It was comfortable. t.v. service was non-existent. I talked with host and we got it working, but all of a sudden it died again. It's unfortunate that the complex has to use Infinity as I find them to be unreliable. Of course not everyone wants to watch t.v. but I was at the end of my vacation and use t.v. to unwind.

The property was great! Had a couple of issues with neighbors being loud, but it never lasted long and we never had to confront anyone. The location was close to a lot of food and activities and worked well for us because we were going to a lot of surrounding areas, not just within the Denver city limits.
We'd probably stay here again!

This unit is exactly what I was expecting. It's set up very much like a hotel room with a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again.

We had a very good time and our little home was perfect for what we needed. We would use Greenwood Village again. Evolve took care of our needs and pleased with the location as it was close to family and friends. Great place to stay.
Julie was very helpful even though I had a lot of questions, she was very good at helping us through the process and getting into our room.

Great location and great price! The place was clean and very accommodating. The only confusion I had as a first time VRBO user is that this listing is managed by a different company so your check in process information will be sent by a different company and not VRBO. Watch your inbox closely :)

We enjoyed our stay, with a very good location, fairly quiet, and easy check in and out. The bathtub was very difficult to fill as it took more time and supervision using only the showerhead. It was reported to the very nice property manager who took the time to look at it, but the situation was not remedied in a week. We assume it needed major plumbing work but since we never heard back, this was only a guess. We would recommend renting.

We needed a small place to stay with a fridge and a few kitchen amenities while we were in Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks. This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We had a slight hiccup with getting the entry but the owners were quick to respond and so kind. We had a blast and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small place for couples!

Everything was just ok. After a long day of traveling from another part of the state, we were tired. Arrived, just didn't feel "clean" and "homey". I know I could have asked for more towel, but didn't. We had 3 bath towels for 4 days. It's just the little thibgs.

This rental was located in a very clean and quiet complex that was close to eateries grocery stores and my family that I came to visit who lived in Cherry Creek. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it for a couple looking for a nice place to stay in Colorado.

Great Weekend Getaway
A great property for a quick weekend getaway. We had a lot of things planned to keep our day busy and simply needed a place to sleep at night, this was perfect! Small, cozy, clean, and great location.

Not as described very misleading. Nothing more that a small hotel like room without the services.
The unit is a nice unit as a small hotel rm. it is clean but dated. It is not close to being a studio. There is no place to sit except on the bed,there is a well worn desk chair not comfortable. The microwave so high you can barely reach it, there are missed matched and odd and end dishes (not even service for two), there are no hangers in the closet. If you wanted to have breakfast there is no table and chairs to sit and eat. There is a small very nice refrigerator. This needs to be described as a small, quite like hotel room Not a Studio.

Excellent in every way
To say that I'm a picky person would be an understatement. I like things clean, and in order. I don't like headaches, hassles, or having to chase information down. Thankfully when it came to this trip those words were so far out of my mind that I have already started planning my return to this very unit. I highly recommend this for anyone that is traveling that wants something simple and most important CLEAN.
The management company was completely professional and helped me through the whole process. I was notified of my check in details long before my stay and when I checked in everything worked the first time I tried it. The room was cozy and modern with amenities I'm adding to my own home soon (Shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were a great touch) as well as being located in what I feel is the perfect spot. Close enough to Denver to get to everything in a short drive but far enough away to avoid some of the more major traffic. I feel that this trip and this experience made me want to go back to Denver for good. Thanks for helping me find my home. I'll be back.
