We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation between the holidays. This was perfect. The views were beautiful from our balcony. The pool was clean & warm. It was a short distance to Cocoa Beach where we experienced more of the tourist attractions.

The condo was perfect and the view was incredible. A lot of beachfront properties say steps from the ocean but this one did not disappoint. publix across the street was very convenient.

The condo was actually way better than what the photos looked like. It was beautiful! The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals. Location was everything too! Very close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean, saw several dolphins daily which was a plus. Very cozy and lots of room for myself and my three grown daughters! Property manager was very attentive when needed.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very clean and very easy to check in. We will definitely return!

We had just gotten off a 5 day cruise and wanted to just chill by the pool/beach for a few days and that’s exactly what we got. Pool was great(heated) and the beach was just a good. Had some windy days but over all good. May want some water shoes you will stumble upon some big rocks. But great time!

We had a great week and would rent this unit again. Reasonably priced and has everything you need. I cannot say enough about the view. There are a lot of good restaurants close by and everything you could possibly need is just a short distance away. Enjoyed it very much.

We were supposed to go down to Florida for Christmas but our flight got cancelled. I reached out to the host to see our options, it took 2 days for the owner to get back to her. I had my sister use the rental because she didn’t get back to me about a refund or not for two days. My sister expressed that there was no dish washer soap, TVs were difficult to use, and the shower pressure was poor.

We looked for a location that gave us unobstructed sunrises over the water, and this was perfect. The property is an older unit but in good repair, and adequately furnished. The pool is close, and the ocean is only a few steps beyond the pool area. We spent a month here and truly enjoyed our time, location, and central Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was great!

Swimming pool was closed most of our stay which was not what we wanted. We like laying at pool then cooling off.

The property is well maintained. The condo is very comfortable and in good condition. The location is perfect being just south of cocoa beach, near Melbourne, and close to Merritt Island. It should be noted that the beach front at this particular condo is very narrow and at times not accessible due to high tide. The pool is excellent. Wider beaches are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

We had two other reservations at different properties--both cancelled on us due to unexpected construction/maintenance issues. So, this was a last minute find. I was a bit nervous about it, but should not have been--this rental was PERFECT!! I am ultra particular about cleanliness, but I didn't have any qualms--it was very clean. The only things I would mention are more fyis than complaints, that is, more about conveniences rather than anything else. The first is that you will need to bring everything for use in the kitchen--even coffee filters and salt and pepper. Most places I've stayed in have at least starter supplies. This place did have trash bags and dishwashing detergent pods, but that was it. Just be aware. Otherwise, the kitchen is clean, and has all the appliances and dinnerware you need. The other thing a renter might want to be aware of is although the view is spectacular, due to the curvature of the building, the view past either end of the building is blocked. If you like to look all the way down the beach from the balcony, you can't. However, the view straight out, and to either end of the condo, is great. I would definitely stay again!

Great condo! Pictures on the listing are accurate. Driving distance to a lot of good restaurants, groceries etc. Sunrise photos on a clear morning are stunning. My family had a great time at this condo and we would recommend this place to family/friends.

Property was easy to hold our family of 5 with the 2nd bedroom having a twin and fill size bed. 2 completely remodeled bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you could need to prep meals.

Great location - right on the beach for easy going beach days. Also, across the street from a grocery store and some restaurants. Peaceful complex and very clean unit. Loved watching the sunrise on the balcony in the morning. Host was quick to respond to messages.

We picked this property because of the beautiful view and had a great time watching the ocean while sitting inside or outside on the balcony. We were able to cook, nap, and spend quality time together. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and there are some beach items for use. The beach was pretty quiet and some were surfing or using boards. The water was clean and no rocks. It was a relaxing trip.

Everything was clean. The condo was great the only thing was the beds in 2nd room they were very hard so one of my friends slept with me and the other on the couch. Might be okay for kids!

We had a great time! The beach was quiet most days with just a few families and couples. Plenty of room to spread out. The condo was lovely with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I was remote working and could work from the balcony or table.

We had a good time. Manager responsive and property had everything we needed. Beach his right there, however pool needed to be cleaned. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because in the 2nd bedroom AC unit is very loud. Hard to fall sleep with that

We stay at this location every summer, and each summer it becomes more and more amazing! The only problem we had was we had to wait until after 3 to check in, but other then that everything was fantastic!

No surprises, great location and view - this unit had everything I needed. Will definitely be back!

Smooth process except required an excessively large deposit or must buy insurance even though no other units we looked at listed by this agent required that! Tried to reach the agent about it to question it with no returned phone call. We booked it anyway bc wanted to stay where our friends were snd was last unit! Was not happy!

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Beach Club Condo 447. This resort is ocean side with a Publix and Dunkin donuts and Mc Donalds across the street. Unit was clean and well appointed.

We spent a wonderful 6 days at this place and brought in the New Year, 2020. We'd love to try it out in warmer weather as well!

Epic place and location for my family.. Downsides: Rocks In water out front. Didn't receive check in email and needed help accessing our place.. John was on site and a tremendous help getting my family sorted.. We would love to stay here again!!

We love staying at Paradise Beach Resort. We have stayed at this resort a number of times. The excellent beach is a few steps from the building. The building is across the street from a Publix market, Duncan Donuts and a number of retail establishments, which made it easy to provision supplies for our two week stay. There are a number of excellent restaurants just a short drive from the building (We particularly enjoyed North and South Bistro, which is just north about 1.5 miles). Melbourne and Cocoa Beach are also close and that is a real positive. The condo itself was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay......the unit was exactly what I was hoping for ...a beautiful ocean front view! The unit had everything we needed and more and was very clean. The heated pool was great since the ocean water was a little cold. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving stay!
