Appartement is wat gedateerd, maar prima gelegen en erg rustig in het oude centrum van Lille met een heerlijk balkonnetje in de schaduw. Waar het dus lekker koel blijft als het buiten heet wordt. Appartement ligt op tweede verdieping. Er is een lift, maar de trap is ook geen probleem. Emilie, de dochter van de eigenaar, stond voor ons klaar bij aankomst en vertrek, hielp mee om de bagage naar boven te brengen en zette die beneden klaar bij vertrek. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lille is een prachtige stad met veel mooie oude gebouwen, smalle straatjes, veel groen, leuke terrasjes en restaurants, een metro die elke 3 minuten rijdt, En dit appartement is echt een aanrader! Tip: huur de privé parkeerplaats van de eigenaar erbij,

Appartement tellement bien situé pour les visites de Lille, parking à proximité où nous nous sommes garés dès notre arrivée. Je conseille de prendre celui du propriétaire, vous ferez une petite économie. Quant au logement, tout à dispo pour la cuisine mais profitez et découvrez la cuisine généreuse du nord. Nous étions à l appartement que pour dormir. Ne ratez pas entre autre le musée des beaux art : Bosch, Bruggel jusqu à Picasso et Buffet. Séjour inoubliable. ❤️Lille

Die Wohnung liegt ideal zur Erkundung der herrlichen Altstadt von Lille. Die Tochter des Vermieters hat ihre Agentur-Räume direkt auf der gleichen Etage und ist immer ansprechbar. Sie spricht gut Englisch, falls es mit dem Französischem nicht so klappt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und komplett. Insbesondere die Küche ist für alle Belange gut ausgestattet. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Altstadt und dem Justizviertel liegt, ist das Parken schwierig und teuer. Das Angebot des Vermieters, gegen einen Aufpreis seinen Platz in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage zu nutzen , ist unbedingt zu empfehlen und im Vergleich günstig. Lille ist eine coole Stadt mit toller Gastronomie-Szene und einem tollen Kulturangebot.

My sister and I stayed here and we would definitely recommend it! The apartment is quite spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The hosts were prompt in responding to messages, and accommodating of our early check-in. The wifi was a bit spotty in some areas, but worked in the living room. Other than that, its a great place!

Though Patrick does not live there as the block of apartments are mostly businesses (hence very quiet at night). The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom, with a somewhat quirky design, which was no problem for us. Patrick deserves top ratings for presenting the apartment in pristine clean condition. The kitchen has ample cooking equipment and appliances, with a small dinning table. The location to the tourist old town is perfect, only a few minutes walk and you are there. Across the green (on the way to the tourist old town) there is a supermarket of a decent size and Pharmacy next door. We highly recommend staying at Patrick's apartment.

The apartment us well situated in Vieux Lille. A number of bars and restaurants within 100m. The Grand Place and main rail station within a quarter mile. Pretty good space, having living room, kitchen, toilet, shower room and bedroom as well as small balcony. Clean and in good condition. We found it to be well equipped as regards kitchen facilities. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle small, but adequate. No air-con which would have been useful as it was hot, but I don't get the impression it is usually required. Washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Large flat screen TV in living room and bedroom with range of French channels. Apartment is on 2nd floor, Small lift available, although there are a couple of steps to access common hallway from the street. We were met there by Lucie as arranged who explained the apartment to us. She has an office on the opposite side of the corridor to the apartment. She was very helpful and her spoken English was better than my French! We took advantage of the car parking space offered by Patrick and Lucie showed us the space. It was quite expensive (17€ per day, which was more costly than our hire car) but then parking in the area is generally expensive. 24h in the car park, which is directly in front of the apartment (Indigo Vieux Lille) costs 26€. Worth considering how long you will use that parking, but this was very convenient and for us was well worth it. Overall, we found the apartment to be very nice and great value. Patrick responded promptly to all queries and everything was as expected. Can certainly recommend this apartment.
