Brilliant location - close to Albert Road and the seafront. Property was immaculate, well fitted out and very comfortable. Very highly recommended!

Apartment had everything I needed -- kitchen is well equipped, dishwasher, plus laundry facilities, iron etc. Lots of space for 1 person, would be comfortable for 2.
The only negative was the smell of mildew... when you enter, and whenever the apartment was closed up. Was better with windows open in daytime, but really an unpleasant smell each time you come "home".

The apartment is located is located in a good area within walking distance from the beach. It is very clean and well equipped. Lots of small things that were a nice touch such as coffee pods and tea bags - enough for the stay, additional towels, a city map and leaflets about the local attractions. We had a lovely stay.

Very good lication, waking distance from Center and interest area. Appartment was clean with good amount of ammenities.
Info sheets were not updated, WIFI network&password mentioned were not valid anymore.

I liked the position, allocated parking and the easy access to the property.
Mattress need to be changed because really uncomfortable and floor need to be washed properly, not only hoover as our socks became completely black after only one hour walking.
If there are other guests upstairs, it is very likely you cannot have a proper sleep.

Perfect location- easy walking distance to the sea front and shops.

Convenient & easy to get to with good off road parking, everything needed for a self catering short break, good phone signal (O2 network) & excellent internet access, very clean. A very well managed & maintained property just a short walk from the seafront (thank you Charlotte, Magdalena & the rest of the team). Highly Recommended

Great location, very quiet, and close to shops, the beach, and some great restaurants. Property is the right size for 2 people and has all the facilities to make the stay very comfortable. Especially loved the beach and picnic bag left for us to use!
Nothing took away from the experience. The property could use an outside door mat to prevent dirt coming in when it's wet outside, and the bedroom door could use a doorstop, to keep it open for airflow; but overall these a little extras.

The location is convenient for both the beach and Southsea centre.

Communication from owners was great. Location was fantastic. Apartment had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. You could easily stay there for a week. We will definitely be back!
The only thing I could possibly say that would have made the stay better was if the bed was king size. But that’s only because it’s what we’re used to at home!
