Shared bathroom, but 2 shared bathrooms for 2 rooms so not really a problem.

Lokalizacja bardzo fajna jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie Sieny, hostel na uboczu tuż przy średniowiecznej bramie do miasta, a trafił nam się pokój z fajnym widokiem. Łazienki osobno na korytarzu, czysto, cicho i przyjemnie. Podwójne łóżka bardzo wygodne.

Brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu (odpowiedź właścicielki na pytanie: "przecież pisze na booking"), ale przechowalnia dostępna na dworcu oraz w mieście. Nie mam pojęcia czy da się blisko zaparkować samochód, ponieważ dookoła parking głównie dla mieszkańców. Sama Pani właścicielka uprzejma, ale taka trochę "strażniczka galaktyki" ;). Piętrowe łóżko dość niewygodne.

The position is superb, staff is very kind, there is the possibility of using a kitchen, the private bathroom is right next to the bedroom, excellent value for money

Shower was good, bathrooms okay cleaned and good kitchen.

The beds were AWFUL! We had a “”double bed”” but it was two singles very bad put together. It was extremely uncomfortable and because it was soooo thin it made my back hurt. The lady working there is next level hostil. My partner and I we’ve been working as bartenders, waiters and managers in restaurants and hotels for years, so we know how you are supposed to deal with people. Actually, anyone with some MANNERS should know! This woman is rude with no reason, her son Alfredo (owner?) is no better. He tries though but definetily has no interest in making their guests have a good time during their stay. Please don’t even hesitate to book with them, I had read bad comments about this place saying that the lady was rude and about last minute cancellations because they fked up with overbooking but thought maybe it was no true a d they had changed… Let me tell you that nope, this lady is really rude and the place is not great.

The place is in a great location and you can easily walk around Siena from here. The property has lovely big rooms and a great garden. We really enjoyed sitting here one afternoon to relax. The rooms and linen were very clear and smelt really lovely. The host was great and very welcoming. This place really exceeding our expectations and we wish we had stayed for longer. Highly recommend.

Nothing! Can’t fault it.

It was very clean and Alfredo greeted us with a late check-in and allowed us to store our luggage in the foyer for 2hours after check out. The views were stunning from outside the property

Alfredo is very nice. He explained to me all that I needed to know about the city and where to go. The room was clean as well as the shared bathroom. Very close to the train station and accesible to walk to the city center (about 20 minutes)

I know it's not responsibility of the place to keep luggage and bags after checkout, but my train was leaving later that day and I was not able to leave them on the hotel, and was not very straightforward to find a place to store them. I had to visit the dome carrying my luggage 😅

The cleanliness and location. Check in and the roof terrace!!!

The advert said the unit came with a bathroom. The bathroom was actually shared between 2 rooms so not entirely accurate. Still no problem, though but for some it might be an issue.

The roof terrace offers a great view. But you only have access if you have a room on the top floor. Should be considered when booking a room. Thanks to Alfredo, we were allowed to change to the top floor after the first night. The kitchen is not the newest but provides everything one usually needs. The location between station and city center is more than practical.

You can hear almost everything from the corridor. That might be noisy depending on the other guests.

Location and view

The location is excellent and the opportunity to self cater in the kitchen is a great money saver. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. Good towels and some bits and bobs in the kitchen like some balsamic and spices, so all you need is pasta and a jar of sauce. I would highly recommend and return.

A little bit loud in the morning.

The location was good and Alfredo was very nice and helpful. The shared bathroom was very clean and quite big. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook anything. The city view from the room was nice.

Other guests who were sharing our bathroom cracked the toilet seat while we were there. At first it was no big deal and still usable we thought, but later that day when we returned the toilet seat was completely snapped in half and unusable so we would have to sit on the bowl itself if we needed to use it. Alfredo was clearly trying to fix this issue quickly, however the situation was being handled super early in the morning and waking us up both days that we were there. There was an especially loud woman who was practically shouting right outside our door at 8 am about the toilet being cracked and waking us up both mornings. The shower was also plugged and ended up flooding during my morning shower, which we then had to use all of our towels to clean up in a panic. Alfredo did show up immediately to fix that problem and provide us with fresh towels. Our "double bed" was two very thin single mattresses put together so they were constantly sliding apart when were sleeping and it was really uncomfortable. I thought that when there was a patio listed under the room that we would have had a patio connected to our room for our use. Overall not a very good experience for us. Alfredo was very kind and there is potential to have a good stay here if some minor improvements are made and guests receive more consideration in the morning.

i loved that the property had all the old tuscany charm to it (beautifully painted ceiling, wood shutters and a very large space in general), host was very nice to us, conveniently placed close both to the train station and old town by walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped.

Clean and good located. VERY NICE ROOFTOP

After checkout at 10am we had to leave the place straight away. Our train was 4h later, no chance to keep the luggage for a few more ours. One of us had to stay for a short meeting after 10am and needed WiFi. She got kicked out very unfriendly.

The house was just outside the old city. Easy access to the center.

We were pushed out just 10 minutes after 10:00. Not nice experience!

We were in the hotel at the end of December, and it was very cold. The heating was turned on twice a day for several hours. Also, the bedding, although clean, did not look tidy. It was also very noisy in the morning.
