The food is excellent. My room was excellent 👌 ,nice and clean 👌 the shower excellent, everything super good in my room,the stuff they're like they're coming from 1 family, all of them very friendly 😀 they treat me like part of family.

The place is not clean. Facilities not well maintained- example broken tap in bathroom

The Tv wast working WiFi was bad

Breakfast was delicious and warm. We had Hot water running. Room was clean.

Staff could be faster and be well prepared with all the breakfast ingredients.... So that it's not late. Maybe add a waiter/ waitress when there's more than 5 guests. Regular checks of water pipes and draining systems. After a shower, the water would just stand in the tub and go through slowly. Some guest was playing out loud music through the night , disturbing the other guests whom were tired and needed to rest peacefully. Dirty staircases and passage walkways. More care and cleaning.

There was a bad smell in the room,balcony was dirt including towels are so old and not soft,the coffee cups were dirty air conditioner wasn’t working to channels are not playing
