We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child and we loved our stay at this villa - the house is full of character and more than comfortable for 8 people. It has a spacious outdoor area with a lovely garden and a big swimming pool. The villa felt private but not isolated, and was a quick walk to plenty of bars and restaurants near Olhos de Agua beach and the supermarket. Our only slight criticism, like other reviews, are that there is no info book with details for wifi, air con and check out instructions etc. It’s not a huge issue though as the owner is easily contactable and will get back to you quickly if you have any questions. Also, it would have been handy if some more basics were left in the cupboards like salt, pepper, olive oil etc as I’m sure many that stay here end up leaving things. That being said, we’d gladly come back again and recommend to others.

Fabulous holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Near to some lovely restaurants and a good base to travel from . We had the pool heated for the children and it was well worth it. We are looking forward to returning.

Had a brilliant break. Been to this villa several times and it is still the ideal place for us....lots of space outside and in, near to the supermarket, near to the bars and restaurants and close to the beach...perfect. Be back in September

Lovely and spacious Portugese Villa with extensive terracing that remains cool despite high temperatures and a spacious pool that we all used. Some confusion as to whether we required the pool heating which resulted in us paying 200 euros extra late into the week so make sure you are clear with interpretation on this issue. We checked out at 0640 In darkness due to a powercut which was a bit of a challenge so take a torch with you. Otherwise enjoyed our stay in a good local area with restaurants and Ubers very quick and reasonable.

Great place and location, fab hosts

Perfect Villa for our stay in the Algarve. The house was lovely with walkable grocery to stock up on everything needed for the house. Easy walk to eateries and the ocean. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat and the property provided more than enough space for everyone to spread out to their liking. Check in and out was relatively smooth just need to give enough notice to arrange the meet up times but all went well. You can’t beat the central location and property for a nice visit to the Algarve. Defiantly recommend and will seek it out again on our next visit.

Great property with plenty of space for the 7 of us, consisting of 5 adults a 3 year old and 1 year old. The pool area is lovely and a good size. Everything about the Villa was as advertised and the positive reviews are well deserved. The property owner/manager was attentive and answered all my questions before arrival and also sourced airport transfers for us. We didn’t hire a car and it wasn’t needed for our requirements. Uber was cheap and fast on the odd occasion we used it. We all loved the property and the holiday and thank our hosts for making our week at the Villa a fantastic and relaxing experience.

The villa was perfect for our requirements. We travelled with grandparents and 2 young children. The pool was the highlight. Such a great size and temperature. Location of the villa is also superb. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We didn't hire a car and Uber taxis were readily available and very cheap. Would absolutely recommend this villa!

Lovely villa which was clean and spacious. Pool area was nice, set of stairs down to pool to be wary of for young children but the 6 year old in the group found fine. Not overlooked which was nice, only small negative is it is a drive from the beach rather than a walk but the beach is wonderful. Some lovely restauants within walking distance but made good use of the BBQ. Overall a really nice holiday and would recommend for anyone looking in this area.

This is a lovely villa with great amenities and close to bars and restaurants

Arrived in bright sunshine Owner met us and showed us round the villa. We couldn't have wished for better. Villa is spacious and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and there are extra pillows should you require them. Good supply of towels and pool towels. Pool is a great size with easy access - inflatables too which kids and adults alike enjoyed. Gardens are very well maintained and attractive. Chute, seesaw and swing went down a treat with our granddaughter. Washing machine and clothes airier a real boon when holidaying with two young children. We didn't hire a car and didn't really need one. Intermarché supermarket 5-7 min walk, plethora of cafes and restaurants nearby. Beach a manageable walk away. Uber cheap and very reliable for visits further afield. We particularly enjoyed Zoo Marine and Albufeira. Only thing lacking was a wok/ big frying pan to make stir-fry, paella or fajitas for a company of six. Minor issue. We would definitely consider returning next year (calendar for the villa isn'y available as yet). Thank you to our hosts. We loved our holiday in your home.

Brilliant villa, plenty of room and idea location for shops, restaurants and beaches. Now been on 3 occasions and will definitely be back again.

Great location to relax. We opted for pool heating as it was November , it was great and enabled us to have pool time each day. Owners where very quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Restaurants and supermarket with easy walking distance. Lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. This was our 3rd visit to Olhos D’Agua and we’ll definitely be returning.

Wonderful property and great stay. 5 adults and 3 kids stayed very comfortably. Linens provided was great This in no way impacts the 5 stars and stay but for renters notes: Wifi is a bit slow but I learned this is common in Portugal plus we hardly used it! House has all you need to cook but no staples provided you’ll need to buy salt and pepper and sugar. Washing machine but only a drying rack. The beaches are close and beautiful you just need to find the parking for them. Market,cafe, and restaurants walking distance. A wonderful stay and we would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa which is close to supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. Villa is very spacious and in great condition. Air conditioning in all bedrooms but not communal areas. Pool area beautiful, gardens very well looked after, and the pool a great size. Can’t wait to visit again 😊

Casa Aguias was home away from home with the added bonus of an amazing pool. Very spacious We were party of 6 and rooms good size with aircon. Lovely bathrooms with large showers. Kitchen fully equipped with everything m Needed for bbq Would stay again

We arrived in a very clean villa. Nothing was broken, everything was there. We had a good time and the supermarket within walking distance was ideal. The contact with the owner was good.

We had a great stay at this villa in May 2022. We were travelling with young children and our older parents and It suited everyone perfectly. Great travel cot, high chair and children’s crockery. The pool area is lovely, our kids were never out of it! We paid to have the pool heated which made it lovely and comfortable, even first thing in the morning. The biggest selling point for us was the location. In our experience it’s quite unusual to find a large, spacious villa in a quiet street, while being right next to amenities. The supermarket is a 10 min walk, there are restaurants within 5 minutes and the more lively beach area is a 15/20 min walk. We also got Ubers into Albufeira a few times and it was around €6 each way. Well worth it for a change of scenery. We had a great stay in the Algarve. The villa is located centrally to explore all the sites. We visited some beautiful beaches, a water park and did crazy golf in Vilamoura. The host was always available to answer questions and we were greeted on arrival. Our only suggestion for improvement is maybe a book of instructions for some items like using the WiFi, where the bins/recycling goes, and some restaurant recommendations would be handy. Thank you for our stay and we look forward to returning one day!

We had such a lovely holiday and the property was absolutely first class. It was clean, spacious and had a lot of little touches that just added to the positive experience. We had 3 kids with us and things like children's plates, bowls, cups and cutlery made meal times so much easier. The pool was amazing, and having heated made it so much more enjoyable. We would 100% recommend and would rebook without a doubt.

This villa is great. It is immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Any issues (smoke alarm battery needed changing) were sorted immediately as we contacted them via email. The pool is lovely and was great as it was heated. The property has 1 double and 2 singles downstairs in their own rooms and upstairs there is a double room and a room with 2 singles. There is Aircon in the bedrooms and this is great at night. Overall the host was great, the accomodation was great and it is literally 10 minutes drive to main Albufeira. There is a beach near by with a few gift shops along with a handful of restaurants. We would love to stay hear again and my kids had a great time.

Villa was way above our expectations and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Sandro (the manager) was always at hand from we first booked through to when we were leaving. The property is a short walk away from the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants and approx a 20 min walk into the strip in the new town. I would highly recommend this property for all ages.
