Goditi il tuo prossimo viaggio a Toledo Bend in questa fantastica, nuovissima baita costruita nel 2018. La Toledo Bend Cabin è una cabina sul lago di 1.911 m situata in Skyline Drive, appena fuori da Little Flock Road. Questa cabina si trova immediatamente a sud di Big Bass Marina e circa 20 minuti (10 minuti in barca) a sud di Cypress Bend Resort. Se hai familiarità con Toledo Bend Lake, ci troviamo nella parte Harper's Bend del lago. Abbiamo un enorme ponte di intrattenimento con una griglia e mobili da giardino, così puoi goderti il tempo con gli amici e la famiglia e guardare splendidi tramonti. 1.) I tramonti sono quasi incredibili. Dal ponte di fronte al lago avrete una chiara vista di 3 miglia del tramonto.
2.) Si trova sul lungolago in acque profonde. Non importa quale sia il livello del lago, non devi preoccuparti di non avere acqua. Il corpo principale del lago si trova proprio di fronte a questa cabina.
3.) C'è un varo gratuito per la comunità a circa 1/2 miglio dalla cabina. Lancia la tua barca senza tasse!
4.) Non sono una società di gestione. Sono il proprietario privato di questa cabina, ed è l'unica cabina che ho su Toledo Bend. Non mi sto dilagando nel tentativo di gestire più posti su Toledo. Avrai il mio numero di telefono personale e sarai in grado di contattarmi in qualsiasi momento durante, prima o dopo il tuo soggiorno.

Visually the place is nice, and in a good location. Before checking in I was asked if they could cut the grass, they didnt need to go inside or anything, which was fine with us. After settling in , one of my friends starts yelling and has to run outside because the “host” was cutting “grass” on the gravel road facing all 3 of our trucks, maybe 20 feet away 😤! We then all make way to the boat dock, I look up at the house, the host gets off the lawnmower and he’s walking in for a minute wich he said he didn’t need to do! We only brought food to grill and had to disect the Pit and rig it just to work. One of the main reasons we booked this place is for the green lights on the dock which didn’t even work! Also we left with 5 bags of trash, but we accidentally overlooked a trash can infront which the host took care of, for a fee of $300 and the worst attitude!! Ive stayed at many places, but this one is at the bottom of my list for sure!

I wanted i quiet get a way for thanksgiving , and that’s exactly what we got ! We had the most peaceful time here . The weather kept us inside most of the time but the awesome cabin was big enough to play games and had games of their own.

Lake view beautiful. Cabin floors not clean, dishes left in dishwasher, beds not comfortable. Issues were with the host. The email he sent that said “keys to your cabin” did not have codes to enter. We tried contacting the host - no response. We contacted VRBO and they contacted the host. After a couple hour wait, we received the code and were able to enter cabin.
What was a nice stay became very frustrating the next day when received email from the host charging me $300 for bringing an unauthorized dog. NO DOG was brought to this cabin during our stay. He sent me a picture of 2 short white hairs in the bed I slept. I have short gray/white hair. It was very frustrating being accused of something that is not true. The dogs my family have were left home with sitters. I have proof they were not at that cabin. The hair in my bed was either mine or from my granddaughter’s blanket she brought with her. Her dogs hair is on that blanket.
I asked the host to check the outside cameras and ask the close neighbors if they saw a dog. His response- cameras don’t work.
Beware if you book this cabin- don’t bring DOG HAIR from home - you will be charged an extra $300.

Get away
We had a great time at the lake. The scenery was very nice and it was a great time to wine down with family and friends. Rooms were very big and cozy.
Upon arrival we replaced thermostat batteries on lower level and was very cold until we got the heat going.
The place seemed clean, but coffee pot was dirty, grill and oven also.
The only bed somewhat comfy was the lower level bed. The 2 upper level beds were not so comfy and also pillows were hard. I recommend bringing your own.
Not much storage space in kitchen for your food. We kept ours in our totes. Our clothes stayed in suitcase due to lack of storage in rooms.
The seller was attentive to get back with messages and concerns.
When arriving the lower vent near staircase was broke. We should of took pictures and my husband fixed it, but it kept breaking. When using the dish rack I seen it was leaking all over counter so I put it away and did not use it the rest of the stay. It was broken when we got there according to seller.
I recommend taking pictures of things that does not look right because they will replace with out hesitation. They say the keep record of things.

Great place to relax and fish!
The cabin is very nice and cozy. We love the layout of the cabin. You can see beautiful sunset from the porch. The grill outside is a plus. If you are a fishing family like us, the boat lift is awesome! The night time fishing is really cool. You can see all kinds of fish. We mainly came to relax and fish when we want and boy we did. We caught 23 crappie in day and a half not far from the camp. Not bad considering it’s the hottest month. Will come back again!

Wonderful
Beautiful house with a well-kept yard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having the boat house with the lift made our weekend so much easier as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin on the lake
Very nice cabin on the lake but very hard for us to get up and down steep hill (no steps or stairs) to and from dock, which was also very nice. Other than the forced cardio we had to do we had a great time.

Beautiful place
The overall experience was great. However, there was not any shampoo, soap or lotion as stated in the description. The deck was a great size but could not be enjoyed in the afternoon because there was no shade. The picture shows an umbrella, but had none. The bedrooms upstairs and the west windows downstairs could use window coverings.

Absolutely beautiful views!
Beautiful property!! Very clean! The deck and grill were put to good use! Our only “wish” was that parking with our trailers attached would have been possible. But, the write up for rental explained this. So, we worked it out. Again... just a beautiful place and beautiful memories were made!! 🌟

More beautiful than the pictures!
This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake with sunsets that are so gorgeous!! The cabin, with three bedrooms all with king size beds, and two spacious bathrooms, was spotless. The new boathouse is perfect for sitting and fishing or just watching the sunset.
Kitchen is very well equipped for any cooking you might want to do. Keurig coffee pot was perfect for a morning brew.
The beautiful balcony so peaceful and perfect for bird watching and or grilling.
Thanks to Matthew a super host and very accommodating, for a wonderful much needed get away!!

We had an excellent stay at an excellent cabin located right in Toledo Bend. The cabin was just as advertised.
Owner was excellent to deal with. Had to call him Saturday afternoon, answered immediately.

Take your trash with you
Beautiful home on the lake. The only thing I have to say is make sure you take all your trash with you if you want your deposit back. I left trash beside the trash can and lost my $250 deposit. I can understand taking some of the deposit but the entire deposit behind some bags of trash seems I little extreme to me.

Family vacation
While the house is new and very nice and the view is great, there is no access to the water despite reporting access via the stairs - they are not usable or accessible, the grass was long and hadn’t been mowed and there is lumber with nails near the back steps. All of this could have been overlooked but this owner should have been transparent before booking and payment regarding the requirement that you must bring all trash with you or forfeit your deposit. Also, Very slow in responding to texts and messages as well. After all is said and done and we make arrangements to bring the trash with us. Would not recommend this place for any family.

Perfect place of you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and fish!
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! My husband, son-in-law, and grandson had a great time fishing, and my daughters, grandchildren, and I loved the quiet solitude of the property. The cabin was very clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that could’ve made this property better is if there would be a covered dock. It Is my understanding, though, that the owner is planning on building one in the future. We will absolutely plan another trip there!
