Cleaning is up to the standards, entertainment,reception and food and beverage staff professional and welcoming.... facility is beautiful and it is very comfortable...

Nice room with new furniture&looking. Nice towels etc. Minibar also was great. internet 50mbps download and 14mbps upload. Very nice options for food and drinks. Pool activities was nice.

Sea was not clean and I think it is expected to have nice beach.

The DJ this year is terrible and not per Magic Life standards. Rotation amongst the personnel makes your customer experience very uncertain from very good to very bad when you deal with young and untrained personnel especially at the beach
