Alrose Villa è un bellissimo appartamento al primo piano con 1 camera da letto. Ha un incredibile avvolgente balcone; dove puoi sederti e guardare il sole sorgere e tramontare, con vista mare e collina e le luci della città in lontananza. La villa ha un portico d'ingresso e una grande scalinata che porta al primo piano dove si trova l'appartamento 4. Una volta nell'appartamento che conduce fuori dal corridoio, troverete il bagno con doccia (wc, lavabo, box doccia), camera da letto (letto matrimoniale con materasso memory foam), letto singolo su richiesta, doppio armadio e cassettiera. È possibile accedere al balcone dalla camera da letto. La sala / cucina aperta è luminosa e ariosa con un'altra porta che conduce sul balcone. Il salone ha un divano in pelle 2 posti e 1 poltrone, TV e armadio, c'è un tavolo con 4 sedie e una cucina ben attrezzata aperta pianificata. La villa è adatta per 2/3 persone che condividono la camera da letto principale. Fuori è un giardino comunale appartato ben stabilito con tavolo e sedie e linea di lavaggio. C'è un posto auto assegnato per l'appartamento nella parte anteriore della proprietà. La proprietà è in piano per la spiaggia e la città. Si trova sulla strada principale degli autobus per Studland, Sandbanks, Poole e Bournemouth. Ci sono molti volantini, orari degli autobus e informazioni / mappe all'interno della proprietà e il centro di informazioni turistiche è a pochi minuti a piedi.

Attractive building, quiet and comfortable, great to have off street parking, short walking distance to sea front. Comfortable bed (mattress, foam pad, mattress topper) aided a good nights rest.
We were unable to remove a DVD from the TV, and as we couldn't find instruction book, reluctantly had to leave.
Bathroom basin, flip waste, ceased to work on last day, unable to release therefore had to leave rather than risk damage. Both embarrassing, however as not our property we were reluctant to use force

We only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The balcony and sea view were fantastic. The apartment was very clean. A little dated in places. I missed not having a freezer compartment in the fridge and I would have liked a dressing table in the bedroom! Other than that I was very happy and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Nicky’s flat. Perfect location for the beach and town.
Sitting in the balcony and watching the world go by was also lovely.

Our second stay here. Perfectly situated for easy access to beach, promenade and town. Great to have a free off road parking space. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for a couple.

Arrived early at the property and actually met Nicky who was friendly helpful and informative!
The apartment was light and airy and had all the amenities required for a short stay. It is a very short to the beach and cafe.
The only downside was it’s location for me as the rest of my side we’re staying some way away.
I would stay again!

The apartment is perfect, has everything you would need, very comfortable, with a lovely (not massive but still great) view of the sea. Great location within minutes of the beach and not many more minutes to the town centre. Definitely made use of the balcony in the mornings and evenings. My only one point to make is that I'm only 5ft 1" and so couldn't reach the top shelves of the cupboards in the kitchen. I got by but a small step stool would have been really handy! Would definitely stay again though.

40th Anniversary
We enjoyed our long weekend in Swanage very much. The location was great and the apartment was fine. Kitchen area was small so no dishwasher, but otherwise well equiped.

A Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable 4 night stay in the apartment in June 2022. The property is located in a good position for the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll in various directions to go further along the sea front or to the restaurants and shops. We made as much use as we could on various sections of the wrap around balcony to catch the sun for our afternoon teas or evening pre-dinner drinks!
We were assisted promptly by the very helpful host, Nicky, with any queries we had.
For anyone visiting Swanage please do try Tawny's Wine Bar for a beautifully presented, freshly cooked, high quality 3 course meal, (if you can manage it!), and a wonderful eating two hour experience. The white and red wine is good value too.
Yes the restaurant could be improved upon from the outside and inside but the service and food served is top quality so the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Perfect!
Flat no. 4 is a delightful apartment with a sunny well-sized bedroom and well-equipped living / dining room / kitchenette. Best of all is the lovely wrap-around balcony which was perfect for the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee or evening sunset with a glass of wine! The bathroom was a little small but had all we needed with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Its only a short walk to the quieter more sandy end of Swanage beach and the town centre is a gentle 5-10 minutes stroll along the promenade. It was a perfect getaway - thank you Nicola!
