Situato a soli 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Playa Blanca e dal lungomare / spiagge e meno di 10 minuti a piedi dagli hotel Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza o Hesperia Dorada. Tre camere da letto (posti letto 6+) e 2 bagni. Grande piscina coperta riscaldata elettricamente (Nov-Mar). Alto muro perimetrale che offre un livello insolitamente alto di privacy ma con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne! Grande barbecue esterno, mobili da giardino in teak, divani all'aperto, lettini deluxe ecc. Le porte del patio dal salone e dalla camera da letto principale si aprono su un'ampia veranda ombreggiata / coperta combinata con un ampio patio. Niente scale! Attraverso-soggiorno / sala da pranzo con TV (stazioni del Regno Unito) e lettore DVD. Opzionale aria condizionata / riscaldamento in 2 camere da letto - la terza camera ha un soffitto a doppia altezza. Ristrutturato 2017 - arredato secondo uno standard molto elevato. Selezione di DVD, libri, lettino, seggiolone, passeggino e sterilizzatore - tutti disponibili senza costi aggiuntivi!

We have just returned from a 2 week break. The villa and the outside area are prefect. It is our first time on Lanzarote and will definitely be returning. Communication with the host was great!

We had a lovely stay.
This villa is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc.
Our boys don’t like to sit in the sun but the lounge was comfortable and there’s plenty of comfortable areas to sit in the shade.

This is an amazing property in a beautiful area, Playa Blanca. The property is a perfect size to host a family and the outside space including a large pool is just incredible. Small supermarkets are accessible close by with larger supermarkets available in the centre of town. Easy access to Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and Rubicón Marina. All beautiful places and well worth a visit. Eimear is fantastic host, the best that we have ever had! I would unreservedly recommend this property to anyone!

Lovely villa with plenty of seating areas inside and outside for a family or friends, garden/pool area bigger than it looks in the photographs. Heated pool a perfect temperature in November and the property was very well sheltered and private. Well situated for the Marina and town with easy access by car. Not a criticism of the villa but the noise from the nearby Hotel was obtrusive when the zumba/excerise classes were on in the morning, only for an hour or so but if I was a resident I'd be asking for the PA system to be turned down. Stayed in the area before and not heard it so maybe a one off week? Still, had a great week and would happily book the villa again, one of the best we have stayed in around that area.

The villa is in a good location, approx. 15 minutes walk from sea front and local restaurants. We found scooters the ideal mode of transport and parking areas were a 6 minute walk away and cost @EUR3 to get to the beach. Taxis (if you can find one) cost @EUR4 from the town centre.
Villa is generally in a good state of repair and well decorated. The outside space is very spacious and more than adequate for 6 adults. The outside space is what sells this property.
Owner was very attentive when problems arose and communicates through e-mail promptly.
Air conditioning is payable additionally via a coin operated system so change will be required in the hotter months.

Casa Katie is a lovely villa in a nice and quiet area.
The outside space is fantastic with dining table, chilling zone, barbecue area and very comfortable sunbeds.
The high walls give you a feeling of total privacy.
The pool is fabulous, very large and deep and perfectly clean.
The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay. The villa is very private in a cul de sac, with a lovely sunny outdoor area and generously sized pool. The owner was very responsive. Playa Papagos / the coastal walk is 1km walk away and Marina Rubicon 2km so a good beach and lovely restaurants are nicely accessible.

A lovely spacious villa with a great outside area in a quiet location. 3 bedrooms with one on suite and a good living/dining space as well as two seating and eating areas outside. Dorado Beach is a 20 minute stroll where you’ll then have the option of a walk to the marina or town where both have plenty of restaurants and retail opportunities. A great break away from an English winter.

Well placed property. We booked at short notice and reluctant because it didn’t have a dishwasher. Small kitchen couldn’t fit one but utility could. I couldn’t fault it otherwise. Well stocked villa and comfortable…owner very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cleaning lady did a fab job.

Casa Katie is a lovely property in a great location. The rooms provided plenty of space for the family of 5 and the outdoor area was great for spending time by the pool and dining. It is in a very good location with all your needs in walking distance of plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc. The welcome book from the owner was very handy with lovely restaurant recommendations. The pool towels were also a great addition. I highly recommend Casa Katie and look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Katie as it was in a quiet location not far from Marina Rubicon where we found many good restaurants and a great market on Weds and Saturday.

We stayed at this property at the end of August and had a lovely time. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The villa was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed.The host provided pool/beach towels which was perfect for freeing up space in our luggage. The location of this villa is also great, a short walk to the main resort but far enough away to be peaceful. We generally walked in and then got a taxi back (normally around 3 euros) in the evenings or we used the electric scooters which are great fun.
We would definitely stay at this villa again.

The villa is lovely, and has absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is quiet and the villa outside space is large and very private. As other guests have said, the walk into Playa Blanca town is, at a slow stroll, about 15 mins and to the Marina about 30 mins.All in all we had a very relaxing, wonderful holiday in a lovely villa.
