Second time renting a unit from Kendall. This villa was very nice with plenty of amenities. Property was lovely as usual.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable! Perfect size for two people with great amenities! We love the closeness to the beach and the available beach bikes. We will be back!

The condo was very nice and updated. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, bikes, towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon. It has a nice view of the ocean which is a short and easy walk. The owner is very responsive our coffee pot needed replacing and was done promptly. The only negative I have has to do with something out of the owners control and that was the noise above us, I think they must have been putting down floors by the way it sounded. I would definitely stay in this same condo again!

Great stay.

This condo was great for our one night stay in Hilton head last weekend. It was ready for us to check in early and the owner was great at letting us park there before check in and overall communication! I wish we could’ve stayed longer as it was in a great location so we could have had more beach time and used the bikes that were offered. Would definitely stay again next time I am back!

We loved everything about the condo and HH Island in general. This is our first time to the island. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do within walking distance. We would recommend this to others for sure.

The unit is very clean. Two bikes are plus. My husband and I enjoyed riding bikes on the beach.

If you want a clean comfortable place to stay with a view of the beach over then this is condo would be a good choice. It should be noted that the front door opens up into the bedroom but wasn't as awkward as I first thought it would be. and the view of the beach is while overlooking the parking lot. All things being said I would definitely stay at the condo again.

Super cute condo for a a couple. Great location. Property manager was very responsive with any issues. With a little bit more oversight into making sure that the condo is truly clean (I washed the floor myself as my feet were black within minutes) and everything is accounted for that is in the listing (beach towels missing but delivered promptly, missing light bulbs) and in good working order (had to swap bikes as the ones for this unit were not safely rideable, patio door doesn't lock though there was a wood bar to place in the track that could be used for security if desired) this is a 5 star condo. It is nice to have the king size bed if you aren't needing to have the bunks that many of these units have. The sofa bed is the typical "bar in your back" kind of feel. Not a reflection on the unit but the complex itself-if you may need laundry bring quarters as there is only 1 change machine between both buildings and it was not functional during the few days we checked on it.

Excellent property

We had a great time at this property. The condo is well stocked, provides a great view of the ocean and is a very short walk to to the beach. We would return here in a heartbeat. We loved the champagne and surprise cookies!

The stay was okay, the owner needs to spend a couple hundred dollars replacing the beach chairs and the bikes. The bikes have rusted parts and chains and half the beach chairs don’t function like they should. Nice location and clean place

My husband and I loved the closeness to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed walking on the beach and using the bikes provided by the rental as well. Definitely a perfect place for a couple to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villas. This was our second year renting a property from the Kline's and we are very pleased with their condos. I look forward to our stay next year!

The property was better than expected and a perfect anniversary trip. The bikes and beach chairs were great amenities. Good location close to shops and dining. Will be back!

Kendall was timely and clear in her communication. She left us a special treat for us knowing that it was our anniversary. Property is right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops and dining. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. We are already selecting our dates to stay in a Kendall property again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for a couple, convenient to just about everything and very well-maintained. We would stay here again for sure! Kendall was great to work with and the bikes were an added perk!
