This property was exactly what we needed. They have thought of everything from a beach bag and cooler to a FULLY stocked kitchen tools, etc. I brought some cookware and didn’t need it at all. The bed were all very comfortable and sheets were like brand new!
We found bikes in the garage and that made it easy to get into Beulah for lunch.
This house was perfect and we would love to come back! Thank you, James!

This has to be the best VRBO I’ve ever experienced. Everything is modern and updated as stated in the listing. The kitchen is incredible for our party of 10; gathering to cook and eat and hang out.
The teenagers found the badmitten and tennis rackets and bikes in the lower garage and had a wonderful time.
All of the beds were extremely comfortable. However, I’ve never found a sofa bed that anybody over about 50 pounds can actually sleep on.
Overall, I would definitely give this a 10 out of 10.

We traveled to Beulah to be part of a family event. This very spacious & comfortable house fit our needs by accomodating 3 couples perfectly. The thoughtful owners planned very well when making updates. The kitchen was the star of the show! We've rented numerous houses, yet we cannot get over the amount of quality items in this kitchen. It's unlike any others we've rented. They provide everything you need to create meals for a group. Rainy weather? No problem! They have games galore here! Next time we are in the area, we won't hesitate to book this rental again. James, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

Great property and house in a fantastic location. Central location to all the attractions and very close to the best local Mexican restaurant. If you're participating in the Ironman, you should book this place. Owners are great to work with and very nice too.

We loved our weekend! The heavily wooded property was an away from home oasis. We walked to the cute town of Beaulah which was closer than we expected. A short tree covered walk down the street opened up to a breathtaking lake view. We all had such a special weekend and were grateful to have this space to enjoy our stay.

We truly enjoyed our time in Beulah. The location was excellent and ,having come to the area since I was in 5th grade, we were off to many familiar spots. The home was "stocked" beautifully with all the necessities of vacationing. It was very clean and comfortable...no lake view but we were entertained by wild turkeys and deer ! We would definitely return to this rental!

Property was nicer than pictures and great for two couples attending Frankfort Ironman event. Stairs from garage up to main floor would be challenging for someone with mobility issues, although they would be able to access main floor from rear sliding door and wraparound driveway.

We would highly recommend this property. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. The beds were excellent; high-end mattresses. Nice, quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed the firepit and camp chairs provided. I can't think of a thing we would change, thanks!

The property was easy to find, clean, extremely well stocked, and was a great home base for exploration of the area. It was a perfect place for our family trip. The kids loved the bunk bed!

This property has everything you need for a family get together including a waffle iron! Everything was neat, clean, and ready for use. Downside is that the water is not in view and is a 10 min steep walk down the road which my elderly father could not travel. We enjoyed pickle ball each night at the court in Beulah.

Had a really great time hanging with some friends for the weekend. Location was great to walk to downtown Beulah. We also kayaked the Betsie river while in town which I highly recommend!

So clean and exactly like the listing. Such a wonderful retreat. Also, easily the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Had everything we needed, including sticker books and crafts for our two young girls. Great place to stay in Beulah!

Ski trip
Before arrival, I was concerned that the house was going to be small based on the square footage. This was not the case at all. Living room, kitchen, dining room were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a large family group.

Great location, close to Crystal mountain and spacious. A couple minor notes would be that the basement bedroom was freezing cold and we ran out of garbage bags and very low on TP - other than that, nice getaway weekend with friends!

Pleasant stay
The property was very clean and comfortable. We had three families staying from Ohio and Georgia and we enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend to everyone!

Perfect for our Reunion
Six of us stayed at this property for a reunion. It was perfect. It was so nice, clean, and well equipped. Communications with the owner were smooth. The neighborhood was quiet. And we could walk a short way to Lake Chrystal. Thank you!

Yearly fishing trip
Great experience like every year we have been traveling to Benzonia for our fishing trip for several years and every year stay on this same cabin, and every year they are improvements and gets better.

House was perfect for our group of 6 adult men. We had 4 truck and 3 bass boats and the parking was great and easy. House is 1.2 miles from Crystal Lake boat launch.

The location is tucked away in a quite wooded neighborhood with ample parking just 5 minutes from public beach access to Crystal Lake as well as to grocery stores.

All you need!
This house was just perfect! We had a girls weekend getaway and the home is large with enough space for everyone. The beds are also really comfortable. Downtown is within walking distance but we also used the benzie bus shuttle to get us where we wanted to go. This home was stocked with anything you could think of to make a weekend getaway just perfect!

This house is adorable. So clean and simple. Very toddler friendly. We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen. We loved that this house is stocked with absolutely everything! The kids had a blast looking at all the puzzles, games and toys. Great location to everything we needed. We definitely will be returning next summer.

Great location!!
This wonderful 2 bedroom home is situated just off of 115 and a perfect commute into beautiful Frankfort! It is also conveniently located next to M22 and all the must see Michigan summertime attractions! Also close to stores/restaurants. House was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful week despite the rainy days we had. Gotta love MI weather! :)

Comfortable home
This house was well equipped and felt like it was meant to be truly lived in. The only thing we missed was a larger sized counter top griddle for making pancakes. With a group of 10, the small single burner sized one was not ideal. Other than that kitchen was amazing, beds comfortable and towels, blankets and linens plentiful. Kids enjoyed space to run in the yard and a nice walk into town.
