this building should be knocked down. it is in a horrible state. it was impossible to sleep because of the noise from everywhere . even the snoring from the neighbour was es if the guy slept beside me. There is no lift! on top of all early in the morning the stuff wanted to hang on me that the toilet was broken. As if I had nothing better to do but to break toilets at night. I stayed there over night because of an early flight. I regret every second I was in this hotel.

TO NOISY! was my worst stay ever. you can heard the cars and the motorcycles like is in your room. ZERO SOUNDPROOF!! Also they right that is few steps from the airport but its 15 minutes without traffic!

-first of all THE LOCATION IS CHANGED! And it’s no longer near airport for more than a year, as it says in the description. that was the reason I booked this hotel , but it took around 20 min to reach airport, it’s not few steps away as they say - there are rooms that are near balcony and u can hear every sound and a car on the street , you wont be able to sleep an our - walls between rooms are so thin, so even I had earplugs, I woke up at 5 am with the alarm of another room ( WITH EARPLUGS!) And I didn’t manage to sleep anymore . this hotel is not for rest

Great location for airport. Staff incredibly friendly. and helpful. Great breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Very clean, both rooms and hotel generally. Water dispenser (both hot and cold) available. Security on door - felt safe.

I did like the location. Restaurants are just a few steps away. The room is neat and clean. They even provided a sanitary hand gel in the room which is a plus for me.

When your day's over after your activity, and as you approach your hotel, you will realize that you're gonna walk up that stairs to the third floor. But, i take it as an exercise. This hotel doesn't have an elevator - senior citizen guests may opt to book for other hotels in Puerto Princesa.

I like the services of your staff. They are very accommodating and professional in dealing with guests. They try to meet the requests to the best they can. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. T & B is within hotel standard for 3 star.
