We enjoyed a week (w26) in this wonderful spacious apartment. Walking distance to everything and a beautiful view over the bay. Everything we needed and more was in the house. Very clean and cozy. Wi-Fi working perfectly. The pool was very nice. Very pleasant host. I recommend this to everyone.
We will be back!

Awesome villa in great location. Functional and pretty the decor was interesting and also had all the necessities. I never went into the pool but it was great to look at!

Beautiful, well equipped and the apartment was very comfortable for our family. Henda made everything very simple for our stay and we would love to book again when we come back to Villefranche. The location of the house is ideal.

The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view to the Villefranche bay. Clean and very well equipped. The pool is perfect specially if you bring kids. Had a winderful October holiday here.

Delightful vacation
We had such a wonderful experience at Villa Nonete! The views were magnificent and the property is spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 4 and the AC is a huge plus as it was 90+ degrees each day. Mattresses are not super soft but that’s normal for Europe. I will note the water pressure was amazing!! The location cannot be beat, quiet and centrally located to the bus stop, town and beaches. We swam in the beautiful pool everyday!

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view
Villa Nonete is an amazing place to enjoy a holiday in Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment is very nice and spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view of the sea and Villefranche. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants, bakery and grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will most definitely come back.

Très jolie apparement
C’est juste à côté de Nice et quand même on n’est pas toujours au milieu de beaucoup de monde. La vue sur la baie est magnifique. Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances. La communication avec les propriétaires était très sympa, merci! On y retourne l’été prochaine avec plaisir.

Très bon appartement
L’appartement est comme dans la description, peut-être mieux. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine en octobre malgré temps très variable. Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement.
L‘accueil par Christophe était chaleureux. Merci pour tout ça.

Einfach phantastisch
Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung gewohnt und es war einfach nur wunderbar. Sehr netter Empfang, die Wohnung war blitzsauber, toll eingerichtet aber das Highlight ist die Lage und der Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch den großen Pool konnten wir im Oktober noch nutzen. Die Lage zwischen Nizza und Monaco ist ideal für Ausflüge, auch die Busanbindung hat uns positiv überrascht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, der Bäcker und jede Menge Restaurants in unterschiedlicher Preisklasse sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Wonderful stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer
Spent a glorious week at Henda’s property in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Enjoyed the beautiful space, the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. Henda was a great host and I cannot wait to return. Enjoyed one of the best vacation weeks ever.

Beautiful and wonderful stay!
My husband and I stayed for a week at this beautiful property. It has two bedrooms, a nice living room and fully-stocked kitchen. Pretty nautical decor; the owner obviously took a lot of care with her design and furnishings. Everything is impeccably clean and top notch, two great bathrooms with modern showers, comfortable beds, nice towels and thoughtful extras like toiletries. Most impressive is the fabulous patio with direct view on the bay in Villefranche, with a great dining table and lounge chairs. On top of that, you have direct access to an even larger patio and pool area, also impeccably clean. We stayed on the ground floor unit, there is also an apartment on the second and third floor. The location is very quiet, but only 500 metres down the road to the main village. Villefranche is so charming, lots of restaurants, a market on saturdays, great bus service up and down the Côte d’ Azur. This is our third time in the area and we go everywhere without a car, using bus or train. Check-in was painless; the owner very responsive and Christophe most helpful, he picked us up at the train and drove us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. We would return again to visit La Nonette! Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine!

Excellent location. Lovely spotless apartment and well equipped
Such an amazing time at this villa. Location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The owner is incredibly helpful. Only issue was no AC but owner said she will install it. Didn’t detract too much from an otherwise idylllic vacation. I would return.

A fabulously presented property in an amazing location...we’ve booked again for next year!
Henda and her family couldn’t have been more helpful both before our holiday, on the evening we arrived and during or stay.
The property provides the most amazing views of the bay and is decorated to an exceptional standard.
The pool area is fabulous, we only wish we’d had the weather to enjoy it more.
Villefranche itself is a delightful town and located ideally to visit Nice and Monaco too.
We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year with the addition of lots of sunshine!

Perfect apartment for families
We, a family of four, fully enjoyed a week at La Nonette. Spacious and well equipped apartment, nice kitchen with access to large terrace and from there a few stairs down to the pool area which is shared with the two other apartments in the villa. From the terrace and pool area there is a view over the Villefranche-sur-Mer bay and the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. We spent hours watching the boats coming and going. Fantastic sunset.
The small Darse beach is in walking distance from the apartment (10 min). Quiet and crystal clear water. Bakeries and small grocery store are also within a 10 min. walk towards to the city. We did most of our shopping at the super market in Beaulieu.
Arrival and departure went very well and at all time with good communication with Henda & Sue.
All in all, we can highly recommend staying at La Nonette.

Het uitzicht waar je van droomt!
Vanaf het royale terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht op de zon overgoten zee. Dat was precies waar we voor kwamen, in een makkelijke stoel met een glaasje wijn in de hand genieten van dit prachtige uitzicht .
We werden gastvrij ontvangen door Susan die ons alle nodige informatie verstrekte. Plattegrond van de omgeving, restaurant tips, waar is de bakkerij enz.
Het appartement is zeer compleet uitgerust met ruim voldoende glazen
bestek en keuken uitrusting.
De foto op de website doet recht aan het appartement dat deel uitmaakt van een mooie klassieke villa met nog twee andere appartementen en privé zwembad. Het geheel ligt aan een heel rustige doodlopende weg met een parkeerplaats voor de deur.
Het oude centrum van Villefranche ligt op minder dan 10 minuten wandelen. Als je in het dorp bent en niet te duur gezellig wil gaan eten ga dan na een aperitief aan de boulevard naar " La Belle Etoile" in de rue Baron de Bres nr 1.
Kortom wij hadden hier een heerlijke vakantie en dit appartement is een aanrader waar we zeker nog eens terug komen.

Wonderful week
We had a wonderful week staying at this lovely apartment in Villefranche sur Mer! We spent hours on the balcony watching the sailboats, yachts, cruise ships and out to Cap Ferrat during the kids enjoy the beautiful pool. The kids only leave the pool for eating and sleeping. :-)
The apartment is clean and well equipped, also parking directly in front of the apartment is a pleasure. The “Plage Villefranche” (10 min. to go by car ) is amazing with clear water and sandy beach.
We look forward to return in the future and highly recommend this apartment to other families.

Perfect famlily holidays
I live in Villefranche and was looking for a nice place with a swimming pool for my family visiting me last summer. They really loved it and they are all returning this summer !
The apartment is on the ground floor (which happen to be the swimming pool floor too) of a 3 story villa. It has 3 nice bedrooms, so ideal for families. It's very clean and cosy.
Also, the location is great, just by the lovely Port of Villefranche with direct access to the seaside and the lovely pebble beach of La Darse. Totally chilled and a little off the main crowded tourists areas. Parking is easy too, just in front of the house (and that can be a big headache in summertime)
Really the perfect spot for a family holiday in Villefranche !!
