Wonderful property with a great location. Very clean and well taken care of. Very spacious.

Comfortable units in the centre of Husavik (great location). Free parking. Small table outside in the sun for breakfast, with a little garden. Very nice shower. Washing machine, dryer, and dish washer were appreciated. Best bakery just across the road.

Not a lot of cooking utensils. We had two apartments and helped each other out but I had to go to the bakery opposite to ask the lady to open a can for me (no can opener in either).

The house is located at the center of town and have a great view to the harboor The house is very tide and clean and has all that you need for pleasent stay ar Husavik

Great location next to the whale watching information center, the bed was comfortable and there was a big sofabed. Great with washing machine and tumbler.

What a place! Best position in Husavik. The oldhousei beaurifully refutbished, nice and spacy and wirh agreatview of the harbour.

Excellent location in the middle of the town. We saw whales from the front window one morning. Easy to find and to park. Comfortable bed and it was quiet at night with good black out blinds. Plenty of towels. Property was clean. There is a good bakery in the road opposite and you can walk to everything in the town. We stayed 3 nights and used this as a base.

Smoke alarm was very sensitive to cooking smoke and kitchen ventilation was poor. There was a washing machine but no tablets or powder and it was only available to buy locally in very large expensive packs. A small supply for guests would be a nice touch, enough for one wash.

Fantastic location, lovely spacious and well-equipped apartment, great view over the harbour, exceptional landlord who helped us (on a Sunday!) to locate our luggage that the airline lost. Very comfortable stay and we definitely plan to return.

Just a suggestion - the washing machine instructions are in Icelandic. It would be helpful to have an English translation for the options on the machine.

The unit is described as a studio but had one bedroom and was larger than I expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has a large washer and dryer that worked wonderfully.

They didn’t provide enough towels. A bath mat would have been useful. The sleeper bed couldn’t be used because no linens were provided and the blinds in the living area wouldn’t stay down.

The location and accommodation was superb, we loved it. Beautifully maintained and equipped. Able to park our motorbike just outside which is a real bonus. The view across the water to snow capped mountains is beautiful ( the working harbour doesn’t detract from the view at all). We went whale watching from here , very special and very lucky.

A modern apartment in a beautiful house. All very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Nice location and easy parking.

We had zero contact with the host. Also, be aware the sea view is on the harbour, not the wild or beach.

The propertry has diferent areas for rent and the family upstairs was very noisy, moving furniture all night and runing inside the house when we went to sleep.

Location was perfect with amazing views! Felt extra spacious with high ceilings and wood beams. Balcony was also a bonus. Washer and dryer was very helpful after wet excursions on the North Sea!

Best place I've stayed in. I hate booking through booking.com as their customer service is terrible. If there's ap problem, they just ignore you. I have no idea what value they add to the process, but I had to as it was the only way of booking. Thankfully, the place was as good as I've had in 8 months of travelling. Way bigger than the pics suggest, bang in the centre of town, view and balcony over the harbour. Just wonderful in every way. It was recently refurbed, new windows and interior, washer/dryer, parking. A stone's throw from everything but quiet ( at this time of year ..4th March 2023.) I had the smaller of the apartments. Perfect for two people, ground floor.

Nothing really. When the Summer kicks in, apparently the town gets filled and room prices everywhere more than triple, so beware. I got a bargain and the town was so beautiful and deserted. Very sad to leave. ps, fans of Fire Saga will love Husavik even more.

Really nice apartment with sea view. Kitchen was well equipped. Next to the church and whale museum.

Kitchen appliances could be cleaner (oven, toaster…) Needs a better blackout for the room as the street light is in front of the window.
