We slept at Casa Ines for only one night passing through Switzerland to Italy. For that purpose it was a very good stay, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice view over the valley of Bellinzona.

The apartments are about a 20-minute walk from the train station and the city center. The room is located in the house where the owner lives, but it does not interfere. The room has a small fridge with wine and beer at reasonable prices. Water and coffee are free. Large terrace with a beautiful view.

The people who looked after it were very friendly and kind. Also had a beautiful dog. Very happy to have our baby. Also had bits and pieces for breakfast and a fridge in the room. Great shower!! Well needed after a very long drive. The location was just up the street from a restaurant which made it easy to have a quick and easy no fuss meal.

Only that the bathroom was shared but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Very good owner. As I was arriving late, in foul weather, he picked me up from the station.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. 15 min from the center of Bellinzona by foot (pleasant walk). Professional staff, free water and coffee. Other drinks for very reasonable prices. The biggest plus for us was the possibility of having a dog. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the castle in Bellinzona.

Friendly staff, flexible owner, comfortable room with a great view, the bathroom was immaculate and the shower was amazing. Highly recommended!

Quiet location, not far from the castles, large terrace, free coffee. Our attentive host has prepared a small treat for our dog and water bowl.

The entire house was very pretty and nicely furnished, the owner was very informative and helpful, and his pooch was adorable. The spacious balcony and the amazing view of the mountains and the famous castles right from the room were wonderful! The room was well heated and comfortable. Breakfast in the room (equipment for tea and coffee, and a brioche) was provided which was a nice touch.

The bathroom was to be shared, which I had not expected. Fortunately we were the only guests so it wasn't too bad, but it was still slightly inconvenient. "Shared bathroom" should be clearly specified. The room was a bit small for two people and a cat who brought in a lot of stuff, but for a normal traveller for a short stay, it shouldn't be a problem.
