We were looking for a place for a family with two teenagers as a basis to explore the region, but also providing relaxation if needed. The Domaine de la Vidalle has definitely met our expectations. A big thank you to the hosts Stéphanie and Nicole, who were always available when needed (before and during the stay) and who also put a lot of effort into the design and refurbishment of this place - which you can see all over the place. The appartment itself is equipped well, in a very good shape, and provides an environment in which you can feel at home during your stay. Aircon works well, even during hot days (37 C). The pool area is very nice, large enough for the potential number of guests, even with a small choice of snacks and cold drinks. We used it frequently and enjoyed the time there. Each appartement has some outside seating facilities with an own gas bbq. Washing machine is provided free of charge. Highway A9 is only 5 minutes drive on a small road through the countryside, but we never heard any noises from there. Closest beach is Vendres, approx 10 min by car, with a long and wide sand beach.
