Vesa we love your apartment, can we buy it? ;-)

Was here in 2019 and came back and had another great week in 2022. Apartment is spotless and is topped off with a stunning view of the bay - the pictures do not do it justice. Communication with the owner and Dorota was great. But there were 2 reservations this time. When we checked in Dorota told us that 2 of the air con units were not working in two bedrooms. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable for a couple of us in the September heat. She said that they were waiting for maintenance to sort them but they were still not working when checking out. Also could we have some decent pillows for the beds? Cheap IKEA ones would do...the ones there had no life and were as flat as pancakes. Other than those issues we had a lovely stay and want to come back!

We had a lovely holiday at Vesa's appartment. Very spacious for our family of 5 adults with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Lovely location with a huge choice of restaurants both on the sea front and in the town centre. Very close to the train station that runs into the airport and to other local resorts if you fancy a change of scenery for the day. The pool was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds on the terrace. I would highly recommend this appartment. The lady that greeted us on arrival was also lovely.

This apartment is huge, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, extremely clean and the balcony view is AMAZING Well worth the journey We all loved it thankyou

I had rented this property just before covid, Was given a full refund and that was very much appreciated. Me and two friends meet up in Torremolinos and wanted to try something other than a hotel. This property was perfect for us. From booking to arriving communication was great. Lovely large apartment. Clean with lots of amenities. The balcony gives a great viewing platform and the sunrise is beautiful. We will definitely book again.

The appartment is well equiped, and has a marvelous view. There are only pro's and no con's . We will definitively return.

This apartment is very nice and large with a breathtaking view over the sea. Each room (3) has a private bathroom and toilet so it is very convenient when traveling with friends. Only minutes away from all activities and restaurants in Torremolinos, and right above the beach with private stairs access. Truly a great time! Highly recommended listing!

Myself and 4 friends have been here for a week. We were met by the great Dorata (owners agent) in the building. She was great and explained everything to us. The apartment itself is fantastic. A great location close to the centre of Torremolinos and all the bars and shops. The rooms are big and airy and all have air con. The beds are firm and comfy. The star though is the balcony and that view. None of the pictures do it justice. I sat out there for hours taking in the breathtaking view over the bay - it overlooks the gay beach and two others. To get down to the beach you get the lift to the terrace outside where there are 85 steps down to ground level. Its a challenge coming back up but when you are down there, there are some fantastic restaurants. Highly recommended. There are only a few steps to the front entrance which you use to get to centre of Torremolinos - a ten minute walk.

A very impressive apartment situated in a convenient position close to beach and town! We were welcomed, shown around and given lots of advice on area! This will certainly not be our last visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

3 good bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable lounge and great balcony with stunning views. Good wifi. Kitchen a little small but very adequate and decently equipped. Only downside, swimming pool not heated in October and very cold also repairs happening so a little off putting Stairs down and back up from beach a little steep and need good mobility to cope with. Several locks on route up from beach and some of keys not working properly need replacing. Overall a lovely apartment in a great location for beach and town. Dorothy the concierge was friendly and helpful on. Arrival and went above and beyond expectations to be helpful with our return arrangements to airport

This was our third year at this apartment, and we can't fault it. Hoping to book for next year again very soon! September a bit cooler than July/August, but still very hot! We wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else, as this huge apartment is perfect for us, great location, fantastic indoor pool and amazing view from the balcony. The agent, Dorota was waiting to welcome us on our arrival, and was extremely helpful. She was always on hand if we needed anything.

Our family of four stayed at this apartment for one week at the end of August. We arrived late at night and were met at the entrance by the property manager, Dorota. She was very helpful in showing us around the apartment and giving us information on the area. With three bedrooms & three bathrooms, it was very spacious for our family of four (could comfortably fit six). The highlight is definitely the large walkout balcony overlooking the beach. I spent every morning out there enjoying a coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings! The private beach (where you can rent chairs and umbrellas for a daily rate of 4.50 Euros per chair) was just a five minute walk out the doors and down the stairs. The beach could get quite busy, especially on the weekends, but if you are willing to pay for the private area, we never had a problem finding chairs and we never felt rushed to get down to the beach early to save chairs. When it got very hot in the afternoons, my kids had a great time at the apartment’s indoor pool. The apartment had all the amenities we needed - fridge, coffee maker, stove, washing machine & air conditioning. There are grocery stores and great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The metro is also a short walk and we took the train to Malaga a couple days. My friends ended up booking a much smaller apartment in the same building for the same cost and based on this and other rentals in area, Vesa’s apartment was s very good value. I would highly recommend.

Our 2nd holiday at this apartment- Very hot in August, but the air con works perfectly throughout the apartment, and of course the balcony is huge! With the 3 spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, there is easily enough room for 6 people. The pool is quiet and clean (all areas are well maintained) The location couldn't be better, with lots of activities, shops & restaurants, & Torremolinos is a fabulous place for all ages. We'll definitely be returning to this apartment next year. Thanks again Vesa.

We, as a family of five, enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described and no need to repeat the positives from the earlier reviews. The internet connection I was told was renewed a while ago and worked without fault and was fast. The swimming pool was heated but the water so cold that atleast during our stay swimming, apart from a quick dip, was of the cards. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks Vesa!

5 of us stayed here for 10 nights. We were warmly welcomed by Natalia & Jose, & used the taxi firm recommended in previous review, all of whom were great. The apartment is large & equipped with absolutely everything needed. It is situated in an outstanding position, with a view that's hard to beat! The balcony has full sun until mid afternoon, when we moved down to the lovely terrace where the sun stays until teatime. The swimming pool was clean & the whole place is well maintained. The beach & promenade are a 2 minute walk down the steps & there is a vast array of excellent restaurants & bars very close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Vesa!

Fantastic apartment right on the beachfront. The description of the property is very accurate, it has everything you would need for your stay. 6 girls stayed for a long weekend and felt it was very spacious and welcoming. We had plenty of room so did not feel on top of each other. The beach is just a 2 minute walk down a few steps. Down the steps you will also find a selection of restaurants, Café’s, bars & shops so no need to venture far if you don’t want to. The main town is 5 mins out of the front of the apartment and maybe 10 if you chose the beach front walk. No need to have a car as everything is walkable. We did pre-book our airport Taxi and on arrival discovered this was a wise move as the taxi queue was long! We booked 6 seater with Costa Del Sol Transfers - [email protected]. It was €30 each way and for the great services and clean car I would highly recommend. We have no complaints at all in relation to the apartment and would recommend it as a great place to stay. Thank you Vesa for allowing us to stay and Natalia for the warm welcome in the early hours of the morning!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein- das Haus ist am Hang gelegen, direkt an der Promenade mit einem grandiosen unverbauten Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon, Wohn- und Esszimmer. Eine Treppe führt vom Haus direkt zu der Promenade und wird ausschließlich von den Bewohnern der Anlage genutzt (für das Tor an der Treppe benötigt man einen Schlüssel). Somit bekommt man vom ganzen "Trubel" an der Promenade kaum was mit, ist aber trotzdem in 2 Minuten unten direkt am Strand. Für die Bewohner steht ein Swimmingpool im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung. Die ganze Abwicklung und die Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und die Mitarbeiter der betreunden Agentur vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir werden mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit nochmal diese Wohnung buchen!
