Quiet location but close to town square. Well appointed property, great security and very helpful hosts.
Minor things only- no toaster, scissors or extra towels for swimming.

Its location, the power shower, parking just outside, washing machine, spacious, friendly owner, some tea/coffee.
No local info or restaurants recommendations. Space was ready a little late but owners sorted it out quickly.

Отличный апартамент на тихой улочке, в 100 метрах от туристического движа. Для нашей машины прямо перед входной дверью было занято, при помощи стула, парковочное место (мы накануне связывались с хозяином и просили помочь с парковкой). Апартамент на первом этаже, вход прямо с улицы. Ключ был оставлен в двери. Сразу после заселения созвонились с хозяином и он дал все необходимые инструкции по работе бойлера, кондиционера и т.д. Перед входом организована зона со стульчиками, столиками и цветочками для посидеть. Сам апартамент очень современный, с душою обставлен. Есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Хорошо оснащенная кухня, достаточный набор посуды. В каждой комнате по кондиционеру. Постель отличного качества. Ванная комната просторная. Отдельный плюс - это стиральная машина с сушкой, что позволило быстро все постирать и высушить, потому что обычным образом белье бы вряд ли высохло за одну ночь. Wifi работал отлично.
Координаты указанные на Booking не привозят к апартаменту (пробовали GooleMaps & Apple Maps). В результате созвонились с хозяином и он пояснил как найти . От угла куда привозит навигатор, нужно повернуть на право (от моря) проехать вдоль площади и буквально в 50 метрах от поворота, по левой стороне увидите вывеску у двери.

…but little substance. Smelly and not really clean bathroom due to bad ventilation and poor tiling.
Single glass windows that make even a quiet street noisy.
No check-in instructions before arrival, you have to call to get a code for a lockbox.

coffee box is empty and didn’t refill. no shampoo and shower gel (which are very basics). suggest owner to prepare it for future guests. shower is too low for tall guys…

An absolutely fantastic apartment with so many incredible features that everyone will love!
Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect being less than 100m from the Main Square; wurh the bonus of parking and no through traffic.
It has a lovely front porch area with tables and chairs where you can have a drink amd meal.
The lounge area and kitchen are spacious and having the separate bedroom and bathroom is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable.
Extras like a full size fridge, large couch, breakfast condiments and washing machine just add to the enjoyment of the stay here.
Thank you for making our stay in the beautiful city of Pylos that more memorable!

Very clean and cozy. A nice place to retreat to with a nice terrace too. Also, it's super close to the center with everything you need in waking distance!
How to reach it and how to access the keys could have been communicated more clearly.

Extraordinary place to stay, the area was so beautiful and quiet but at the same time downtown, the house inside was brand new, so clean and with a great atmosphere, we enjoyed staying there a lot. The owners of the house where so kind and helpful, we totally recommend it. The house was beyond expectations!

Great 2 room private flat with all the facilities, kitchen, big bathroom, small terrace outside the entrance and free parking near it. Everything clean and tidy. Very good wifi. Nice, easy contacting host. Perfect location - close to the main square but in small and silent street. Good price.

Exellant location: just 3 min.walk from the center. Super conviniient studio! Everything you need - you can find there. Very clean. They even kept for us the parking in the street in front of the casa

What a fantastic apartment! so clean and cozy. The location is perfect - a 2 min walk to the square to pick up a bakery breakfast and coffee. A short walk home after a delicious dinner with local wine. Parking outside property

Central position, incredibly kind host. There were jams, butter, tea and coffee for breakfast. The shower is amazing!

Very centrally located in small yet attractive and vibrant Pylos, it's two minutes on foot to the lively main square.
Parking is reserved for you (with a chair) right in front of the door to the room.
The small apartment is well designed and provides a lot despite its humble size.
Kitchen was relatively well equipped with some basic staple commodities provided.
There are no instructions whatsoever prior to check-in. They just leave the key outside the door (on the street!) [without telling you beforehand] and expect you to leave it there when you leave. You don't meet anyone or talk to anyone, there's no personal note or any kind of list of recommendations in Pylos and the area. It all feels impersonal on the uncanny level.
Some more personal touch could have improved the experience, I believe.
Also, the coffee container for the filter machine was empty, they forgot to refill it.

Amazing apartament with great amenities, in a great location. We had everything that we needed, and the price was a very good one.
We will recommend it, for sure.
Unfortunately, even the apartment has new modern furniture, the bed and the sofa also were a little uncomfortable... Maybe you can change at least the mattress of the bed... which is very hard to sleep on.

The place is smack in the middle of the town - a great location!
The sofa bed was very comfortable with the extra top layer.
The host is obviously experienced - many aspects of the stay have been taken care of.
The fancy shower is mounted too low - an average person's head touches the showerhead.
