La atención y la amabilidad en el servicio. Todo muy bien.
No me gusgo el televisor ya que estaba muy alto. Es decir, la altura que hay para ver televisor acostado en la cama es demasiado alto. Además el televisor es un monitor. Y cuando uno se acostaba a ver televisión. La imagen era muy oscura debido al reflejo del monitor por lo que estaba muy alto.

La atención, buena y muy atentos a abrir la puerta, es muy central, todo queda cerca, y bastante aseado. Es seguro y cómodo
La habitación es muy pequeña, el colchón muy blando, para mi gusto.

De nada. O hostel é muito ruim!!!
O hostel fica no centro, mas numa área perigosa.
Os quartos individuais são mínimos e o banheiro esteve sempre entupido.
As funcionárias são mal humoradas.
Foi o pior hostel em que estive na América do Sul.
As fotos no Booking não correspondem à realidade...

Es un sitio sencillo bien ubicado en el centro a pocas cuadras de la plaza de Bolívar y hay bastante comercio cerca
La habitación es pequeña y no tiene ventanas. Al menos le pueden abrir una rejilla para q se ventile la habitación ya que del baño en algunos momento del baño salia mal olor de la tubería. Adicional hizo mucho calor esos días y la habitación se sentía muy calurosa y sin ventana es peor.

Me parece terrible que uno ponga el filtro de parking y aparece que tienen, pero es mentira, NO HAY parqueadero, y los parqueaderos cercanos son muy costosos, entonces sumando el parqueadero y la habitación, uno busca otro hotel

mi reservas era con doble cama, era cama simple, no habia cocina con refrigerador como me digeron, no habia maquina de cafe y no habia lavadora de ropa como me digeron, no deberian atraer personas con mentiras.

There is not a lot of space in the room or in the building. It's mainly a place for sleeping.

the door system (bell in and out) was safe, but sometimes the staff weren’t present to let us in which was slightly annoying but no huge problem!
