Questa deliziosa e moderna residenza su due livelli ha tutti i comfort di casa e altro ancora. Al piano inferiore troverete una cucina a pianta aperta, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, con cursori sul patio e cortile recintato con mobili da giardino e Weber BBQ. Il soggiorno ha un accogliente camino a gas, TV satellitare con lettore DVD / videoregistratore. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. C'è un mezzo bagno al piano di sotto della sala. Al piano superiore include una regina nella camera matrimoniale, oltre a un letto singolo e TV via cavo e DVD. Il bagno principale ha una grande cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha 2 letti a castello per un totale di 4 letti singoli. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è un bagno completo fuori dalla hall con combinazione vasca / doccia. (La lavanderia è al piano superiore dietro porte a soffietto) Proprio di fronte si trova il fiume Necanicum, a soli 5 isolati dal centro congressi e dalla città. La spiaggia e il lungomare sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio per 3 auto, non fumare o animali domestici ammessi.

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

Great location near the beach and popular shops and restaurants in Seaside. The host was very gracious and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc.

Overall, very happy with the house. The location is quiet and a short wslk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house has a nice backyard. Kitchen is fine wth the basic requirements. There is ample parking
full size washer and dryer upstairs. Gas fireplace in living room. Only two minor things I would recommend to make our experience better; more comfortable pillows and tissue boxes in the bathroom.

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 older kids) plus a set of grandparents. It was well-stocked and I truly appreciated the high level of cleanliness. Appliances seemed pretty new too!

Family of 5 stayed in June 2023. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. House is well stocked. Good communication from management company. Only recommendation is get better mattresses, the beds were not comfortable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the house is within walking distance to all that Seaside has to offer. The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we saw evidence of rodents downstairs in the kitchen. They ate some of our children’s gummy vitamins placed on the table for the next morning. When going down to the kitchen one night, we saw something scamper across the kitchen floor. Great house, just needs some help with rodents.

Stayed for Spring Break with the kids and rental was home base for daily outings. Property looked like photos and was clean. We had a surprise kitchen issue come up late at night and property management was available and responsive. Went so far as to switching our property the next day (earliest available time) to another one they manage and didn't up-charge for the switch while they addressed the kitchen at original property. Definitely a great property management group that runs this location, will look for their rentals specifically in the future. Thanks Erin and Sherri!

Really great location, this place was big for our party (we had 3 adults and 2 children). Could have easily fit another couple with plenty of room to spare. We let the kids play in the backyard with the sand toys and they played with the rocks while the adults lounged in the sun. The short walk to the beach around the corner was so nice and relaxing, and it’s close to the aquarium, food, and shopping. Beautiful area, will 100% recommend to anyone I know traveling there. Also very well stocked place, literally anything you need to cook is probably there, waffle iron, griddle, pots, crockpot, etc. Garage has a ton of sand toys for kiddos so no need to bring your own. Scooter & wagon in the garage to use for kids too. We had a great stay, thanks!

Clean and welcoming house with lots of beds, toys for kids, some games and tv/Netflix etc for a rainy day or downtime. Right across the street from the river, so there is some traffic in front of the house, but it never bothered us. Weather was too rainy to enjoy the small backyard, but it had a nice table/chairs, bbq.
There was an issue with the washing machine, but it was communicated to us ahead of time so we were aware of it. Close for walking to the main strip (maybe 10 minutes?) almost a straight shot to the prom and beach!

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. We had no issues during our stay. It was nice to be within walking distance of the downtown area and the Prom. I would recommend bringing your own pillows

Our teenagers were super happy with the bunk beds. We were happy with the convenient walking distance to the convention center area of town.
It looks like someone bent the back screen door frame a bit, we had trouble with opening and closing it.

It was great. More than expected really. It had everything we needed. The property managers always answered the phone amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shirt walks into town and only drove if we were going on an excursion. Loved this property, would rent again for sure. Thanks ♥️

A little further from the turnaround than we thought but a great property. The back yard table could have been sprayed off/cleaned for new arrivals which kept us from sitting out there—cute back yard. Would usually pick a property with A/C but lots of fans at the property helped a lot! We had a great time!

Good location. Well maintained. Well stocked. Really can't think of anything I'd change. It was just as described and just as we hoped it would be. We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect home base for our vacation.

Perfect location to enjoy Seaside
This was the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It was only missing a blender and that was delivered within hours of our call. It is only blocks from the beach and downtown. We spent most of the week walking places. We will stay with Beachouse Rentals again.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay at this location with our son and his young family. The Bumbo chair for the 1yr old was a pleasant surprise. It rained most of the time we were there, but there was a very nice backyard for nicer days. Lots of toys for the kids. We'll rent this property again! Thank you.

Great house for a large group!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house wasn’t far from the beach and had plenty of space and beds for our group of 9. We loved the living space downstairs and sleeping space upstairs, 3 bathrooms, and the toys/beach stuff provided to use! House was well stocked and very clean and welcoming. The beds were ok on comfort, for the most part. Kids loved the bunk beds. And the large kitchen table was awesome! We did quite a few of your puzzles there as well! So fun!
Our only complaints were the upstairs floor is super squeaky in the bedrooms and hallway. Very difficult for putting kids to bed and dealing with that noise waking them when leaving the room or walking down the hallway. The other is that there are no curtains in the bedrooms so it gets super bright really early, so we had kids up very early in the mornings and not wanting to go to bed at night because it was too bright!
Outside of those couple things, we would HIGHLY recommend this townhouse to anyone! Very nice and quiet neighbors too! Great location for town and beach access! Thank you for having our group! We had a great time!

Property as described, cleaning needed
Upon arrival, the cleaners didn't finish the job. Items left behind, floors not cleaned, items from prior stays left on floor. Manager was super nice and apologetic. We took care of finishing because that fit best for our situation, she was attempting to get it worked out though. Property was a nice location and as described.

Comfortable townhouse centrally located in Seaside
The property matched the VRBO listing located on the west side of the river between 6th and 7th street. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There was even a Belgian waffle maker! The beds were comfortable, however if you are particular about pillows, it’s best to bring your own.
It is an easy walk to the beach down 6th. The outlet mall is about one half mile away.
I’ll come back here for our next beach trip.

Great weekend!
We had a great girls weekend! The home was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was extremely easy to check in and out. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Seaside.
This was perfect for us: from the layout of the beds, to the spaciousness of the kitchen (which was well stocked for cooking), size of the table, and enough room for everyone to enjoy the living room. It was even equipped with some toys, that the grandkids enjoyed. When we first got there, we couldn't get the heat to work. One phone call, and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend this place.
