Air conditioning, clean , well located.

The neighborhood it’s very nice , everything you may need it’s nearby ! Clean apartment , fast Wi-Fi and good contact with the agency !

Apartment was very clean at my arrival , it has modern installations , and it’s complete in all areas! Laundry it’s also available at the basement for 2,50 each use . Contact whit the staff and checkin were easy !

I missed a vacuum cleaner and some products to clean the place during my stay ( 1 week)

I liked the location. It is close to the tram stop and also to the centre of Carouge and Planpalais. The bulding is modern and also close to the supermarkets and some restaurants.

The check-in process, particularly about access to the building and the room, was confusing. The management gave me all the information after I had called them, but they did so reluctantly, assuming that I had not read the messages. I had read them, but I could not find any relevant information about the access; hence I called them. The other problem we had was that the ceiling light was connected to the TV electricity source. So, we had to turn on the light, even during the daytime, to watch the TV, which had only a few French and Spanish channels
