Upgraded to a room with a massage chair which I used every night. Clean and modern and friendly staff.

No separation between the toilet and the shower at all so the entire bathroom is flooded after taking a shower. Small towels for shower.

Very big room, so spacious, bathroom felt newly renovated. Free laundry service. It exceeded all my expectations. We had stay in small guesthouses in seoul before arriving to Busan so it was amazing t finally have some space in a big hotel room. They also provide free coffee (no milk). Our room had a big bathtub, which we used every night and helped our sore legs (from all the walking). I would stay at a Brown Dot hotel again if I were to visit Busan again (or any smaller city in Korea with a Brown dot chain!).

When I drained out the water from the bathtub, you can see the water exit into the shower and small little worms would come out - not a big deal. We never saw these bug when showering, only when bathtub water was emptied.

the location was quite good, easy walk to metro or seomyeon street for restaurants and other activities. the staff was very nice and helped us a lot with luggage, taxi and the washing machine.

we did not feel comfortabe in our room, mostly due to it not beeing clean and the urine smell in the bathroom. maybe we just got unlucky with the room, but it really wasn't good for us so we can't give more then 5 points, even if we got provided a great service.

Sunny was so friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Location was great - quiet but right by a train station. Massage chair and big bathtub were amazing after walking around all day. Bed was firm and super comfortable.
