Location was good near the train station and city center. Not too much traffic. Easy to pick up the keys by late arrival.

The Appartment 14 in ul. Walowa 25c was not in a good shape with some loose locker doors, loose water tap in the kitchen, no door between the bedroom and the living room. Very thin curtains in both rooms and problem to sleep. Some noise from a nearby restaurant and a construction site. We found some long-tailed silverfish in the bathroom.

Really lovely man who I met in their discreet offices beside the apartment block. Fantatlocation, just 10min walk to Aldi and Biedronka supermarkets (the cheapest of the lot), 10min walk to the main train station and Forum Gdansk (big mall). Plenty of restaurants and bars and 15min to the town centre. Huge bathroom, bedroom, lounge and TV. Lovely balcony area too. Very clean and so modern! Just a heads up with the oven, if you open it whilst it's on, it'll turn itself off. So press the 'play' looking triangle button to get it going again. Highly recommend this place and I will sure be back. Gdansk is such a beautiful place.

Small things only. Such as no body wash, just hand soap and toilet paper. No salt or tea/hot chocolate or oil. Mattress was hard and there is also no microwave.

Great location, clean and safe apartment, and they supplied everything what a normal apartment has!

Although it was silent hours between 22:00 to 6:00, the people upstairs made a lot of noise after midnight our fourth night. At this hour, there was no place for complain.

The location is really good, you can reach the old town, main museums and the shipyard on foot in 10-15 minutes. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy. Wifi worked well, TV has the option to connect your YouTube or Netflix accounts. Our building had a small grocery store on the ground floor with decent coffee, a life saver for quick breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower

Only minor things - the main light in the room is very pretty but gives barely any light; there's no doormat or bathroom rug

close to old town, modern buildings, apartments allocated in 4 towers block. easy to find because of that 4 blocks structure. the office is outside by the main entrance, the young lady who gave us the keys and showed us around was very polite and helpful. everything you need is inside, towels, kettle, washing machine ect

our apartment was on the sixth floor, but it could be higher up to 17 floor, if you don’t like high don’t book it

Excellent location. Check in was available almost 5hours earlier than expected, that was very helpfull and welcome. Appreciated a lot.

Appartment number 43. There were several disturbing or annoying things. Early wake up almost daily by workers cleaning up the dustbins starting at about 4:25am. Our appartment was really very very simple regarding equipment. Missing small table at the balcony. Missing furniture in the living room. Missing furniture in the sleeping room ( we left our things in the cabbine luggage as there was no suitable place to unpack them ). Leaking water from the shower corner, really annoying as there was no simple bathroom carpet or mat. Insufficient toilet paper, less than one roll ( we donated several rools at check out time as we had to buy then :-). The door into sleeping room had some failure, the upper door hinges fall out, the doors were unusable. The request to repair was unanswered by email with question whether it is really necessary to repair them or we can live with that....No comment. There were no window curtains to block the light or the morning noice. Appartment 50. In comparison to 43 it was like "wow". What we missed in 43 it was in 50 ( furniture, curtains, tables, comfortable kitchen chairs, 2 TVs !!! in living room and also in sleeping room ). But there was unusable electric kitchen plate ( 3 positions out of 4 had failure, we claimed that, promised to check that but with no repair result ).

super location for visiting main sights of the city - walking distance. reception was friendly.

more thorough cleaning (balcony) is necessary. cutlery was missing in the kitchen.

Issues with the appartement : - no hot water for two days - no curtains (on the floor we had to fix them) - a broken chair in the middle of the apartment (which is dangerous ! We are here with 4 kids!!!) - broken kitchen cupboards (same for the security) - kitchen furniture not sufficient or useless (exemple : pan not compatible with induction) - dish washer was full and dirty at our arrival - the appartement was not really clean (toilets / bathroom / kitchen) - no kitchen towel We went the 1st day to the office in order to mention all the above points and nothing ! We are very disappointed of this stay Pleas let us know what can be done
