The breakfast and the staff. Janicleber, who works at the reception, was simply a blast. He was extremely kind and helpful, a part from being a very pleasant person. He definitely made the difference and I would recommend the property based on the assistance provided from his end.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely staff. Good location with a free bus to the gondola.
The food. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was not good. Most of the hot dishes were cold, so you had to heat them in the microwave provided.

brilliant stay for one night

good location if driving as has its own car park which we did not get charged for on our trip. great breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choice. bus for ski gondola stops outside . pool table and excellent value beer made evenings enjoyable.
as with many properties in Andorra the hotel
is rather dated but it was clean and quiet and had no complaints. no issue with the hotel but encamp is quite residential and was tricky finding places to eat /drink whilst we were on holiday.

wifi did not really work

After small misunderstanding with the hotel while booking everything was fixed and I was provided with a free dinner which was a good bonus.
