As the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are in an excellent state. If you can get a room on an upper floor, the views are great, either towards Annapurna or the lake. We had both a superior and normal room for our family and the big rooms is worth the extra. You can always go to the upper terrace for photos or a sundowner.

Nothing, this place gives bad impression to Pokhara and its renowned hospitality.
No one to assist with luggage, made to return from entrance and go around for parking, rooms, amenities are way worse than photos

The death was very professional and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent because it put us right at the heart of every resource and activity we needed. We will stay here again on our return.
Downtown was a little older than I expected in the pictures. But it was better than the hotels in the surrounding area.

Great Location - Near to Phewa lake - walkable distance.
Fantastic Roof top View - Clear view of Mountain ranges.
Friendly and supportive staff.
Family of 3 can't be accommodated in one room (size is small), we ended up in taking 2 rooms which are connected.

excellent
maybe it's time to change the accent wall's wallpaper/paint... my room's accent wall had a few chipped pieces.

I didn't like anything about my stay except the view. The view from the rooftop was amazing but this is POKHARA you can get that view from anywhere.
I am giving this hotel a one star or less because I am extremely disappointed by their service and them pretending to be a 4 star hotel. No one greeted us at the front door or helped us with our bags. LAME!
The front desk staff were very unprofessional constantly having side conversation with others while assisting you.
My biggest issue was-The bathroom drain doesn't drain hence it flooded our entire bathroom floor every single time you took shower. Within 4-5 mins the shower would fill up with water due to improper drainage and flood the entire bathroom floor. That's disgusting! When I called the front desk to take care of this issue they simply just said "oh the drain is too small for the shower I can't do anything about it" Like excuse me! Do you expect your guest to not shower at all during their stay?? I had to take shower in their SPA which is RIDICULOUS. How can you call yourself a good hotel if your shower literally doesn't drain.
Another thing that bothered me the most and ruined my stay was the lies that the front desk tells you. If you need any taxi services or need to go to anywhere PLEASE DON'T TRUST what the front desk staff tell you. Do the research on your own go outside the hotel and bargain the price with the taxi drivers. Front staff literally ruined my experience for that day!
I also used their spa services few times it's okay. I believe you can find better masseuse outside of the hotel.
Everything. This hotel literally sucks.

1. Location
2. Prompt maintenance service
3. Helpful concierge
4. Kids play zone
1. Breakfast served on the ground floor, although the picture says they serve it in a rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of Phewa lake and Himalayan Mountains. My whole purpose of booking this hotel was lost.
2. They confirmed me on giving a front side Swiss Select Room over phone on the day of arriving, but when arrived late in the evening we were offered a city view room. Finally, we choose a twin deluxe room at the front side.

I decided at short notice to choose this hotel and was warmly welcomed by the staff members who were very supportive and attentive. The room was very nice with the extra of fresh fruits ;-) The dinner was excellent. On top, a nice swimming pool, & sauna.

The location of the hotel is at the centre and I could see the lake and mountains from my room which was the best part of staying here. The staff members were super professional and supportive and the breakfast served also met our expectations.
There was nothing significant that I didn't like about the hotel. However, the room size could have been a bit bigger at that price I guess.
