L'appartamento è situato all'ultimo quarto / piano del condominio (con 2 ascensori) - questo offre buone viste e fresche brezze. Il complesso dispone di reception aperta 24 ore al giorno, connessione internet Wi-Fi, ristorante / bar a bordo piscina e lavanderia. L'appartamento è confortevolmente arredato con una cucina recentemente rinnovata e ben attrezzata. Il bagno è stato ristrutturato con una nuova cabina doccia. Ci sono deliziosi motivi per rilassarsi e un sacco di lettini intorno alla piscina 25m che ha una nuova superficie non scivolosa. Il complesso si trova in una posizione tranquilla a soli 5 minuti a piedi da supermercati, linee di autobus, spiagge e bar sulla spiaggia (con TV satellitare per sport), centro medico, banche, campi da tennis e molti ristoranti. Il noleggio di auto non è necessario a causa dell'eccellente situazione.

Apartment was very dated and could do with a coat of paint, also with far to much furniture in the space for the the size of Apartment.

We had a wonderful time in Barbados. From the time of booking the owner was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions promptly. The arrival process was also very easy. The agent was there to greet us and helped us get settled in. The apartment has anything you may need. The views from the fourth floor are fantastic. We saw monkeys in the gardens almost every day. We did not need the air con as there was always a nice breeze. We felt very safe at Golden View and and were able to walk into Holetown in minutes. All in all the perfect vacation. Thank you Heather for sharing your wonderful place with us. Hope to return soon. Mariam

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable for both short and long stays. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach, restaurants, local supermarket etc. Beautiful, well kept gardens and pool. Temporary membership of the beach club is very useful too. Great communications from Heather (the owner) and Jan who lives on site. Would highly recommend.

The property even though part of a very large complex it was very quite and a soothing environment for all ages. I think it would work well for honeymooners.

Heather's place was a great getaway with everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Barbados. The apartment is well furnished with modern furnishing, the internet was fast and reliable and the checkin process was easy. Dealing with Heather was a breeze!
Although you have to pay for the AC, we found this not to be a problem at all as we rarely used it due to the great breeze that flows through the space and the tinted windows on the front.
All in all, 5 stars!

Just got back from a fabulous 2 week stay in this apartment, Heather was a dream to deal with she answered all of my questions(even when she was on holiday herself). Cy the manager was a star making sure we were settled in and also offering to take us shopping. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need and everything was perfect for us, we loved sitting on the balcony at night relaxing. The complex is quiet but that suited us down to the ground everybody we met was friendly. When we visit the West Coast again there is no doubt we will be trying to book this apartment. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful apartment Heather.

We have stayed in these apartments before as its in a realy gool location,we use the yellow buses to get to the beach at st james paynes bay.The apartment has everything you would need aircon is to pay but we only used it at night it was so cheap as well!the pool and gardens are delightfull as are the staff.The apartments are very secure with 24hour reception and a laundry should you require it.Holetown is a fab place plenty places to eat try lome grove cocktail bar as well.We would definatley return to this apartment good holiday

My husband is from B'dos and we have stayed at Golden View many times over the last 28 years. This was the first time we had stayed in this particular apartment which had been recommended by my sister. The apartment is excellent value for money, well equipped and benefits from large opening between kitchen and living area. Being on the third floor offer's an excellent view and additional benefits for a cooling breeze. It is quiet, comfortable and will book to stay here again on our next visit to the Island.

The apartment is near some of the most beautiful beaches of the Island (even if we suggest to rent a car for having a look on the Whole Island). To reach the beach it takes about 10 minutes walking and about 5 to the small village and supermarket). Nice garden with swimming pool and Chinese restaurant. Well equipped kitchen and balcony having nice view. No night- life. Perfect for old people or a family with kids. .
