We had a very nice stay, location is great and view is amazing. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a short distance. Made a trip to Kennedy Space Center, easy drive to get there and made for a nice day trip.

This condo was very clean and loved the ocean view from the living area/dining/kitchen, and master bedroom. The surrounding area itself was great and we found plenty of great restaurants in the area and stores.

This property was the perfect stay for my family for a week to escape the cold and gloomy NY weather. My husband and I, and our kids (7, 4, and 7 months old) all had an amazing time. Their favorite part was collecting sea shells on the beach. I read a couple reviews beforehand that mentioned the shells but I didn’t realize how many shells. If your kids like looking for shells, this is the place to go. The tide does come up very high to the wall at certain points of the day, and was something I was concerned about prior to booking. But it was fine! When it was high we either went in the pool, took a much needed break or nap in the room, or accessed the beach from another location. There was not washer/dryer in the unit, as listed. The ones on the floor worked just fine. Quarters needed to use. If you want to be near the ocean, you can’t get much closer than this place. The beach was not crowded at all, probably the biggest plus for me. We visited a local playground one day attached to a beach and noticed that it was packed! Made us even more grateful for our paradise beach club beach. Unit supplied all the towels we needed, bath and beach. Beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs were also in the unit. No beach toys. But there were some left behind outside for anyone to play with. There’s also a dollar general within walking distance and also Walmart easy drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, Dunkin right across the street. The big kids enjoyed walking over every morning with.

The property matched the descriprion, and the views from the balcony pictures were exact. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the beach a private pool and not a lot of tourist chaos. Peaceful! Would stay again.

We enjoyed staying on the property. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of room to have family visit, beds were comfortable. Great view and balcony. Roar of the ocean was wonderful!

Beautiful decor! Beautiful view from the deck! The hall bathroom shower would NOT turn on - so we had to share the shower in the master bath area. Also we had to put our slippers in a plastic bag when leaving because the bottoms of the slippers were so dirty. The floors were quite sandy and dirty. I dropped an item and it rolled under the bed. When I retrieved the item I had to clean it.

Lovely condo, very clean, nice new furniture, comfy bed, nice linens, views are spectacular, nice pool. We will rebook again. The condo manager came to the unit to assist us with getting the tv going, great experience.

For me, vacation means being right on the beach, and this property delivered exactly what we were looking for. The property is extremely close to the beach that even sitting in the balcony feels like being on the beach. Great experience overall, and the property was very clean and organized. Property manager was also very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and will return for sure.

This location has a beautiful view! When you walk out of the condo, the beach is RIGHT THERE! Everything you need for restaurants and supplies are readily available. And if you want a day of "touristy stuff," Cocoa Beach is a very easy 20 minute drive down the road.
There are a couple of things to be aware of. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a common one down the hall. Also, if you plan on cooking your own food, you will have to buy everything but salt and pepper. There are plenty of utensils, dishes, pans, but no seasonings, cooking oil, etc.
Again, great location, I would book another short stay there!

Me, My wife and our infant daughter stayed at this one of a kind property. We have stayed at a few different oceanfront beach rentals before but what sets this property aside from the others is the fact that the property is literally on the beach. You can’t be any closer without being in the water. This may seem like a fickle thing to have to give weight to, but when you have a little one that needs frequent visits back to the rental unit for naps, snacks, diaper changes, or any other infant needs, it is a game changer to be literally a 45 second trek away from your unit. No long walk on a bridge stretching over a patch of grass and wild shrubs-just up some stairs and to your door. Many other reasons why I would recommend this property and Cindy who helped us navigate the unit, but not much more needs to be said other than, know you can book with confidence to be taken care for a one of a kind getaway.

Had no problems was super easy to check-in and out. Plenty of plates and silverware to use. Lots of beach towels. Perfect view and easy to get to the beach. Laundry was expensive $4 to wash and dry 1 load

We throughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful beachfront condo. Never before have we stayed this close to the ocean. There’s usually a long walk to reach the beach, but not here! The views were amazing and the highlight of the trip was getting to see a rocket launch at night! Just spectacular and right from our beachfront balcony! Of course the BEST part of our trip was getting to spend time with our precious grandson, son and daughter-in-law! Hope to return sometime and would definitely recommend this gorgeous place to anyone coming to visit this area!

The location was absolutely perfect! The beach wasn’t crowded at all (first week of August), it was a short drive to all the attractions at Cocoa Beach, and the view was FANTASTIC. And bonus, we got to watch a rocket launch from our balcony! The condo itself was spacious and updated, and there were plenty of linens and whatnot available for us. We loved everything about this place and will definitely book it again if we come back to this beach!! My only complaints were that the beach itself had a LOT of brown seaweed washed up on the shore and in the wading areas of the water, so that made it a little unpleasant…I’m not sure if it was just that certain time of year or what but obviously that’s just part of being at the beach. :-) And, it would’ve been nice if there were some floor mats at the door to catch all the sand coming into the condo! We had to sweep the whole place like twice a day from all of the sand that was tracked in! All in all this condo was perfect and one of the best I’ve rented!

Close enough to the Cape so that you can see any launches that are scheduled. Nice condo, right on the beach, nice pool and the area is quiet with a lot of nice local restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

The view was perfect! The location was great. The place was clean. My teens had a short drive to Cocoa Beach where they played miniature golf and did some shopping at Ron Jon. Great vacation overall.

We're from central FL and take a lot of mini beach vacays and it can always be a bit hit or miss with beach condo rentals but I have to say- this is probably top 3 properties we've stayed at! Clean, friendly staff, super private beach, awesome views, everything we needed at a really fair price. Definitely 5 out of 5!!
The ONLY thing g I'd say is the unit could benefit with a couple extra floor rugs by the front door and back porch. We ended up setting down some towels for sandy feet but really not a big deal.
If you're looking for fast and delicious pizza delivery, Puzinos was fantastic.
All in all a really special trip!

Loved the property, pool, beach, and sites. Only negative thing was sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced, it was bad enough the kids ( 8 and 12) complained it was uncomfortable.

A Pleasant Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Satellite Beach. The condo was very nice. Our only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress in the living room was very thin and uncomfortable to try and sleep on. My daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa and her fiancée slept on a twin bed from one of the bedrooms we moved each of the three nights they stayed with us. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Top of my FL condo list!!!
We were looking for a peaceful, beautiful, on the beach experience & we found it!! Satellite Beach is all that & this condo could not have been better. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Cindy was so good to work with & when the all-important (to us!!!) coffee maker wouldn’t work, there was no delay. A new one was supplied to the condo within a few short hours! Watching the sunrise from the condo balcony- coffee in hand - priceless! This beach community is quiet, not “built up” with high rises or lots of fast food restaurants (there are plenty of groceries, drug stores, restaurants & fast food- but not tons of them!)……but you can easily drive to the more crowded areas in 20 minutes if that’s what you’re looking for!!
It was a great getaway & this condo was a perfect fit for us!!

Loved the View!
Overall the condo was very nice and we would definitely stay again. Very cute with beachy decorations, plenty of seating on the balcony and inside. We had no communication with the owner but we didn't have to. We had 7 people staying and were a little disappointed in the stinginess of the supplies. There was a really tiny bottle of dish liquid, 10 trash bags (counted out), 2 pot holders, 2 dish cloths, no dish towels, 1/2 of a dish sponge (really?!), 10 6-cup filters for a 12-cup coffee maker and a plethora of glasses and mugs. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, hand soap, containers for leftovers and all spices, condiments, wraps, etc. We've stayed in rentals before and people usually leave things like condiments, spices and foils, plastic bags, etc but there was nothing. Part of that could be because of Covid-19 but it would have been such a waste if we didn't have family in the area that we could give our extra to. A couple of us like to go barefoot in the house but the floor was filthy as evidenced by the black feet at the end of the first day. Overall, however, it was a great week!

The view!
We have been going to Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral for about 10 years now and this was our first time in Satellite Beach. This condo did not disappoint! It was one of our absolute favorites. The view is amazing and we loved having the pool right on the beach!
Everything was very clean (and I am very picky) and just as described. Kitchen was well stocked and furniture very comfortable.
Dunkin Donuts and Publix right across the street was very convenient!
The only drawback is no washer and dryer in the unit. We only stayed 4.5 days, but had we stayed longer we might have missed that feature. Because this unit and the location is so nice, I would actually consider staying here again even without the laundry!
