Questo, appartamento al piano primo elegante e contemporaneo per due a quattro persone si trova in un sicuro, tranquillo, 200 anni Chiudi vivace e storica Grassmarket, e si trova a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni di Edimburgo e mezzi di trasporto. Il Royal Mile e il Castello di Edimburgo sono circa 2 minuti a piedi da casa e da Princes Street e la stazione ferroviaria di Waverley sono a soli 10 minuti a piedi. This was our second time staying at this gorgeous flat; we love everything about it! Great location, comfy bed, full kitchen, nice bathroom, beautiful decor. Room to settle in and unwind after fun times in the city!

My husband and I had a great time. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The manager gave clear explicit directions for everything you may need-including emergency dentist and doctor. We were so pleased!

This property is in a great location, is very comfortable and has personality! Spacious for two adults. Nice bed. Well-appointed kitchen. Well managed (Fiona). Would definitely stay here again!

After a crazy couple of flights to get to Edinburgh, Fiona's flat was such a welcome. We were wet and tired but upon entering, it was so clean, quiet, and warm. The card and treats that she left on the table were touching. The flat has everything you would need to cook a nice meal if you wanted to stay in. We cooked at least one meal a day. She had staples such as olive oil, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. The grocery store was only a 7 min walk from the flat. Fiona always responded so quickly whenever we had questions leading up to our stay and during our stay.
Despite it being a few steps away from the busy Grassmarket, where the flat is situated guarantees privacy and tranquility both in the day and nighttime. We highly recommend Fiona's place and hope to return in the future.

The apartment is super cozy in an excellent location to let yourself immerse in Old Town Edinburgh. The kitchen is well equipped allowing cooking as it was your home away from home. My husband and I have stayed in this apartment three times already. Since we found it, we never searched for another place to stay in Edinburgh.
Fiona, the owner, is always caring for her guests. This can be seen and felt in each detail in the apartment. Thank you so much, Fiona, for sharing your place with us once more.

Great little apartment - spotlessly clean and has all you’d need for a city break. We stayed for three nights during the festival. The extractor fan from the restaurant next door was a little noisy when trying to get my daughter to bed but it was switched off soon after 10 so not a problem. Fiona was great and really communicative

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! The accommodations are perfect and are located in the beautiful Grassmarket neighborhood which is close to everything. I can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location cannot be beat - you walk out the courtyard and you're in West Bow/Victoria Street! There are many, many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the castle and the Royal Mile. We walked everywhere. Inside, it was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to the tourist center. Fiona left some goodies for us in the kitchen and that was a lovely touch. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Edinburgh. It was absolutely wonderful.

Fiona’s property in Grassmarket was our third stop on our two week journey in the UK. The flat is situated right off of Grassmarket, which is a famous square in Scotlands Capital. The location is prime… it’s close to everything in Old Town and also in a secured and safe location. Once we checked in and made our way into the flat, we were amazed with the quality and caring touches Fiona made. It looks better and is far more up to date than current pictures show. The kitchen has any and all amenities needed to cook, do laundry, or make a cuppa tea. On arrival, we were welcomed with juice, milk, tea, sugar, and famous Scottish Tablets (thank you!). Small and caring touches like this really made it a home away from home. The flat itself is pretty large compared to our other stays in the UK. We had access to TV, travel booklets and maps, in addition to a great welcome folder with any and all local information we might need on our stay. We hope to come back to Scotland again soon and hopefully get the opportunity to stay at another of Fiona’s properties. If you stay here, take the time to read though some of the many stories in her guest book, you’ll find something new and awesome to supplement your holiday.

It was the perfect rental for us, right in the downtown area (Grassmarket), minutes from the Edinburgh castle, minutes from the Royal mile, minutes from awesome restaurants. The property was pristine, the bed was comfortable, a nicely equipped kitchen, and for two of us, plenty of space. Fiona is a great communicator providing clear and precise instructions in a timely manner. We inquired about an early check in and late checkout and she graciously accommodated our needs. We highly recommend this property in the heart of the most awesome city.

We had a great stay in this perfect location at the base of Victoria Street, the most photographed street in Edinburgh (so I hear). We spent 10 days there and it felt very comfortable with easy access to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Fiona’s apartment was very nice, and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk right out to the market, come home, and make a wonderful meal from the goodies we got. Fiona is very accommodating and always gets back to you. Will definitely be back!

Great apartment, great location, great services from Fiona. We had a fantastic weekend around our wedding anniversary and enjoyed a great 6-nations rugby game between Scotland and Italy. If we are going to Edinburgh in the future, we hope to stay in this apartment again! Thanx Fiona!

Our stay in Edinburgh was especially amazing, in part, because of Fiona's wonderful apartment. The location was perfect; right across the street from a bakery, breakfast/lunch little place, and around down the street from Grassmarket. The apartment itself was a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. Not to mention the clean and coziness of the entire space. We can't wait to come back to beautiful and friendly Edinburgh, and to Fiona's place!

Beautiful, large and well equipped apartment in old town Edinburgh. This is a perfect location to explore Edinburgh by foot and see all the sites. There are lots of great restaurants and stores just outside the flat but it is tucked away in a little alcove just off the main street so it is also pretty quiet as well. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was better than described. Very spacious and fitted with all the conveniences.
Its central location made it easy to go to sights, restaurants and places to pick up tours.
Because the apartment was in a close, we heard no street noise which was an added treat for us from NYC.
We recommend "The Mussel and Steak Bar" for dining. Its to the left of the entrance to the close.

I had a wonderful stay here in early June 2021. Apartment was clean and tidy when I entered (lovely cakes, by the way!), kitchen and bathroom were excellent, and Fiona was very responsive and helpful the whole time. Thank you again!
