Bellissime vedute d'acqua! Gli ospiti godono di questa casa spaziosa, che dicono sempre ... più grande di quanto sembri! Questa casa soleggiata e aperta ha gli ospiti che si godono l'alba dal ponte anteriore. La casa è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2014. Tutti i nuovi impianti idraulici, elettrici, layout ... quindi quasi una nuova casa, ma alcuni bei ciondoli per la casa più vecchi. Appena entrate dalle grandi porte d'ingresso, vorrete rilassarvi sul divano o sulle comode sedie nel soggiorno e godervi ancora una volta la vista ... continuate ad andare nella sala da pranzo che può ospitare dalle 6 alle 8 persone con una porta-finestra che da 'su un patio con barbecue ... la cucina completamente attrezzata con isola, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, piano cottura e frigorifero completa di una lavanderia adiacente sono grandi spazi per il divertimento della famiglia ... ma c'è di più ... continua ad andare in famiglia camera con camino in pietra (solo candele) e mobile bar. La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto; 3 con letti queen size e una con 2 letti singoli. I 3 bagni; uno con doccia / vasca e gli altri due con cabina doccia. House dispone di streaming TV e Wi-Fi.

We loved this location and the size and comfort of the house. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area. The house is roomy and near many restaurants and a couple beach areas.

We enjoyed returning to this beautiful and luxurious property. The fact that it has a gorgeous view of the water and is a very short walk to a lovely beach makes this a perfect vacation spot. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the washer and dryer are great as well. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great house! Great view! Two large sitting areas in separate rooms allow for different on-going activities. Owners were next door and helped throughout the stay without hovering or interfering. they even allowed a late check out.

We chose to stay at this home again after finding it comfortable last year. The location on the point is excellent and a short walk to the beach. For getting around the area we always rent a golf cart. The home is well appointed and we appreciated having two living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed and is a good size with an island. We had a great stay and would come back a 3rd time to the same vrbo for sure!

My family of 8 adults and 2 younger children stayed for a weekend and this house could not have been any more perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great, the kids loved the quick walk to the water. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was so nice. This house was easily accessible for one of my handicap family members that uses a scooter. We would gladly stay here again and already talking about taking another trip.

This property was much larger than advertised. Rooms were large and clean. Location was excellent. The view of the river was awesome and could be seen from the front deck. Sunrises on the front deck. Sunsets a couple of blocks away. Perfect getaway with family or friends. I would highly recommend this vacation property.

We had an outstanding 2 weeks enjoying all Colonial Beach has to offer. We wanted for nothing! Plenty of room to spread out, and the vista view of the river greets you every morning. Flat out the best rental we have ever had.

A beautiful house and a relaxing stay
This is a beautiful house that is much larger than it appears in photos. It is beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The kitchen in particular had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house has a lovely view of the Potomac, and is a very short walk from a small beach from which we enjoyed swimming every day. We were often either the only people on the beach or one of two or three families there. And finally, the host was very thoughtful and responsive -- we had a couple of minor questions or issues, and we heard back from Cathy instantly. A really fantastic experience, all told.

Great property, lovely view of the water from the front porch. Everyone was friendly, the area restaurants offered great food. Not a lot open during the day but plenty of places to visit nearby. Just the right place to kick back and relax.

Perfect in so many ways
Deceptively large home with lots of room to spread out! Great views of the Potomac with the ambiance of a 1950’s small beach town. Kids walked a few blocks to the water, played tag in the park across the street and we all walked to dinner at Dockside. This is an especially perfect place for families with smaller kids because the water is shallow and calm. You feel like you are on the Chesapeake Bay. House is lovely with two living areas separated by a well appointed kitchen. Thanks to Cathy for a warm welcome when we arrived.

Wonderful Home in Lovely Community
This property in Colonial Beach is fantastic and was perfect for our getaway with our adult children. There were seven of us staying at the house, and there was plenty of room for all. The photos do not do it justice. It is much larger than it looks. Having two separate living rooms and three full bathrooms made it work well for a group of our size. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had fun cooking together. The view from the porch was lovely, and the proximity to the water made early morning strolls a frequent occurrence. Colonial Beach is a quiet, friendly sort of town. Plenty of restaurants and hangouts for grown-ups who are really just looking to spend some time together. Kathy was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely be happy to be able to visit again.

Beautiful area - place was clean, very big and well equipped. Only suggestion is beds are uncomfortable cheap mattresses. Having a few beach chairs would be a great addition.

Great stay!
This was a comfortable and peaceful rental home in an excellent location. It’s 2 blocks or so to a small beach we enjoyed and another block or two beyond that to Dockside Restaurant. We also rented a golf cart and hit the restaurants in town.
The home was very well appointed and exactly as described. It feels a little bigger than the pictures portray. It was an excellent stay and we will repeat!

Relaxing vacation
We had a great relaxing vacation here. Sitting in the front porch with the water view was nice. Quick walk to the beach and playground was great with our little ones. The house has everything u need. Was much bigger than I thought. Will definitely plan on coming back.

Quick Spring Getaway
This was the perfect location for a two night getaway. The bright, sunny kitchen/dining room/ sitting room was inviting and relaxing for our group. The layout and location of bedrooms and bathrooms gave each of us privacy. We would definitely stay here again. The host was helpful and very responsive.

Great spot
Colonial Beach is an awesome little town. The home is large and spacious with Enough room for everyone to find their spot to draw, works, watch TV, etc. Its on a quiet road and walking distance to a beach. We also rented a golf cart to drive around and explore more. Highly recommend!!

Great Girlfriends Getaway
The Beachcomber III is larger than expected, with comfortable beds and plenty of seating. We were disappointed that the large stone fireplace was for candles only, but we still had fun on our winter weekend.

Great for an off-season get-away
Our family of five adults had a wonderful week here. The house is perfectly located, on a quieter street than the one that runs right along the water, but with a great river view out the front due to there being a park across the street. I appreciated the thoughtful layout and small things like extra blankets and a safety bar in the shower. The weather was too chilly to cook out or enjoy the outdoor porch/patio spaces (although we did take many long walks), but I am sure it would be very pleasant in the summer. The kitchen was well-equipped. Wifi worked well for all of us. Highly recommend, and hope to stay again some day.

Fun Memorial Day weekend
Even if two days of rain we had a wonderful time at the Beachcomber III. The property was clean and perfect size for our group. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed an easy walk to town, the pier and the beach. The owners were more very accommodating and very generous.

Sunrise at the front door -Sunset in the back
Each morning we could see the sunrise thru the glass oval on the front door. IN the evening we would head out the back door and two blocks later we could view the sun set over the bay.The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly.

We had a great time in Colonial Beach. The house was perfect and it was nice to have 2 large sitting rooms. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Great view of the water from the front porch.

Lovely Weekend!
Stayed with a few friends for a relaxing birthday weekend, and Cathy, the owner, was very communicative both before booking and during the stay! The beach is walking distance, but renting golf carts locally really made the weekend a breeze. Loved this property, and looking forward to visiting again!

Much larger than it looks, a spacious rental with room for the whole family. Clean, white linens are provided making the space feel fresh, clean, and welcoming! Walkable neighborhood with a beach close by and friendly neighbors waving and greeting as they pass by.

Quick visit
We decided to have a quick stay at Colonial Beach on our way home from visiting family. The property was great and communication with the owners exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Really cute town and the property was a great location to enjoy the beaches. Great layout and plenty of room to spread out.
