La casa si trova in una frazione chiamata "Los Llanos" in un posto molto tranquillo a 0,5 km dalla città di Fataga. La città si trova in una valle a un'altitudine di 600 metri, con un clima mite per la maggior parte dell'anno, circondata da montagne con un'altitudine massima di 1100 metri. e ad una distanza di soli 18 km da Playa del Inglés. È un paesaggio aspro con una varietà di flora macaronesica e fauna delle Canarie. La valle ha una lunghezza massima di 10 km e una larghezza media di 2 km, ci sono molti percorsi per escursioni fino a 1000 metri. in alto, attraversa da sud a nord una strada che raggiunge Tejeda e il punto più alto dell'isola (Los Pechos) con un'altitudine di 1956 metri. e ad una distanza di 40 km da Fataga. Ha anche un servizio medico (3 giorni a settimana), supermercato, distributore di benzina, tre ristoranti e un bancomat. Gli appassionati di arrampicata sportiva possono esercitarsi vicino alla diga di Fataga a 5 minuti dalla città.

Ett mycket bra boende
Ett bra boende på en lugn gata med mycket vackra omgivningar. Huset är fullt utrustat för ett bekvämt boende och egen hushåll under längre tid. I byn finns också några restauranter som också är värda besök. Vi har bott här i nio veckor och inte haft några problem i huset under den tiden. En gång i veckan har har vi fått hjälp med städning. Läget är perfekt som utgångspunkt för vandringar i de omgivande bergen. Finns utmärkta leder av olika längd som alla bjuder på fantastiska utsikter. Vi har haft många fina upplevelser under våra vandringar.
Byn Fataga har bra bussförbindelser så hyrbil är inte nödvändigt.
Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande med fyllda fruktfat och vin. Kontakten med hyresvärden har varit mycket bra och och vi har hela tiden fått ett positivt bemötande.
Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Ruhe in idyllischem Bergdorf
Wir haben 3 Januarwochen im urigen Fataga verbracht. Don Adolfo, der Besitzer der komfortablen Unterkunft war sehr aufgeschlossen, korrekt und großzügig. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt und auf dem Tisch standen Wein, inseltypisches Gebäck und viel Obst aus dem eigenen Garten. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Adolfo stets bemüht, uns vieles zu zeigen und den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen.
Weil Fataga in den Bergen liegt, ist es merklich kälter als die Strandregion. Im Januar wird das Haus nicht von der Sonne beschienen, besitzt aber eine Heizung. Wir hatten während der gesamten Zeit einen Mietwagen, mit dem wir die ganze Insel erkundet haben. Dafür ist Fataga eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Auch konnten wir in der ländlichen Umgebung viele Spaziergänge machen und Kontakte mit Nachbarn und Dorfbewohnern aufnehmen.
Zum Abschied haben wir noch eine wunderschöne Lithographie geschenkt bekommen, die Don Adolfo selbst gefertigt hatte. Sie ziert jetzt unser Schlafzimmer und wird uns immer an den unvergesslichen Urlaub in Fataga erinnern.

Beautiful Place
Well equipped, amazing hosts, nice gifts, super neighbourhood, nice town, easy to drive to the mountains and the beach. I can really recommend to stay in Fataga at Alfredos and Blancas Place. One of the best checkin experiences I had in my life!

life in a small and exquisite mountain town
The apartment was furnished and decorated to a high standard It was very comfortable and contained everything we could want for a very pleasant 8 week stay and more...Being german I enjoyed the german tv via cable. Vanessa the utterly charming manager came once a week to exchange bedlinen and towels and clean floor and surfaces, a service for a holiday flat, we had not experienced before Really marvellous was the fact, that many wonderful walks were accessible right from the house without needing a car The air condition was great in hot weather, Some beautiful neighbourhood cats came visiting when we left the gate to the yard open but stayed away when the gate was closed

Excelente ubicación para hacer escalada y excursiones por la zona. Los propietarios Adolfo y Blanca encantadores y nos obsequiaron con diferentes frutas ecológicas de su campito y repostería navideña casera, exquisitas!!! Y la casita es perfecta para parejas!!! Todo perfecto! Muchas gracias!!!

Rural cottage in Fataga Gran Canaria
Well appointed cared-for terraced cottage with small shaded entrance yard (no garden) in a quiet part of the village. Small attractive village in the mountains with limited but sufficient shops, bars etc. Spectacular countryside and views . Good walking from the village. Beaches and main tourist resorts 30 mins by car on twisty mountain road.

Fataga
My partner and I had a lovely stay in this fantastic property set in the mountains of Gran Canaria. The property was just as shown in the photos and included everything you needed to self-cater for our weeks stay. Both the owners of the property and the local residents are friendly and helpful, even with our limited Spanish and their limited English we managed just fine. The almond biscuits from the bakery in the village are to die for. The scenery is stunning and the property was ideally situated for trips either to the North or South of the Island. You do need nerves of steel at first on the road in as it is very bendy, but by the end of the week we got the hang of it. We would highly recommend a stay at this property and a visit to the area especially if you are into walking or cycling. Thank you to Blanca and Alfodo for letting us stay in such a lovely place.

Beautiful
Aldolfo and Blanca were lovely. They made us very welcome. The fresh fruit from their garden and one of Adolfo's pictures to bring home were very special.
The house was beautifully equipped and decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Fataga was delightful.
The only slight drawback at this time of year is that the sun did not reach the courtyard. In the summer we think that would be a blessing.
We hope to go back again.

It was just perfect!
The apartment was beautiful, charming, clean, and well equipped. The owner as well as Vanessa and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Adolf gave us even a copy of one if his paintings and fruits from his garden.
The village is very well located for people who like outdoor activities, nice hiking areas are very close by.

Wij hebben van 12 t/m 27 januari 2018 in Casa Eternal Primavera gelogeerd. Een mooie casa in een prachtige (wandel)omgeving. We genoten van de gastvrije ontvangst met fruit en wijn en zorgen thuis voor een mooie plek voor de Euphorbia's van Don Adolfo Moreno

Excellent base for walking. Very spacious casa.
The house was in a very quiet area a few minutes walk from Fataga village. The rooms were very large and the house was very well equipped. We had a washing machine, a dishwasher and a tumble dryer which we did not use as the weather was very warm.
The wifi was very good. The owner provided us with wine, fruit , jams, honey, milk and butter when we arrived. We were also given a painting. The family were very friendly.
We did lots of walks from this area which were really good. The village shop was quite expensive but we had done our food shopping in advance when we stayed at Tejeda.

Perfect!
Location is fantastic. If you love walking and trekking it is a place to be. There is everything you need in the house. We arrived late and we were given bread, butter, jam and milk. Fruits and wine were also waiting for us which we would like to thank for. If we ever come back this is a place we stay! Fataga is beautiful small village. We loved it. Rent a car and explore the island. Its worth it.

Perfect
A really lovely property, accuratley described and in a great location with only a short walk into the town. The house was very well equipped including a washing machine and tumble drier which were very useful. We were welcomed with fruit, milk, bread and wine which was a really lovely touch. We were also delighted to have a visit from Signor Moreno Calvo, the artist whose paintings are on the walls of the house. It was lovely to chat with him and he very kindly gave us a print of one of his paintings to remind us of our visit to Gran Canaria. It is an ideal place to stay for those who love walking and exploring. We had a great week walking every day in the beautiful Canarain countryside, sitting in the sunshine in one of the restaurant bars with a coffee and having a really nice meal out on our last night. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you very much for your hospitality and generosity.

Perfect little holiday home.
This is probably the best property we have rented on Gran Canaria. The house is in a lovely location a very short (& beautiful) walk from Fataga, a walk we did every morning to the little bakery for fresh bread & almond biscuits. The house is very well equipped, in particular the washing machine & tumble dryer make it perfect if you are trying to make do with carry-on baggage. The description of the property is very accurate. We were met & taken to the house where there was bread, wine & fruit waiting for us. All the materials for using the machines was provided. We had an idyllic week, did a lot of walking either from the house or up in the hills & would recommend it to anyone who loves the countryside. We had admired the paintings on the walls & as a totally unexpected bonus we were presented by the artist, whose wife owns the property, with an original print of one of his works. I would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone.
