Exceptional kindness from the staff. Very nice, clean and beautiful accommodation. You can find here all amenities almost like you are in a hotel. Huge rooms with beautiful surrounding area. Accommodation is located but further from city center but just 2 min away from extraordinary beach.

Maria was an extremely friendly and hospitable host. She went an extra mile to deliver us the comfort we needed for this vacation. Villa Fio is at a very picturesque location with an amazing sea view if you pick the apartment with the view. It's right on top of Pokonji dol which means you would hardly have issues with being from the first to get the best beach places. We could cook in our rooms and have quiet dinner on the terrace which is a big plus in contrast with the Hvar party and busy nightlife.

Everything was great but keep in mind the place is on a hill, the highest one, so it might be sometimes tiring to go up and down. It wasn't an issue for us but it's important to note. Also the location Booking gave was inaccurate but you can find Villa Fio in Google Maps.

People where very friendly, place was clean not far from a beach.

The final price was not what was writen on booking. Screencaptures of every step in the booking is necessary to guarantee the written price to be the paid price.

Lovely house, just 10 mins walking downhill to the Hvar city center / port (15 mins for the way back due to uphill walk). Toni and Marija have been very kind and gave us many hints about what to do in Hvar (beaches, places to eat, excursions, etc.), accommodating all our requests. The room was big and very clean, fully furnished and with a nice opening on the backyard.

The uphill walk on the way back from the city center, but it is a very small "price" to pay if you do not have a mean of transportation.

Marija is very friendly and helpful host. Appartement was comfortable and clean. Location is really good, not far from Robinson beach and few other beaches. There is takeaway pizza around the corner. City center is also not far away. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

The host is very helpful, kind and caring. The accommodation is clean, it offers a nice terrace. It is located 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center.

Everything was perfect. Marija was very nice and did her best for me to have a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and beds were comfy. It is at the end of the city but it is just 15 minute walk to the port of Hvar. Though, being on that location you will be very close to the best beach in Hvar, just 5 minutes from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hvar.

Only the internet was pretty slow, almost unusable. Which is not that bad for people who are there to relax.

Super clean apartment and very kind and helpful host. The apartment is close to the beach (5 minutes down, 10 back). We had a nice view to the sea from our balcony. Very well equipped.

We were unlucky with our neighbors who pulled the chairs on the floor almost every morning which was a bit annoying.

Everything was just amazing! It was super clean, had a nice lite quiet outdoor area with a drying rack so that you could hang your clothes and towels to dry. The AC worked really well. My room was at the back of the building and on the bottom floor and in addition to my little private terrace you could also sit on the front porch and look over the sea. The property is just a few minutes away from what I consider the best beach I Hvar and if you continue for another 20 min walk you reach some secluded beaches rural landscape. The owner is so nice and lovely and she always brings a smile to your face every time you see her! The property is maybe a 10 min walk to the centre and the closest supermarket is maybe 5 min away

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect

This stay was amazing! The room was absolutely spotless and the staff was more than welcoming. It is very close to a nice beach and easily within walking distance to downtown. I completely recommend staying here!

House and apartment is FULL of comfortable furniture for guests. Is very nice and super clean. Owner lady is extremaly helpful and friendly. Good price. 5 min walk to best beach in Hvar. Wonderful view on the Sea from balcony. I get some gifts from Owner - local grapes, small local wine and local lavender bag. Bed is comfortable. Internet is good. Parking is free and lots of place.

You cant find anything wrong.

The apartments were extremely clean and comfortable. All the facilities were available to us. Maria was exceptionally kind and helpful to us and keen to share her knowledge of the local area. Bed was comfy. All measures re Covid were in place. No one entered your room and all cleaning equipment was available. Nice touch - a small bottle of home made wine in the fridge on arrival. We cooked for a couple of nights as the kitchen was basic but well equipped.

The location must be taken into consideration when booking this accommodation. It is a fifteen minute walk into town, in the heat, down and then back up the hill home, took us a bit longer! But we are older and less agile than we were! Taxis were available from the taxi rank and once we appreciated that we had to factor this cost in, we were fine. (It was about a tenner one way each time) Finally we worked out that we could call at the supermarket at the bottom of the hill, load up with shopping and then catch the taxi home. Everything was perfect after that!
