Upon arriving at The Beautiful House, it was clear to us that the owners take pride in the home. It was exactly what the pictures showed.
Ali was an amazing host, the house was stocked with many things we didn’t even think we needed but was so glad that were provided for us to use.
We had plenty of room for us all, to hang out with each other but also to escape and have space.
It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the beaches, we know that it can take longer with traffic but we lucked out most days and didn’t have that worry.
We LOVED our stay and hope to return again.
Thank you Ali for a wonderful home for us to use.

What an amazing property!!! Great location, beautiful house, very spacious, very easy check-in and check out procedures. The beds are very comfortable, the couches are very comfortable- this house has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation! The pool is great and relaxing. The house is just an incredible place! As good as the house is the host is even better! We had issues with our travel when we were leaving- we booked months in advance and our last days at the house were during Tropical Storm Debby so we had flights that got canceled when we were supposed to leave. The host reached out to us before we even had to and extended our stay by a day. She is absolutely amazing to deal with- quick communication, helped us through stressful travel at the end of our trip and was amazing. This is the best place to rent for a large family- great house and even better host!

This home is outstanding! I can’t think of one thing that was missed. As a host she went above and beyond what you will experience with any VRBO host. She was available at all times. The home was truly a gem. We extended twice because we loved it so much. Before leaving we booked Labor Day Weekend to bring my 80 year old Dad to see in person what I sent via pictures. Your trips to the store for anything other than food was available, so we paid it forward for the next guest.

Get your bang for your buck with this very Large home , We fully enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for a large family and very well stocked kitchen, excessive amount of beach towels and bath towels which was a plus. We spent every morning drinking our coffee either at the pool or on the screened porch, our afternoons at the beach, and our evenings in the pool and grilling dinner. And no need to bring your beach stuff there is a shed full of everything you could need for the beach. The only down points I could state is that the screened in porch could use a large blind on the front side, the cleaners could do a deep clean more often but all the important areas where clean enough and not worth complaining about..but overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again….

Best time of our life. The house was so comfortable really wasn’t at house. It was more of a home.
All our family were just all at how gorgeous it was how well maintained it was, and how it made our stayed there so enjoyable.
I was able to talk with the owner and she made everything so easy.
I will definitely, definitely request this house again when we go back.

We really enjoyed the spacious home for our group of 10. The detached apartment was perfect for someone that wanted more space to themselves. The pool was warm and swim jet was fun for the kids. Wish that we had known that it would take an hour to get to Anna Maria Island in heavy traffic (our trip was during Spring Break), but only about 15 minutes when we left early in the morning.

We loved our stay at the beautiful house. We were traveling with a family of five and three other couples. The house was spacious and provided enough bathrooms and beds for everyone to have a comfortable stay. We appreciated all the kitchen supplies and soaps provided throughout the house. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We used the washers and dryers several times. Our kids especially loved their nightly swim and throughly enjoyed the pool. The lights and jets were fun. We appreciated all the supplies in the pool shed that made a couple trips to the beach with a large group so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to walk. The house was near many great restaurants and also a great starting point for a few day trips we took. Ali was a great communicator and made herself easily accessible if we needed anything. We would love to return to this house on our next trip to Florida.

Our family of 7 - husband/wife, son and daughter/son-in-law and two small grandchildren - absolutely loved our stay at The Beautiful House in February. The pictures are beautiful but the house is way better than the pictures can show. The thoughtfulness of Ali (& team) was amazing - they truly went above and beyond. The great communication prior to and during our stay, the beautiful fresh flowers on the dining room table, the baby gates in place to accommodate our 3 year old and 15 month old grandchildren, and the fully stocked kitchen make this home the best we have stayed at (and we have stayed at several). There are several sitting areas in the home - our favorites were the comfy sitting room right off the kitchen, overlooking the pool, and the screened porch where we enjoyed each meal at “home” with the ambient sound of the pool fountain.
We enjoyed walks along the riverwalk and to Jeremiah’s for treats (a must). The backyard shed contained SO MANY pool and beach toys - thank you! The separate guest quarters provided a quiet spot away from the children for those who needed to fit in some work time.The laundry facilities - not one washer and dryer set, but THREE! And the pool - the water temperature was perfect for cooling down after a day of activity AND playing in the cooler morning air.

After my MIL’s passing, our family found ourselves in need of a home in Bradenton for the first time. Coming “home“ without a house to congregate in would be difficult for my family. This home was nearby, with a view of the river, and provided a great space to connect, remember her and celebrate her life.
Everything was graciously appointed, allowing us to just buy groceries. The outdoor guest suite provided an additional space for us to host out-of-town guests, and plenty of space to spend time with family. Well, not something we were necessarily looking for, the pool was great and provided a much needed release activity for our kids too.
We will definitely stay here again on any return trips to Bradenton!

This is the rare VRBO house that looks even better in person than in the on-line photos. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and the heated pool was a plus! We took long walks along the river. They have a shed full of beach chairs and beach toys, coolers, pool floats, and even a fire pit. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating.

House was clean and welcoming. Ali even went the extra mile and left roses on the table for us (anniversary trip/ vow renewal). She has everything you could possibly need & then some! Dinner was even better sitting out on the screened porch. We loved playing the board games nightly after swimming in the pool for hrs. Her pool is small but luxurious with the waterfall, lights, and super swim jet not to mention it's heated. We were thankful she allowed us to bring our dog who enjoyed running free (it's large and fenced). She had everything for the beach too. We made s'mores on her firepit. She kept in touch but wasn't overbearing or annoying. It was pricey but you get what you pay for & the area in general is that way. We made awesome memories! None of us wanted to leave. Epic vacay!

The Beautiful House lives up to its name. The property is gorgeous and well appointed. I had read previous reviews indicating that the host had thought of everything, and believe me, that is an understatement. She has thought of everything and then some. The location is perfect, a fantastic home base from which to explore the gulf coast. We will long cherish the memories made here.

We loved our stay at ‘Beautiful House’-everyone had plenty of room, Ali has it beyond well stocked, and the fenced in yard and pool are perfect for small children. Ali was so gracious and kind. We loved being central to so many different gulf beaches and will definitely stay again. If you’re looking for a spacious home with an amazing kitchen to cook together in, multiple washers/dryers for convenience, and family friendly book it now! The weather was amazing and all beaches calm & easily enjoyed. Thanks for one of the best vacations we have had yet!

The Beautiful House is amazing. We were able to get our sons and their families on a vacation here in Florida together. 7 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space inside and outside. There truly is everything you would want at the house. The beach is close and easy to get to. The grandchildren loved Jeremiah's Italian Ice just down the street. We had an Unforgettable time. The house was perfect. Ali is so attentive and made the transaction so simple. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Would definitely book a stay here again. Pool and backyard space was ideal for setting up our cornhole and croquet for family fun! Very nice beach a short drive away. Nice neighborhood for those morning walks. Ali was very attentive and respectful.

What a fantastic place! The house is gorgeous, the location is wonderful and the facilities are just what is needed for a relaxing vacation. We ranged in ages from 14 to 76 and everyone loved the house, pool and garden. The host communication was fantastic and super helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay here was perfect. The house is large and spacious and fit 10 adults comfortably! The pool is awesome and the kitchen was great to cook in. Having multiple sets of washers/dryers was great too. House is in a great location - easy to get to the beach and you can easily take morning walks by the river, right down at the end of the street. The shed is full of beach items and so we had everything we needed - plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to cart it al to the beach. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Ali is a phenomenal host. From check-in to check-out our group of 8 was extremely impressed. Everyone loved the heated pool with the power swim jet and waterfalls! The fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms with TVs in every room and 4.5 bathrooms made us very comfortable. The location was awesome, and the neighbors were friendly. The beach umbrellas and beach chairs came in handy for our visits to Coquina Beach and Bean Point Beach. We're thinking of staying again next year. Thank you, Ali!

Ali was a joy to work with. She was readily available to answer any questions and solve any problem. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We’re loved being able to have such lovely surroundings to go for a walk. The home was more than abundantly stocked with everything we could want or need. We cooked for our group of 13 and had need of nothing! Beautiful, high quality pots and pans of every kind, every utensil needed. The shed is full of pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas, wagon. So great!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

We spent ten days in the house over Christmas and New Years and it was awesome! Everything was as good as it looks in the photos, or better. The table was big enough to host our big family. The private rooms and public spaces met all of our needs. The pool was a sweet bonus, as the weather was cool when we arrived but we could all bask in the pool and carry on 'deep and meaningful' discussions. The house was fantastic, plenty of room for our whole group. They had everything you could want for the beach,chairs and beach toys, with wagons to get it there. All the rooms were so nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was great and we all spent so much time in there. So many things were available to us in the house which made it so convenient when most were flying to the area. Ali even put baby gates on the steps to keep our little ones safe.
Ali was great and responded so quickly to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful house! It has all of the amenities for family and friends to stay and visit, hang out by the pool and BBQ + formal dining and living room(s). Room to breathe and relax. We'll be back next year!

This was by far the best VRBO home we have stayed in our 8 years of renting VRBO rentals. I can’t praise Alison enough. Everything is as described and better. This home has 5 huge bedrooms and 3.5 spacious bathrooms. Plus a detached 500 sq ft studio for guests. We had an unexpected surprise visit from my Mother and Dad for 2 days of our trip to celebrate my birthday and there was so much space left. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve been to. TV’s in every room, a plethora of towels, hand towels and wash clothes. So many beach towels, beach wagons, umbrellas, beach toys, noodles, floats and so much more for outdoor use. The pool is amazing. It’s like a huge jacuzzi with the jets. It was also nice not to have to keep up with house keys. There is a shed behind the detached studio that is filled with everything one would want for the beach. Close proximity to the river, bay, and beach. Grocery stores, convenient stores, souvenir stores and shopping 5 minutes down the road. Anna Maria Island is 8 miles down the road and St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille beach 20 minutes away. It’s really a great place to stay if your wanting to sightsee the area and other central/southern Florida parts. We even took a day trip to Sanibel Island. There is so much to see. I highly recommend this home especially for families. It’s the perfect place, just so much room. A huge backyard with a swing from a tree as well. A nice screened in porch too. If I could give Alison a million stars I would, she has created a beautiful home for others to enjoy.
I also left some of my jewelry and Alison paid and shipped it to me the very day we left! I’m very appreciative of her kindness and generosity.

Very nice home with plenty of space for large groups. Home has everything you need for the beach, or pool. Stayed for a week and everything was smooth.

Summer of 2022!
The house was just as described and very beautiful! It was truly the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean upon arrival! The large shed was so well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. There was a boat ramp located about 8 miles down the road which was convenient as well. Overall a wonderful home that helped shape our summer '22 vacation into a beautiful one!
