Clean facilities, friendly staff.

Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Room was decently clean but could have used some extra attention to corners, etc. Cleaner than I've seen my house so I didn't mind. Location was great as I needed to go to Aurora Baycare Medical Center for an appointment- less than 10 minute drive. My kids loved the pool and the shallow pool is perfect for toddlers and young kids. Breakfast was good with plenty of options- quaker oats, pancakes, muffins, yogurts, etc.

Walls were a little thin so it was easy to hear sounds from loud neighbors. It actually wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine/fan, etc.

The outlets in the lamps didn't work and not any convenient plugs available without unplugging the lamp and clock.

The room was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was great. This hotel is in my top 5 all-time.

It was very clean, the staff was super friendly. The location is great there was enough parking for our truck and race trailer.

We had trouble printing boarding passes and the morning desk staff was extremely helpful and did it.

The pool was nice for the kids.

The air conditioner didn't work well, the room smelt musty, the fridge didn't work well and froze our milk and the sofa sleeper needs replaced its awful.
