaggia deserta.

One note: the address to reach by car it us not 170 but 172 , this creates a bit of confusion.

Location is perfect. We enjoyed the pools and beach and other Palmas Del Mar amenities. We’re able to find a English speaking church as well. Overall, excellent stay. Owner was very helpful as well. Highly recommend it.

Broken furniture (two of the four dining chairs were broken, futon bed has no leg, was unable to use it) dead roaches, intermittent WiFi connection (had to reset at least three to four time a day), broken garbage disposal, TV in the bedroom wasn’t working, tried to reach out to the owner wasn’t successful.

Very clean ground level gated 1 bedroom condo. Easy beach and pool access. Plenty of reasonably priced good restaurants in the development area and convenient snokeling outside of development area. Only downside is golf access for non-members. $200, limited times for singles, and no group setups for singles. Note: Checkin process was difficult(hard to find condo even with GPS).

The location of this property was amazing. The pools were great. We loved the short walk to the beach and the turtle pond.
The villa was clean. A few things needed updating but it didn't matter. We would definitely return.

Two pools, hot tub, and kiddie pool.

The condition of the apartment was great. I found a roach but I understand being on the ground floor that is going to happen. The internet did not work for almost two days but the contact person was very attentive and got the issue resolved. I had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was a perfect place for us to relax and sleep after a long day of hanging out by the pool. The backyard had a gorgeous view that you could enjoy from a covered porch. The pool was basically in the backyard. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5.

Great property if you looking for a good value in the Palmas community. The owner is very responsive and helpful when needed. The unit is a 1 bedroom with additional futons available in the living room. I would not recommend planning to use the futons as your main sleeping area. The futon mattress firmness may impede sleeping beyond a nap for some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use again.

We loved our stay at Alberto’s condo, it was spacious and esthetically pleasing. The condo had everything you need to cook, even had beach toys and a surf board. The location was perfect!The condo was a short walk away from the beach, we had a great time at the pool. When we got bored and wanted drinks we walked across to the Wyndham Hotel Bar and bought drinks, you want to use their pool you just have to pay for the day pass. We visited El Yunque, Vieques Island and Old San Juan and the drive was not terrible. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect and the host was extremely pleasant. The getaway was something refreshing and the amenities within Palmas were lots of fun! There's so much to do near Humacao. I will definitely be returning to Mr.Carasquillo's condo! Very great experience, we all enjoyed it so much!

Safe and quiet place to stay
The resort is beautiful and very safe. The pool was right outside the door and very nice. Owner texted right back with any questions we had. We enjoyed are short stay there.

Beautiful setting with great views right off the covered patio (which was very relaxing when it rained). Easy access to the beach and steps away from several pools where we could actually sit and enjoy without kids screaming or hiphop blasting.

Great Villa in the Perfect Location
My family and I enjoyed our stay in this villa. Alberto was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to adjust some last minute plans. The place is spacious and super clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location of and the views from the condo were spectacular. Beautiful and peaceful.
The condo is a little "tired" and the kitchen pots, pans, utensils need to be sorted through and cleared out. But the owner went out of his way to make everything comfortable for us. The bedding and towels were very good quality and more than adequate in number. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were terrific to have and we appreciated having the detergent for both. What made the condo was the fact that there are two pools each about 100' feet from the door and a pond the same distance with fish and turtles which attracted various herons and a huge iguana which visited daily.
