This condo was just okay. The cleaners were late so we could not get into the condo until 4. Check in is at 3. I did clean a few areas where I noticed it was not clean. The bedrooms were nice. The laundry room is in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The stove is lopsided so it was difficult to cook food thoroughly. The dryer was over heating so we had to take our wet laundry to the laundry mat. We paid out of pocket for that. No one offered to reimburse us. I would think for paying the amount of money for a condo, things would be better. I understand things happen but when you are on vacation you want things to go smooth. The property owner was very communicative during the entire process with the dryer.

It’s an older building and apartment but it’s a beautiful view and the location is really good. We came in the off season so it wasn’t busy… had it been, I don’t think I would have liked it as much. My one thing is that you had to bring your own sheets and towels. It was clearly in the welcome letter (which I didn’t read till arrival). We went out and bought stuff but we were traveling on a multi city east coast trip and I was not bringing sheets, blankets and towels for the whole family. Had I known I probably would have picked somewhere else. The host was very kind and responsive.

Felt very lucky to come across this listing to plan a last minute getaway for the night with our grandson to give him an experience to celebrate his birthday. Was very pleased with the quick communication of owner. Very responsive and attentive to my questions. The ease of check-in and the accommodations all exceeded our expectations. We did bring our linens as noted in the listing and I probably packed more than we needed, but it felt like our 2nd home. I would definitely request to stay another time again in the future based on our experience. Thank you so much for your generosity with check-in and departure. We enjoyed our stay very much and more importantly our grandson had a wonderful time with memories to last for a long time.

Perfect for what we needed for New Year’s Eve. Kids had a blast, fireworks could be seen from balcony, perfect location to north side park.

My family and I really enjoyed Carmen's beautiful ocean front condo. The view from both balconies was fabulous! Everything was open in the resort, and we took advantage of the pool, hottub, sauna, ping ping. It was great! Thank you!

Our condo was wonderful. Excellent view, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately for us, it was Hot Rod week and it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the cars. Nothing that the Carousel could do about that. That was on us for not checking the OC schedule. I would definitely stay at the Carousel again. It would be a great place to take the grandkids! Our Rentor (Carmen) was wonderful and answered all my questions quickly.

Condo was so nice and decor was so cute! It has so much to do with out even leaving the property!! CAaen was a great host to work with.

First time staying in this particular unit, but have stayed at other units at the carousel many times. Overall great experience, one small thing that could have made it better: higher quality outdoor furniture on the bayside balcony (just standard plastic stackable chairs).

We had a great family vacation. The amenities were absolutely great. The only downside was the WIFI was unreliable and the key cards kept getting deactivated. We loved the view and the granddaughters loved the beach and ocean. We will vacation here again next year.

Very clean and cozy

The property was very nice. A lot of space. The only thing i have to say is that we were told to bring our own paper products, trash bags, ect and the place had all of that. So we brought a lot of extra stuff we didn’t need. But overall the property was great. Thank you.

We had questions about our stay and Carlos responded quickly to our questions. The condo was nice and has a beautiful view. Very spacious condo. Remember to bring sheets and towels or rent them from the rental service company.

The only thing we were dissatisfied with was that we couldn’t figure out the wifi, which made it a bit complicated using a laptop for work. The space was beautiful, the balconies were fantastic. We were able to see dolphins feeding every morning.

Was very nice place. Loved the view from the balcony . My daughter loved the ice rink. Was a little upset that we found out last minute had to provide own towels sheets and toilet paper.

This property is perfect for families. Kids loved the ice rink and arcade. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing and it was just a few minutes from boardwalk, restaurants and entertainment. The property manager was great to work with and the check-in process was quick and seamless. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay here. The view is stunning, the condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Carmen was very responsive to our questions. Our St. Patrick's Day weather may have been a bust, but the condo wasn't. This will definitely be our go to rental in the furture.

It was a great place and location only down size is next time I will k ow to bring towels, I totally forgot them. The place is nice and we always love the Carousel.

Our only issue was the wifi. It's public and unsecured so having a hotspot is recommended. Only one of us could be on wifi at a time. Our Alexa wouldn't connect and phones and laptop had to be rotated in usage. We still had a great time and would come back again!

This condo was very nice. Clean and fully stocked with everything needed. Carmen, the property manager was so friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week so WiFi and mattresses were of some importance. This would be fine for weekend trip. The owner is awesome and very responsive!

This was our first time at this condo and at the Carousel. We loved it! The hotel provides so many extras: indoor and outdoor pool, ice skating rink and 3 places to eat, well kept and they attend to all your needs. The condo was just a described and pictured: plenty of space, beautiful views and clean! We hope to be able to go back next year!

Overall it was ok. The place could use some deep cleaning and updating.

I was happy with all the amenities. However, I have curious grandson that was fixated on trying to leave. A lock above the door would have prevented him from being able to leave. We had to barricade the door.
