Location to pier. Location to beach. View was beautiful. Easy to get places. Nice cabinets and counters in the kitchen. Lots of dishes, pans and small appliances. Parking permit to assure you can park in the condo lot.

I did not like having to carry luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. No washer or dryer. The bedroom is tiny and at the front of the condo near the street. The bed was up against the window. You hear everything all night. The first night kids an adults were back and forth yelling. At one point a couple stopped in front of our window to argue. One of them smacked the window. You can hear every car, the bus, the garbage truck, etc. all night and morning. Very loud. The TV in the bedroom did not work. Figured out on day 2 there was a cable unplugged. It didn’t matter, the picture was so bad you couldn’t watch anyway. The rugs in the kitchen/ living room & bathroom were dirty. I mean visibly you could see dirt and stains. Shower bar was very rusted. Stains all over the ceiling from water leaks.

Location. Close to pier and Murrells Inlet.

Bedroom is street side, car traffic loud and consistent. Bedroom is so small you have to shuffle sideways to get in bed.
